The oil jacket safety packer with anchor as claimed in claim 8, wherein the inner wall of the upper end of the outer casing is connected with the lock ring fixing sleeve through screw threads, and the lock ring fixing sleeve is connected and fixed with the push rod sleeve through a setting shear pin.
10. The oil jacket safety packer with the anchor as claimed in claim 9, wherein the inner wall of the outer jacket is provided with a locking ring, and the inner wall of the locking ring is connected with the outer wall of the push rod jacket in a button type.
11. The oil jacket safety packer with the anchor according to claim 8, wherein the upper end of the pressure transfer cylinder is connected with the lower end of the spring jacket through an anti-rotation nail of the pressure transfer cylinder.
12. The oil jacket safety packer with anchor as claimed in claim 6 or 10, wherein the anchor releasing device comprises:
the slips are arranged in the slip grooves of the slip sleeve;
the upper end of the upper cone extends into the outer sleeve of the packer setting device and corresponds to a lower piston in the outer sleeve, the conical surface at the lower end of the upper cone acts on the upper end of the plate spring, and the outer wall of the middle part of the plate spring abuts against the inner wall of the slip;
and the upper end of the lower cone is a conical surface and acts on the lower end of the plate spring.
13. The oil jacket safety packer with anchor as claimed in claim 12, wherein the slip sleeve is connected to the upper cone by an anchor shear pin, and the slip sleeve is connected to the lower cone by a slip sleeve rotation preventing pin.
14. The safety packer with an anchored oil jacket as recited in claim 12, wherein the inner wall of the slip sleeve and the outer wall of the upper cone are provided with axial limiting platforms at the same time.
15. The safety packer with an anchored oil jacket as recited in claim 12, wherein the lower end of the slip sleeve is connected to a lower retaining sleeve.
16. The oil jacket safety packer with anchor of claim 12, wherein the lower end of the lower cone is connected with a deblocking shear ring sleeve, and a deblocking shear ring is arranged between the inner wall of the deblocking shear ring sleeve and the outer wall of the pressure transmission cylinder.
17. The oil jacket safety packer with anchor as claimed in claim 12, wherein the upper end of the upper cone is fixedly connected to the outer casing by an outer casing anti-rotation nail.
18. The oil jacket safety packer with anchor of claim 12, wherein the lower end of the lower cone is fixedly connected with the deblocking shear collar anti-rotation nail and the deblocking shear collar and then is positioned on the anti-blocking C-shaped ring together.
19. The use method of the oil jacket safety packer with the anchoring function is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
the large-discharge well-washing control device opens a vulcanized sealing piece attached to the front sliding sleeve and tightly contacts with the backwashing sleeve to form a sealing surface, and water flow at the lower end of the tool cannot flow upwards from the backwashing sleeve through an annular water channel formed by the central pipe, the pressure transmission cylinder and the spring sleeve;
before the packer is put into a well, a pipeline is connected to a joint at the upper end of an upper joint through an NPT joint, a piston is pushed after the ground pressurizes a hydraulic control pipeline, the piston drives a piston push-pull sleeve to push a sliding sleeve downwards, a vulcanization sealing element attached to the sliding sleeve is separated from a backwashing sleeve when the sliding sleeve overcomes the upper jacking force of a spring to move downwards, and water flow at the lower end of the tool goes upwards through an annular water channel formed by a central pipe, a pressure transmission cylinder and the spring sleeve and flows out through a water flow switch of the vulcanization sealing element and the backwashing sleeve;
when the ground releases pressure to the hydraulic control pipeline, the spring acts on the upper cushion ring of the spring to push the sliding sleeve to move upwards, the vulcanized sealing element attached to the sliding sleeve and the backwashing sleeve form a sealing surface again, and the well washing channel is closed.
20. The use method of the oil jacket safety packer with the anchor is characterized in that a pipeline is connected to the joint of the upper end of the pressure transmission cylinder through an NPT joint before the packer is put into a well, and after the hydraulic control pipeline is pressurized on the ground, hydraulic pressure pushes the upper piston and the lower piston to move upwards and downwards through a pressure transmission hole reserved in the pressure transmission cylinder respectively; the lower piston drives the outer sleeve when moving downwards, the outer sleeve is connected with the locking ring fixing sleeve through threads, when the pushing force is large enough to cut off the setting shear pin, the upper piston moves upwards to push the push rod sleeve to compress the rubber sleeve to play a setting role, the lower piston can also push the upper vertebral body, when the downward pushing piston force cuts off the anchoring shear pin, the upper vertebral body continues to move downwards, and the slips protrude out under the action of the plate spring to finish anchoring;
after the outer sleeve follows the lower cone to go down, the outer sleeve and the push rod sleeve are locked with each other due to the action of the locking ring, the outer sleeve cannot go up relative to the push rod sleeve, and therefore the upper cone cannot go up even if the lower piston goes up again, namely, the anchoring cannot be unsealed.
21. The method of claim 20, wherein the packer is unset by pulling the tool up, the slips are anchored to the casing wall, the slips push the lower cone downward after the tool is pulled up, the lower cone pushes the unset shear collar, the unset shear collar and the lower cone are released downward after shearing the inner unset shear collar, the slips lose the compression of the leaf spring and retract radially, unset the tool and unset the anchor.
