First embodiment
Fig. 2 is a basic flowchart of an image processing method provided in this embodiment, where the image processing method includes:
s201, identifying the image to be processed, and identifying the object contained in the image to be processed.
The images to be processed in the present embodiment include all images displayable on the terminal, including but not limited to images taken by the terminal itself, images downloaded from a social platform, and the like.
After the image to be processed is determined, an image recognition algorithm is run to recognize the image to be processed, and an object included in the image to be processed is recognized.
S202, determining a main body target from the objects contained in the image to be processed.
The agent processing image is calculated through an image recognition algorithm, various objects contained in the image to be processed, such as people, faces, dogs, cats, the sun, clouds, flowers, grass and the like, can be determined, and then a main object is determined from the objects through a certain method, wherein the main object is generally an object which is considered by a user to be reflected in a key mode. It is understood that the number of subject targets in this embodiment may be one object, or may be a plurality of objects, for example, in a photographed photo of a person, one of the persons may be designated as a subject target, or a plurality of the persons may be designated as a subject target.
S203, analyzing the main target to determine a target image adjustment strategy, and adjusting the image to be processed according to the target image adjustment strategy.
After the main body target is determined, the main body target can be analyzed, the analysis result includes but is not limited to information such as the position of the main body target, the area size occupied by the main body target, the state of the main body target, the angle of the main body target and the like, a corresponding target image adjustment strategy can be determined through the analysis of the main body target, and the image to be processed is pertinently adjusted through the target image adjustment strategy.
In some other embodiments, determining the subject target from the objects included in the image to be processed includes: determining a subject target from the object contained in the image to be processed according to a preset subject identification strategy; and/or determining a main body target from the objects contained in the image to be processed according to the click result of the user.
When the subject target is determined, the user specifies the most common mode for selecting the subject target, for example, the recognition result of the image to be processed is marked on the corresponding object in the image to be processed, the user selects the subject target by means of touch clicking, or the recognition object is displayed in a list mode, and the user only needs to select the target in the list; meanwhile, a main body target can be determined from an object contained in the image to be processed through a preset main body identification strategy, wherein the preset main body identification strategy can be a selection algorithm built in a system, and can also be a selection algorithm set by a user according to the user selection preference; in some cases, the two may also be combined to determine the subject target, for example, the subject target is determined by a preset subject recognition strategy, and when the user determines that the subject target at the time is not the subject target desired by the user, the subject target is established by a manual selection method.
In some other embodiments, the determining, according to a preset subject identification policy, a subject target from an object included in the image to be processed includes: recognizing the shooting mode of the image to be processed, and selecting a matched object as a main object according to the shooting mode; and/or according to the proportion of the object in the image to be processed, taking the object with the highest ratio as a main target.
With the development of the AI technology, more and more mobile phone brands add an AI scene recognition function in the product photographing function, the photographed scene is recognized through the AI, and then the photographed image is optimized in a targeted manner according to the recognition result, so that a picture with better effect is obtained.
Therefore, the subject target is determined from the objects contained in the image to be processed according to the preset subject identification strategy, and the subject target can be determined more accurately according to the shooting mode, for example, the portrait mode generally takes a person as the subject target, the delicatessen mode generally takes food as the subject target, and the pet mode generally takes a pet as the subject target.
In some cases, for example, when the shooting mode is not recognized, or when a plurality of types of objects matched in the recognized shooting mode exist, the object with the highest proportion can be used as the main subject object according to the proportion of the object to the image to be processed, for example, when the pet mode is recognized, a plurality of pets are recognized in the image to be processed, and then the pet with the highest proportion can be used as the main subject object; when the image area of a person in the image to be processed is recognized to be far larger than that of the person behind (in the case of taking a photo), the person with the largest person area is taken as a subject target. In this embodiment, by recognizing the shooting mode of the to-be-processed image, selecting a matched object as a subject target according to the shooting mode, and using an object with the highest ratio as the subject target according to the ratio of the object to the to-be-processed image, only one of the two subject recognition strategies may be used in application, or the two recognition strategies may be used in combination.
In some other embodiments, analyzing the subject target to determine a target image adjustment policy, and adjusting the image to be processed according to the target image adjustment policy includes: analyzing a target angle of the main target, and when the target angle is different from the current preview angle, adjusting the display angle of the image to be processed according to the target angle, so that the display angle of the main target is the same as the preview angle.
The situation is often met on a social platform, the photos shot transversely by the mobile phone are required to be vertically arranged when being uploaded to the platform, so that the photos shot transversely are easily changed into vertical arrangement when being uploaded, the angle between the photos shot in the opening platform and the actually shot photos is right vertical, a user can only cross the mobile phone to check the photos to see the images with correct angles, and aiming at the problem that the angle of a main image target in the images is different from the preview angle, the angle difference between the main image target and the preview angle of the terminal is determined by analyzing the target angle of the main object and the current preview angle of the terminal, and then the image to be processed is adjusted according to the angle difference. For example, in a portrait photo shot horizontally, a person in the photo is determined as a main object, when the photo is clicked by holding the mobile phone vertically, the display angle of the photo is displayed horizontally, the target angle of the person in the photo is analyzed, the current mobile phone is determined to be in a vertical preview state, an angle difference of 90 degrees is formed between the target angle and the preview angle, and the display angle of the photo is adjusted to be 90 degrees until the angle is the same as the preview angle.
In some further embodiments, said analyzing a target angle at which said subject target is located comprises: determining the main body category of the main body target, determining a characteristic angle analysis strategy according to the main body category, and obtaining the target angle of the main body target according to the characteristic angle analysis strategy.
In some other embodiments, the features referenced in the feature angle analysis strategy include: at least one of facial features, limb features, shape features, and color features.
After the subject target is determined, the target angle of the subject target needs to be confirmed, and the target angle of the subject target can be analyzed by some features on the subject target, for example, the accurate angle of the person can be determined by the five sense organs of the face of the person, i.e., the target angle is determined by the eyes, nose, mouth and ears when the five sense organs of the person are not clear; the accurate angle of the person can be determined through the limb characteristics of the person, namely the target angle is determined through limbs and body parts; the target angle of the tree can be determined through the shape characteristics of the tree; the target angle of the branch is determined by determining which are the young leaves and the old leaves according to the color of the leaves.
In some other embodiments, analyzing the subject target to determine a target image adjustment policy, and adjusting the image to be processed according to the target image adjustment policy includes: analyzing the position of the main body target in the image to be processed, intercepting the main body image of the area where the main body target is located when the main body target is located at the edge position of the image to be processed, and displaying the main body image independently.
In this embodiment, the method for analyzing the main target to determine a target image adjustment policy and adjusting the image to be processed according to the target image adjustment policy further includes: analyzing the position of the main body target in the image to be processed, intercepting the main body image of the area where the main body target is located when the main body target is located at the edge position of the image to be processed, and displaying the main body image independently; whether the main body target is the center of the image is determined by judging the position of the main body target, and the area where the main body target is located is intercepted and displayed independently when the main body target is not located in the center of the image. For example, the shooting level of some users is relatively general, when people shoot the images, the positions of the people are easy to shoot the edges of the images, at this time, the people are taken as main targets, the images of the areas where the people are located are intercepted and are independently displayed, and the users can obtain a picture with relatively good effect by storing the pictures; when the user shoots the pet in the motion, the pet is difficult to be matched with the shooting person for shooting, and the pet can be taken as a main object at the moment, and the image of the area where the pet is located is intercepted and displayed, so that the aim of improving the shooting effect is fulfilled.
In some other embodiments, when the target angle of the main target is different from the current preview angle and is located at the edge of the image to be processed, the display angle of the main target is adjusted to the preview angle, and the main image of the area where the main target is located is intercepted and displayed separately.
In some cases, when it is recognized that the target angle of the main body target in the image to be processed is different from the preview angle, and the position of the main body target is still located at the edge of the image to be processed, angle adjustment of the image to be processed and main body target interception are required to be performed to perform display adjustment twice so as to improve the display effect of the main body target. It should be noted that, the order of the two adjustments, that is, the angle adjustment of the image to be processed and the display of the subject target interception is performed, is not limited in the present invention, and in practical applications, the optimal adjustment order may be selected for adjustment according to the actual situation of the subject target.
The embodiment of the invention provides an image processing method, which comprises the following steps: identifying an image to be processed, and identifying an object contained in the image to be processed; determining a main body target from objects contained in the image to be processed; analyzing the main target to determine a target image adjustment strategy, and adjusting the image to be processed according to the target image adjustment strategy. The method comprises the steps of identifying an image to be processed through an image identification technology, determining a main body target from an identified object, determining the state of the main body target according to the analysis result of the main body target so as to determine a corresponding target image adjustment strategy, adjusting the image to be processed according to the target image adjustment strategy to realize active identification of the image, determining the main body target from the image, and automatically adjusting the image according to the main body target.
