Abstract
The invention provides an environment-friendly macromolecular pre-dispersed pigment and a preparation method and application thereof. The environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of organic pigment, 1-5 parts of inorganic pigment, 1-3 parts of dispersing agent, 1-3 parts of diffusion oil, 1-3 parts of stabilizing agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of coupling agent, 3-8 parts of calcium stearate, 4-6 parts of light calcium and 18-22 parts of cracking wax. The environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment has the advantages of good dispersibility and stability, no limitation of the pigment by a carrier, small using amount, low cost and wide application range.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pigment production, in particular to an environment-friendly macromolecular pre-dispersed pigment and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The pre-dispersed pigment mainly comprises pre-dispersed color chips, color particles, color paste, toner and the like, and can be suitable for different resin systems, such as nitrocotton, polyamide, acrylic acid, cellulose acetate butyrate, polyvinyl butyral, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin and the like. The pre-dispersed pigment has the advantages of low dust, environmental protection, high dispersibility, high transparency, high gloss and the like in subsequent applications, so the pre-dispersed pigment is widely applied to various fields.
The existing pre-dispersed pigment particles are easy to agglomerate, so that the particles are wide in distribution, the formed large-particle pigment is difficult to disperse and dark in color light, and dust pollution is serious in the using and transporting processes.
In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.

The invention aims to provide an environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment and a preparation method thereof.
The invention provides an environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of organic pigment, 1-5 parts of inorganic pigment, 1-3 parts of dispersing agent, 1-3 parts of diffusion oil, 1-3 parts of stabilizing agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of coupling agent, 3-8 parts of calcium stearate, 4-6 parts of light calcium and 18-22 parts of cracking wax.
Preferably, the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of organic pigment, 3 parts of inorganic pigment, 2 parts of dispersing agent, 2 parts of diffusion oil, 2 parts of stabilizing agent, 1 part of coupling agent, 5 parts of calcium stearate, 5 parts of light calcium and 20 parts of cracking wax.
Organic pigments are insoluble organic substances, which are generally added to a substrate in a highly dispersed state to color the substrate, and have advantages of vivid color, strong coloring power, no toxicity, and the like. The organic pigment used in the present invention is not strictly limited; specifically, the organic pigment may be at least one selected from phthalocyanine pigments, azo pigments, and the like.
The inorganic pigment is a pigment mainly containing inorganic substances, and is divided into natural inorganic pigments such as mineral pigments produced by nature such as cinnabar, red earth, realgar and the like, and artificial inorganic pigments such as synthetic titanium white, chrome yellow, iron blue, cadmium red, cadmium yellow, lithopone, carbon black, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow and the like; the inorganic pigment has the advantages of sun resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, good solvent resistance, strong covering power and the like. The inorganic pigment used in the present invention is not strictly limited, and an appropriate inorganic pigment can be selected according to actual needs.
The dispersant is a surfactant having both lipophilic and hydrophilic properties in its molecule, and can uniformly disperse solid and liquid particles of inorganic and organic pigments which are difficult to dissolve in a liquid, while preventing the particles from settling and agglomerating. The dispersant used in the present invention is not strictly limited; specifically, the dispersant may be selected from EBS (ethylene bis stearamide) and the like.
The diffusion oil is a silicon wax viscous liquid, is soluble in most organic solvents at normal temperature, is insoluble in water, has physiological inertia, good optical stability, electrical insulation and weather resistance and low freezing point, and can be used as an internal and external lubricant in a plurality of thermosetting and thermal thermoplastics.
The stabilizer has the functions of reducing surface tension, preventing light, thermal decomposition or oxidative decomposition and the like; the stabilizer used in the invention is not strictly limited; specifically, the stabilizer may be at least one selected from calcium zinc stabilizers, iron zinc stabilizers, and the like.
The coupling agent is a substance with two functional groups with different properties, the molecular structure of the coupling agent contains two groups with different chemical properties, one group is an inorganophilic group, and the coupling agent is easy to react with the surface of an inorganic substance; the other is an organophilic group which is capable of chemically reacting with or forming hydrogen bonds soluble in synthetic resins or other polymers. The coupling agent used in the present invention is not strictly limited; specifically, the coupling agent may be selected from at least one of a silane coupling agent, a titanate coupling agent, and the like.
The invention does not impose strict restrictions on the cracked wax; specifically, the cleavage wax may be selected from PE wax and the like.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment, which comprises the following steps: the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersion pigment is prepared by mixing and grinding the raw materials in parts by weight.
Specifically, the mixing can be carried out in a high-temperature kneader at the temperature of 200-350 ℃, and the mixing time is 1-3 h; in addition, the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment can be ground to 10-600 meshes, so that the particle size of the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment is 10-600 meshes.
The invention also provides the application of the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment in plastic coloring; plastics include, but are not limited to, PE, PP, ABS, etc.
The implementation of the invention has at least the following advantages:
1. the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment has good dispersibility and stability by adopting the specific composition;
2. the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment is not limited by a carrier, does not need to be prepared into color master batches, can be directly added into plastics for coloring when in use, and is simple, convenient and quick to operate;
3. the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment has the advantages of small using amount, low cost, wide application range and the like, and can be applied to various plastic carriers.

The environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment of the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of phthalocyanine pigment, 3 parts of titanium dioxide, 2 parts of dispersant EBS, 2 parts of diffusion oil, 2 parts of calcium-zinc stabilizer, 1 part of silane coupling agent, 5 parts of calcium stearate, 5 parts of light calcium and 20 parts of PE cracking wax.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment comprises the following steps:
according to the weight parts, the components are put into a high-temperature kneader, the temperature is controlled to be 300 ℃, the components are naturally cooled to 40 ℃ after being treated for 2 hours, the components are directly crushed, ground to about 400 meshes through a grinder and canned through a canning machine, and the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment is prepared.
Example 2
The environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment of the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of azo pigment, 5 parts of carbon black, 1 part of dispersant EBS, 3 parts of diffusion oil, 1 part of calcium-zinc stabilizer, 1.5 parts of silane coupling agent, 3 parts of calcium stearate, 6 parts of light calcium and 18 parts of PE cracking wax.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment comprises the following steps:
according to the weight parts, the components are put into a high-temperature kneader, the temperature is controlled to be 200 ℃, the components are naturally cooled to 20 ℃ after being treated for 3 hours and then are directly crushed, the mixture is ground to about 600 meshes by a grinder, and the mixture is canned by a canning machine, so that the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment is prepared.
Example 3
The environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment of the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65 parts of phthalocyanine pigment, 1 part of titanium dioxide, 3 parts of dispersant EBS, 1 part of diffusion oil, 3 parts of iron-zinc stabilizer, 0.5 part of titanate coupling agent, 8 parts of calcium stearate, 4 parts of light calcium carbonate and 22 parts of PE cracking wax.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment comprises the following steps:
according to the weight parts, the components are put into a high-temperature kneading machine, the temperature is controlled to be 350 ℃, the components are treated for 1 hour, then the temperature is naturally reduced to 60 ℃, the components are directly crushed, the components are ground to about 200 meshes by a grinding machine, and the components are canned by a canning machine, so that the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment is prepared.
Example 4
The environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment of the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 58 parts of azo pigment, 2 parts of cadmium red, 2 parts of dispersant EBS, 3 parts of diffusion oil, 2 parts of calcium-zinc stabilizer, 1 part of silane coupling agent, 4 parts of calcium stearate, 5 parts of light calcium and 21 parts of PE cracking wax.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment comprises the following steps:
according to the weight parts, the components are put into a high-temperature kneader, the temperature is controlled to be 280 ℃, the components are naturally cooled to 30 ℃ after being treated for 2 hours, the components are directly crushed, ground to about 300 meshes by a grinder and canned by a canning machine, and the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment is prepared.
Comparative example 1
The pre-dispersed pigment of the comparative example comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of phthalocyanine pigment, 3 parts of titanium dioxide, 2 parts of dispersant EBS, 2 parts of diffusion oil, 2 parts of calcium-zinc stabilizer, 1 part of silane coupling agent, 5 parts of calcium stearate, 5 parts of light calcium and 20 parts of EVA wax; the preparation method is as in example 1.
Comparative example 2
The pre-dispersed pigment of the comparative example comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of phthalocyanine pigment, 3 parts of titanium dioxide, 2 parts of dispersant EBS, 2 parts of diffusion oil, 2 parts of calcium-zinc stabilizer, 1 part of silane coupling agent, 5 parts of heavy calcium, 5 parts of light calcium and 20 parts of PE cracking wax; the preparation method is as in example 1.
Test examples
The predispersed pigments of the examples and comparative examples were added to the PE material in an amount of 40% for coloration, the effects of which are shown in table 1.

The environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of organic pigment, 3 parts of inorganic pigment, 2 parts of dispersing agent, 2 parts of diffusion oil, 2 parts of stabilizing agent, 1 part of coupling agent, 5 parts of calcium stearate, 5 parts of light calcium and 20 parts of cracking wax.
3. The environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment according to claim 1, wherein the organic pigment is at least one selected from phthalocyanine pigments and azo pigments.
4. The environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is dispersant EBS.
5. The environment-friendly polymer predispersed pigment of claim 1, wherein the stabilizer is at least one selected from calcium zinc stabilizer and iron zinc stabilizer.
6. The environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment according to claim 1, wherein the coupling agent is at least one selected from a silane coupling agent and a titanate coupling agent.

The method for preparing the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersion pigment is prepared by mixing and grinding the raw materials in parts by weight.
8. The preparation method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the mixing is carried out in a high temperature kneader at 200-350 ℃ for 1-3 h.
9. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the particle size of the environment-friendly polymer pre-dispersed pigment is 10-600 meshes.
