Abstract
The invention relates to a hydraulic weather-tight hinge door without a threshold for a ship, which comprises a door frame, door leaves, a lifting hinge device, a sealing rubber strip, an oil cylinder and the like; in order to meet the requirements of large equipment, goods, vehicles and access cabins on ships, the door frame of the hinged door is required to be without a threshold, and the conventional hydraulic weather-tight hinged door cannot meet the requirements. The door frame is of a sill-free structure, and the door body sealing strip needs to meet the sealing requirement on the door frame sealing surface and the bottom deck sealing surface at the same time; the hinge is a lifting hinge, and before the door leaf is opened or closed, the door leaf is lifted to a certain height by a lifting oil cylinder through the lifting hinge, so that collision or friction caused by contact between a sealing strip at the bottom of the door leaf and a ship deck (comprising structures such as a guide rail arranged on the ship deck) in the opening and closing process is avoided; after the door leaf is opened, the hydraulic control one-way valve arranged on the door-opening oil cylinder can fix the door leaf, and the door body is prevented from swinging due to the shaking of the ship body. A hydraulic weather-tight hinged door without threshold for ship, as shown in figures 1-6, comprises a door leaf 1 and a matched door frame 2,
the door leaf 1 and the door frame 2 are rotatably connected by a lifting hinge device 11 at one side of the door frame 2,
the rubber sealing strips 3 are arranged along the periphery of the door leaf 1, the left side, the upper side and the right side of each rubber sealing strip are respectively contacted with a pressing plate 4 arranged on the door frame 2, and the bottom edges of the rubber sealing strips are contacted with the pressing plate 4 on the deck of the ship body;
the lifting oil cylinder 6 arranged on one side of the door frame 2 is connected with the lifting hinge device 11 through a pin shaft; the lifting oil cylinder 6 lifts and lowers the door leaf through a lifting hinge device 11.
The bottom locking block 14 arranged on the door leaf 1 is in inclined contact with a bottom wedge 15 arranged on a ship body deck, and the bottom locking block 14 arranged on the bottom side of the door leaf 1 and the bottom wedge 15 arranged on the ship body deck are locked under the combined action of the gravity of the door leaf 1 and the pulling force of the lifting oil cylinder 6.
The locking bolt device 8 arranged on the door leaf 1 is connected with a piston rod of the locking oil cylinder 7 arranged on the door leaf 1, and the door leaf 1 and the door frame 2 are locked by a bolt under the thrust action of the locking oil cylinder,
one end of the switch oil cylinder 5 is connected with the door body 1 through a pin shaft, and after the door leaf 1 rises, the switch oil cylinder 5 opens or closes the door body.
The other end of the switch oil cylinder 5 is connected with the oil cylinder base 16 through a pin shaft; and the hydraulic control one-way valve arranged on the switch oil cylinder 5 is connected with the oil cylinder by a hinge bolt.
The device is characterized in that a baffle 17 is arranged on the outer end face of the guide wheel 6 and connected with a guide post 19 through a bolt; a self-lubricating bearing 18 is arranged between the guide wheel 9 and the guide column 19.
The door frame 2 is characterized in that the door frame is of a sill-free structure.
Sealing requirements are met simultaneously by a sealing strip 3 arranged on the door leaf 1, a pressing plate 4 arranged on the door frame 2 and the pressing plate 4 arranged on the bottom deck, namely the sealing requirements are met on 2 plane vertical planes and horizontal planes.
And the electromechanical-hydraulic control is adopted, so that the electromechanical-hydraulic integration degree is high.
The use process and the principle of the invention are as follows:
1. the door opening process:
1.1. the bolt of the door leaf 1 and the bolt of the door frame 2 are unlocked under the action of the pulling force of the locking oil cylinder 7, and the limit switch on the door leaf is triggered to perform inductive unlocking when the door leaf is unlocked in place;

After the lifting hinge is lifted to the right position, triggering a limit switch on the door frame to lift in an induction manner;
1.3. under the action of the pulling force of the switch oil cylinder 5, the door leaf 1 is opened, and after the door leaf is opened in place, the limit switch on the door frame is triggered to be opened in an induction manner, so that the door leaf is opened.
2. The door closing process:
2.1 under the action of the thrust of the switch oil cylinder 5, the door leaf 1 is closed, and after the door leaf is closed in place, the limit switch on the door frame is triggered to be closed in an induction mode.
2.2 under the action of the pulling force of the lifting oil cylinder 6 and the gravity of the door leaf 1 and under the guiding action of the guide wheel 9 and the sliding groove 10, the lifting hinge and the door body are descended, so that the top locking block 12 of the door leaf 1 is in inclined contact with and pressed against the inclined surface of the top wedge 13 on the door frame 2, and meanwhile, the bottom locking block 14 of the door leaf 1 is also in inclined contact with and pressed against the inclined surface of the bottom wedge 15 on the ship deck. After the lifting hinge descends to the right position, triggering a limit switch on the door frame to induct descending;
2.3 locking the bolt of the door leaf 1 and the door frame 2 under the action of the pulling force of the locking oil cylinder 7, locking in place and triggering the limit switch on the door leaf to lock in an induction way;
the principle is as follows:
1. the mechanical principle is as follows: in order to meet the threshold-free structure, the sealing strip 3 arranged on the door leaf 1, the pressing plate 4 arranged on the door frame 2 and the pressing plate 4 arranged on the bottom deck simultaneously meet the sealing requirement, namely the sealing requirement is met on the vertical plane and the horizontal plane of each plane. Before the door leaf is opened or closed, the lifting oil cylinder 6 is lifted to a certain height through the lifting hinge 11, so that collision or friction caused by contact of a sealing strip at the bottom of the door leaf and structures such as a guide rail arranged on a ship body deck and the like on the ship body deck in the opening and closing process is avoided; after the door leaf is opened, the hydraulic control one-way valve 21 arranged on the door-opening oil cylinder 5 can fix the door leaf, and the door body is prevented from swinging due to the swinging of the ship body.

the locking bolt device (8) arranged on the door leaf (1) is connected with a piston rod of the locking oil cylinder (7) arranged on the door leaf (1), and the door leaf (1) and the door frame (2) are locked through a bolt under the thrust action of the locking oil cylinder.
