When in use, the activated sludge in the mixed liquid in the bioreactor is positioned in the third box body 20 and below the mudguard 10, after sewage enters the bioreactor, pollutants in the sewage are removed by the activated sludge in the mixed liquid in the bioreactor, the particles in the sewage are precipitated conveniently through the serpentine channel 11, the sewage is rotated conveniently at the membrane component 3 through the water outlet 7, the particles are separated from the membrane surface, the membrane flux is prevented from being influenced and the membrane pollution is reduced, the service life of the membrane component 3 is prolonged, oxygen flowing out of the aeration pipeline 12 is isolated from the membrane component 3 through the partition plate 16, the influence of gas on the membrane flux is reduced, meanwhile, the positive pressure of the gas zone 14 on the pressure of the first liquid zone 13 is utilized, under the same suction force of the water pump, the sewage flows into the outside from the second box body 2 through the membrane component 3 more quickly, the membrane flux is increased, and in addition, bubbles on the liquid surface in the first liquid region 13 are eliminated by the positive pressure in the gas region 14, and the gas region 14 is brought into a positive pressure environment by the switch means 15, while the positive pressure in the first tank 1 is prevented from becoming excessively high.

A membrane bioreactor for sewage treatment, including bioreactor, its characterized in that: the bioreactor comprises a first box body (1) with a cavity area inside, a partition plate (16) used for dividing the first box body (1) into a left part and a right part is arranged in the first box body (1), a through hole (17) is formed in the partition plate (16), a second box body (2) with a cavity area inside is arranged on one side of the partition plate in the first box body (1), a membrane assembly (3) is installed in the second box body (2), the membrane assembly (3) is communicated with a water pump outside the first box body (1) through a water outlet pipe (4), a water inlet (6) is arranged on the outer side of the second box body (2), water outlets (7) are arranged on the inner side of the second box body (2), each water outlet (7) is communicated with each water inlet (6) through a circulating pipe (8), and a structure that water flow enters the second box body (2) through each water outlet (7) and drives the water flow at the membrane assembly (3) to rotate is formed, the second box body (2) is provided with a communicating port (9) communicated with the first box body (1) above the water inlet (6), a water inlet pipe (5) is arranged in the first box body (1), a mudguard (10) is arranged between the pipe orifice of the water inlet pipe (5) and the water inlet (6) in the first box body (1), the water inlet pipe (5) and the mudguard (10) are positioned at the other side of the partition plate (16), the pipe orifice of the water inlet pipe (5) is communicated with the water inlet (6) through a snake-shaped channel (11) and a through hole (17) formed between the mudguards (10), an aeration pipeline (12) is arranged at one end of the snake-shaped channel (11) far away from the water inlet (6), the aeration pipeline (12) is positioned at the bottom end of the first box body (1), a first liquid area (13) used for containing liquid is arranged in the first box body (1), the upper liquid level of the first liquid area (13) is located between the water inlet (6) and the communication port (9), the part above the first liquid area (13) in the first box body (1) is a gas area (14) filled with positive pressure gas generated by matching the aeration pipeline (12) with the first box body (1), the second box body (2) and the first liquid area (13) after the gas flows out of the upper liquid level of the first liquid area (13), a switch unit (15) used for enabling the gas area (14) to be communicated with the outside through positive pressure is installed outside the first box body (1), the switch unit (15) is communicated with the gas area (14), and the through hole (17) is in contact with the first liquid area (13) and the gas area (14).

4. The membrane bioreactor for wastewater treatment of claim 1, wherein: the part of each circulation pipe (8) positioned in the second box body (2) is in an arc-shaped structure, and the tangent lines at the water outlets (7) enclose an annular structure.

The membrane bioreactor for wastewater treatment of claim 2, characterized in that: the part of each fender (10) located at one side is fixedly connected with a partition plate (16), the part of each fender (10) located at the other side is fixedly connected with a partition plate (19), the partition plate (19) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the first box body (1), and each fender (10), the partition plate (16), the partition plate (19) and the inner wall of the first box body (1) are matched to form a snake-shaped channel (11).

The membrane bioreactor for wastewater treatment of claim 5, wherein: the baffle plate (19) and the inner wall of the first box body (1) enclose a third box body (20) with a cavity area inside, the third box body (20) is positioned at one side of the baffle plate (19) far away from the mudguard (10), a first hole (21) is formed in the upper side of the baffle plate (19), the first hole (21) is positioned in the gas area (14), a second hole (22) is formed in the lower side of the baffle plate (19), the second hole (22) is positioned in the first liquid area (13), a first valve (23) is installed on the water inlet pipe (5), a handle (23.1) of the first valve (23) is rotatably connected with one end of a connecting rod (24), a floating block (25) is installed at the other end of the connecting rod (24), the floating block (25) floats on the upper liquid surface of the first liquid area (13), the water inlet pipe (5), the first valve (23) and the floating block (25) are positioned in the third box body (20), the third box body (20) is provided with a mark (26) between the water inlet (6) and the communicating port (9), the height of the mark (26) is lower than the height of the first hole (21) and the communicating port (9), and a structure that the first valve (23) is closed when the first liquid area (13) is in contact with the mark (26) and the first valve (23) is opened when the first liquid area (13) is not in contact with the mark (26) is formed.

The membrane bioreactor for wastewater treatment of claim 6, wherein: the aeration pipeline (12) is provided with a check valve (18), and one end of the aeration pipeline (12) sequentially penetrates through the third box body (20) and the second hole (22) and is positioned below each fender (10).
