Abstract
The invention discloses a display and control console operating platform based on ergonomics, which comprises a front-end operating console, a rear-end operating console, a damping hinge, a locking mechanism and a gas spring, wherein the front-end operating console is connected with the front-end operating console; one side of the rear end operating platform is rotationally connected with the front end operating platform through a damping hinge, a locking mechanism is arranged between the front end operating platform and the rear end operating platform, and when the locking mechanism is locked, the front end operating platform is in a horizontal state; when the locking mechanism is unlocked, the front-end operating platform is turned down by 90 degrees; the other side of the rear end operation platform is hinged with an external electronic case, and meanwhile, the bottom of the rear end operation platform is connected with the external electronic case through a gas spring, so that the integral upturning angle of the operation platform is not more than 80 degrees, and the operation platform can be randomly stopped and fixed. The invention can reduce the workload and fatigue of operators.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of display and control console structures, and particularly relates to a display and control console operating platform based on ergonomics.
Background
The display and control console is used as indispensable equipment for receiving, sending and monitoring information and the like and is actively used in naval vessels and various project projects. Along with research and upgrading of weaponry of various countries and higher requirement of design on humanization, the carrier-based multifunctional display and control console at the present stage needs to be subjected to physical ergonomics redesign on the shape and interface. Along with the development of a new design concept, the shape and the layout design of the display and control console are greatly changed, in the overall design of the display and control console, the performance and the shape of the display and control console are improved, the development and the inspection of the humanized design of the display and control console are researched, and a new design direction is explored, so that the shape and the function of the display and control console can adapt to the current humanized design.
The naval vessels carrying the display and control console can only provide limited use space, and the size and the working space range of the display and control console are limited. However, as the battle mission becomes complicated, the display console is required to display more contents, the amount of information to be processed by the operator in a short time is increased, and the workload of the operator is greatly increased. Therefore, it is very important to design the display and control console by applying ergonomics to reduce the workload and fatigue of the operators to the maximum extent.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides an ergonomic display and control console operating platform, which is convenient to operate and can reduce the workload and fatigue of operators.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a display and control console operating platform based on ergonomics comprises a front end operating platform, a rear end operating platform, a damping hinge, a locking mechanism and a gas spring;
one side of the rear-end operating platform is rotationally connected with the front-end operating platform through a damping hinge, a locking mechanism is arranged between the front-end operating platform and the rear-end operating platform, and when the locking mechanism is locked, the front-end operating platform is in a horizontal state; when the locking mechanism is unlocked, the front-end operating platform is turned down by 90 degrees; the other side of the rear end operation platform is hinged with an external electronic case, and meanwhile, the bottom of the rear end operation platform is connected with the external electronic case through a gas spring, so that the integral upturning angle of the operation platform is not more than 80 degrees, and the operation platform can be randomly stopped and fixed.
Furthermore, the locking mechanism comprises a positioning pin, a pressure spring, a steel wire rope and a pull ring;
the positioning pin is arranged in the front end operating platform, and is inserted into the rear end operating platform under the action of the pressure spring in a locking state; the positioning pin is fixedly connected with the pull ring through a steel wire rope, and the positioning pin is pulled out through the pull ring to unlock the front-end operating platform.
Furthermore, a limiting table is arranged on the damping hinge.
Furthermore, the rear-end operating platform is sequentially provided with a voice communication module, a touch integrated module and a universal key type control module from left to right; meanwhile, the front end of the rear end operation platform sinks, and an acute angle is formed between the operation surface of the rear end operation platform and the operation surface of the front end operation platform.

Furthermore, the front-end operating platform is sequentially provided with a loudspeaker, a keyboard and a mouse module from left to right; the keyboard is arranged on the front-end operating table through a turnover mechanism, 180-degree turnover and locking are realized, and a writing board is fixed on the back of the keyboard; the mouse module comprises a shell and a mouse, and the shell encapsulates the mouse.
Furthermore, the turnover mechanism comprises a rotating frame, a limiting sleeve, a limiting shaft and a bolt;
two sides of the rotating frame are rotatably connected with the front end operating platform through a limiting shaft, and the rotating angle is limited through a limiting sleeve; the rotating frame is connected with the keyboard through a bolt, and the bolt is perpendicular to the plane of the keyboard.
Furthermore, the front and the back of the keyboard are provided with marks pressed downwards.
Has the beneficial effects that:
1. the operation platform is divided into a front-end operation platform and a rear-end operation platform, the front-end operation platform can be turned down, and the body of an operator can move forward relative to the display control platform, so that the rapid operation of the operator when touching the display screen is facilitated; in addition, the operator can adjust the position of the operator relative to the display screen according to the habit of the operator, so that the work of the operator is facilitated.
Secondly, the operation platform can be turned upwards integrally, when in maintenance, the operation platform can be turned upwards by 80 degrees integrally by using the air pressure spring as a support, and the operation platform can be stopped and fixed at will in the turning-up process, so that a comfortable operation environment is provided for debugging or maintenance personnel, and the work efficiency of an operator is improved.
2. The rear-end operation desk is sequentially provided with the voice communication module 9, the touch integrated module 10 and the universal key type control module 11 from left to right, the front end of the rear-end operation desk sinks, and the operation surface of the rear-end operation desk and the operation surface of the front-end operation desk form an acute angle, so that an operator can operate the modules in a comfortable sitting posture when working, and the structural design can provide an optimal viewing angle for the operator when the operator views the touch integrated module 10, thereby facilitating the input of instructions by the operator.
3. The keyboard provided by the invention is installed from the back, the keyboard can be turned over by 180 degrees to realize full hiding when the keyboard is not required to be used for inputting commands or the front-end operating platform is used for realizing turning-down operation, and the mouse is packaged in the shell, so that an operator is not influenced by the keyboard and the mouse when touching to control a computer, the keyboard and the mouse are hidden, a writing recording area can be provided for the operator, and the recording of key data by the operator is facilitated.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides an ergonomic display and control console operating platform, which comprises a front-end operating console 2, a rear-end operating console 3, a damping hinge 8, a locking mechanism 5 and a gas spring 4, as shown in figure 1.
The operation platform is mounted on a bracket of the external electronic cabinet 1. One side of the rear end operating platform 3 is rotationally connected with the front end operating platform 2 through a damping hinge 8, a locking mechanism 5 is arranged between the front end operating platform 2 and the rear end operating platform 3, and when the locking mechanism 5 is locked, the front end operating platform 2 is in a horizontal state; after the locking mechanism 5 is unlocked, the front-end operating platform 2 is turned down by 90 degrees, as shown in fig. 6; the other side of the rear end operation platform 3 is hinged with the external electronic case 1, and meanwhile, the bottom of the rear end operation platform 3 is connected with the external electronic case 1 through the gas spring 4, so that the integral upturning angle of the operation platform is not more than 80 degrees, and the operation platform can be randomly stopped and fixed, as shown in fig. 2. When the operation platform is not required to be integrally turned over, the bottom of the operation platform is provided with a screw for being connected with the external electronic case 1 to lock the operation platform.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, and 6, the locking mechanism 5 between the front end console 2 and the rear end console 3 includes a positioning pin, a pressing spring, a wire rope 6, and a pull ring 7; the positioning pin is horizontally arranged in the front-end operating platform 2, and is inserted into the shell of the rear-end operating platform 3 under the action of the pressure spring in a locking state; in a normal state, the positioning pin always extends out. The positioning pin is fixedly connected with a pull ring 7 through a steel wire rope 6, the positioning pin is pulled out through the pull ring 7 to unlock the front end operation platform 2, and the front end operation platform 2 is turned downwards by means of external force. The pull ring 7 is arranged in the middle of the bottom surface of the front end operating platform 2. In order to control the rotation angle of the front end operation table 2, a limit table is provided on the damping hinge 8.
As shown in fig. 3, the rear console 3 is sequentially provided with a voice communication module 9, a touch control integrated module 10 and a universal key control module 11 from left to right; meanwhile, the front end of the rear end operation platform 3 sinks, and an acute angle is formed between the operation surface of the rear end operation platform 3 and the operation surface of the front end operation platform 2. In a preferred embodiment, the acute angle is 15 °. The touch-control integrated module 10 is a small-sized touch-control display screen, and the structural design can provide an optimal viewing angle for an operator when the operator views the touch-control integrated module 10, so that the operator can conveniently input instructions.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the front console 2 is sequentially provided with a speaker 12, a keyboard 13 and a mouse module 14 from left to right, so as to provide more optional operation modes for an operator; the keyboard 13 is arranged on the front end operating table 2 through a turnover mechanism to realize 180-degree turnover and locking, and the back of the keyboard 13 is fixed with a writing board 19 to provide a writing recording area; the mouse module 14 includes a housing and a mouse, and the housing encloses the mouse.
As shown in fig. 9, 11 and 13, the turnover mechanism used for installing the keyboard 13 includes a rotating frame 15, a limiting sleeve 16, a limiting shaft 17 and a bolt 18; the keyboard 13 is horizontally fixed in the rotating frame 15. Two sides of the rotating frame 15 are rotatably connected with the front end operating platform 2 through a limiting shaft 17, and the rotating angle is limited through a limiting sleeve 16, so that the rotating angle range is limited to 180 degrees, and the cable is prevented from being twisted off due to the fact that the rotating frame 15 rotates in a non-limited angle in a one-way mode; the rotating frame 15 is connected with the keyboard 13 through a bolt 18, and the bolt 18 is perpendicular to the plane of the keyboard 13. When it is desired to lock the keyboard 13, i.e. to lock the rotating frame 15, the latch 18 is inserted into the rotating frame 15; when the keyboard 13 needs to be turned over, the bolt 18 is firstly pulled out, the rotating frame 15 is rotated to enable the back of the keyboard 13 to face upwards, namely the writing board 19 faces upwards, and then the bolt 18 is inserted into the rotating frame 15 to realize locking.
Preferably, in order to indicate the rotation direction of the rotating frame 15, marks 20 are provided on the tablet 19 on the front and rear sides of the keyboard 13, and are pushed down according to the marks 20 as shown in fig. 10 and 12.

one side of the rear end operating platform is rotationally connected with the front end operating platform through a damping hinge, a locking mechanism is arranged between the front end operating platform and the rear end operating platform, and the locking mechanism comprises a positioning pin, a pressure spring, a steel wire rope and a pull ring; the positioning pin is arranged in the front end operating platform, and is inserted into the rear end operating platform under the action of the pressure spring in a locking state; the positioning pin is fixedly connected with the pull ring through a steel wire rope, and the positioning pin is pulled out through the pull ring to unlock the front-end operating platform;
when the locking mechanism is locked, the front-end operating platform is in a horizontal state; when the locking mechanism is unlocked, the front-end operating platform is turned down by 90 degrees; the other side of the rear end operation platform is hinged with an external electronic case, and meanwhile, the bottom of the rear end operation platform is connected with the external electronic case through a gas spring, so that the integral upturning angle of the operation platform is not more than 80 degrees, and the operation platform can be randomly stopped and fixed.

The ergonomic display and control console of claim 1, wherein the back console is sequentially provided with a voice communication module, a touch control integrated module and a universal key type control module from left to right; meanwhile, the front end of the rear end operation table sinks, and an acute angle is formed between the operation surface of the rear end operation table and the operation surface of the front end operation table.
