Abstract
The invention provides a pressurization and pressure-regulating valve for an LNG (liquefied natural gas) heat-insulation gas cylinder for a vehicle, which comprises a pressure-regulating valve main body, wherein the pressure-regulating valve main body comprises a valve body, the upper end part of the valve body is a piston body, a piston is arranged in the piston body, the piston moves up and down in the piston body, the lower end of the piston body is inserted into the lower end part of the valve body, the top of the piston body is provided with an opening, and a pressure cap is fixed at the opening of the piston body; the tail end of the piston is connected with a valve clack, the valve clack is positioned at the lower end part of the valve body, two channels are arranged on the valve body, the interior of the valve body is communicated with the exterior through the two channels, and the two channels are arranged at an inclined angle; a first elastic sealing ring is arranged between the piston and the valve body, a nut for blocking the elastic sealing ring is arranged above the first elastic sealing ring, and the nut is fixed on a gasket. The invention can further reduce the volume of the pressure regulating valve by optimizing the structure of the traditional pressure regulating valve, and the gas can enter and exit more easily through the inclined channel. The elastic sealing ring can be better fixed by adding the nut.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of valves, in particular to a pressurization and pressure regulation valve for an LNG (liquefied natural gas) heat-insulation gas cylinder for a vehicle.
Background
LNG is an abbreviation for Liquefied Natural Gas, english, liquefied Natural Gas. After the natural gas is purified (to remove impurities such as carbon dioxide, sulfide, heavy hydrocarbon, water and the like), the natural gas is cryogenically cooled to minus 162 ℃ under normal pressure, and the natural gas is changed from a gaseous state to a liquid state, namely liquefied natural gas, wherein the volume of the liquefied natural gas is about 1/620 of the volume of the natural gas with the same mass, and the weight of the liquefied natural gas is about 45 percent of that of water with the same volume.
The safety valve is a special valve, wherein the opening and closing part is in a normally closed state under the action of external force, and when the pressure of a medium in equipment or a pipeline rises to exceed a specified value, the medium is discharged to the outside of the system to prevent the pressure of the medium in the pipeline or the equipment from exceeding the specified value. The safety valve is mainly used in boiler, pressure container and pipeline, and has important protection effect on human body safety and equipment operation.
In the prior art, the LNG pressure regulating valve has a complex structure and is poor in sealing performance and large in size.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a pressurization and pressure regulation valve for an LNG (liquefied natural gas) heat-insulating gas cylinder for a vehicle, which is used for solving at least one technical problem.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the pressurization and pressure regulation valve for the automotive LNG heat insulation gas cylinder comprises a pressure regulation valve body and is characterized in that the pressure regulation valve body comprises a valve body, the upper end part of the valve body is a piston body, a piston is arranged in the piston body, the piston moves up and down in the piston body, the lower end of the piston body is inserted into the lower end part of the valve body, the top of the piston body is provided with an opening, and a pressure cap is fixed at the opening of the piston body;
the tail end of the piston is connected with a valve clack, the valve clack is positioned at the lower end part of the valve body, two channels are formed in the valve body, the interior of the valve body is communicated with the exterior through the two channels, and the two channels are formed in an inclined angle;
a first elastic sealing ring is arranged between the piston and the valve body, a nut for blocking the elastic sealing ring is arranged above the first elastic sealing ring, and the nut is fixed on a gasket.
The invention can further reduce the volume of the pressure regulating valve by optimizing the structure of the traditional pressure regulating valve, and the gas can enter and exit more easily through the inclined channel. The elastic sealing ring can be better fixed by adding the nut, so that the sealing property is ensured.
Preferably, a circular plate body is arranged at the top of the pressing cap, the outer diameter of the plate body is larger than that of the piston body, a cylinder is connected to the lower portion of the circular plate body and extends into the piston body, and the circular plate body is fixed above the opening.
The round plate body can limit the pressure cap.
Preferably, an annular groove is formed in the joint of the cylinder and the circular plate, the opening of the annular groove faces the inner wall of the piston body, and a sealing ring is embedded in the annular groove.

the tail end of the piston is connected with a valve clack, the valve clack is positioned at the lower end part of the valve body, two channels are formed in the valve body, the interior of the valve body is communicated with the exterior through the two channels, and the two channels are formed in an inclined angle;
a first elastic sealing ring is arranged between the piston and the valve body, a nut for blocking the elastic sealing ring is arranged above the first elastic sealing ring, the nut is fixed on a gasket, the gasket is connected with the valve body through threads, and the gasket presses the first elastic sealing ring against the valve body;
the top of the piston is provided with a second elastic sealing ring, a check ring is arranged above the second elastic sealing ring, a clamp spring is fixed above the check ring, the piston further comprises a piston rod, a spring is arranged between the piston rod and the piston body, and the spring is connected with the check ring in a matched manner;
