and the lower expansion pipe packer 10 is connected to an oil pipe, is positioned below the upper expansion pipe packer, and radially cold expands the metal patch pipe positioned below the damaged part of the sleeve pipe.

the inner layer hydraulic patch service pipe column is arranged in the outer layer metal patch pipe column and radially extrudes the outer layer metal patch pipe column.
2. The hydraulic casing patch string of claim 1, wherein the outer metal patch string comprises:
the outer diameter of the metal patch pipe is smaller than the inner diameter of the sleeve;
the lower end of the positioning short section is connected with the upper end of the metal patch pipe, and the inner diameter of the positioning short section is larger than or equal to that of the metal patch pipe.
3. The hydraulic casing patch string of claim 2, wherein the outer metal patch string comprises:
the hollow guide head is a hollow part, the lower end of the hollow guide head is conical, the upper end of the hollow guide head is connected with the lower end of the metal patch tube, and the inner diameter of the hollow guide head is larger than or equal to that of the metal patch tube.
4. A hydraulic casing patch string according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the inner hydraulic patch service string comprises:
the upper expansion pipe packer is connected to the oil pipe and is used for radially cold expanding the metal patch pipe above the damaged position of the sleeve;
and the lower expansion pipe packer is connected to the oil pipe, is positioned below the upper expansion pipe packer and is used for radially cold expanding a metal patch pipe positioned below the damaged part of the sleeve.
5. The hydraulic casing patch string of claim 4, further comprising:
and the upper end of the pressure control restrictor is connected with the lower end of the upper expansion pipe packer, and the lower end of the pressure control restrictor is connected with the upper end of the lower expansion pipe packer.
6. The hydraulic casing patch string of claim 5, further comprising:
the releasing mechanism is connected to the oil pipe and is positioned above the upper expansion pipe packer.
7. The hydraulic casing patch string of claim 6, wherein the release mechanism is a retainer.
8. A method for patching a tubular column by a hydraulic sleeve is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the outer metal patch pipe column is put into the position needing patch in the casing;
the inner layer hydraulic patch service pipe column is put into the outer layer metal patch pipe column, and the outer layer metal patch pipe column is radially extruded through hydraulic pressure;
the outer metal patching tubular column is extruded to expand the diameter, the outer wall of the outer metal patching tubular column is tightly attached to the inner wall of the sleeve, and the damaged part is blocked.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the outer tubular column guide head, the metal patch tube and the positioning nipple are connected to each other at the surface, the inner tubular column expansion packer, the pressure control restrictor and the positioner are connected to each other, the inner tubular column penetrates into the outer tubular column, the positioner and the positioning nipple are connected to each other in a matching manner to form a whole, and the whole is lowered to three meters below the casing leakage position.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the pump truck is then driven to pressurize at the surface, the fluid is transferred to the inner layer patch service string through the oil pipe, the expanded pipe packer is set, a closed cavity is formed inside the metal patch, the pressurizing is continued, the pressure control restrictor is opened, the fluid fills the cavity, the pressure is raised, the metal patch is expanded, the pressure is stabilized for 15-20min, the patch is completely expanded, and is tightly attached to the outer leakage-breaking sleeve, and the pressure is released.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein a steel ball is finally inserted, the steel ball is pressed when seated, the ball seat is broken, the locator is disengaged from the locating nipple, and the inner-layer patching string is lifted out, thereby completing the patching operation of the casing.
