The invention aims to provide a vehicle-mounted fatigue relieving instrument for generating power by utilizing wind energy, which can overcome the defects in the prior art, thereby improving the practicability of equipment.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: when a driver is tired after driving for a long time, the device can move downwards and massage the head of the driver, so that the spirit of the driver is relaxed to a certain degree, and meanwhile, special medicaments can be sprayed to the eye peels of the driver, so that certain fatigue relief is carried out on the eyes of the driver; the upper part of the equipment is provided with a wind power generation mechanism, and the impeller is driven to rotate when the wind power above the vehicle body is larger, so that the purpose of wind power generation is achieved, the energy consumption of the equipment is saved, and the environmental protection benefit is good.
