Abstract
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing an enhanced carton, which comprises the steps of sticking a buffer board on the outer side of a base plate, soaking a corrugated board in paraffin, then filling elastic materials in the corrugated board, sticking the corrugated board on the outer side of the buffer board, sticking a scratch-resistant waterproof film on the outer side of the corrugated board to obtain a carton board, and then separating the carton board, colliding lines, cutting corners and nailing the carton to obtain the carton. According to the invention, the buffer board is bonded on the outer side of the base board, the corrugated board soaked by paraffin is bonded on the outer side of the buffer board, and the corrugated corrugations of the corrugated board are filled with the elastic material, so that the compression resistance of the carton is improved, the waterproof layer is uniformly sprayed on the inner side of the base board, and the scratch-resistant waterproof film is attached to the outer side of the corrugated board, so that the carton is prevented from being invaded by moisture in the outside humid weather or water in internal storage substances. Background
The packaging carton has the advantages of light weight, low price, no pollution, easy recycling and the like, and is widely used for packaging common and special products. The cardboard paper in China is generally made of straw pulp and waste paper pulp, and has the defects of poor stiffness, low ring crush strength, easy dampness and the like. On the other hand, if the paper is made from all wood pulp, the cost will be greatly increased.
The carton that uses now often can cause the loss for the user because the carton wets and rot and influence the quality of article in the carton when humid weather such as rainy day, snowy day to in the express delivery transportation, even gently take and put, also can cause the carton to collide because some unexpected circumstances, damage the article in the carton.

s5: coating adhesive on the outer side of the buffer board, then attaching the corrugated board processed in the step S4 to the outer side of the buffer board, and airing, wherein the size of the corrugated board is consistent with that of the buffer board;
s6: coating adhesive on the outer side of the corrugated board, and attaching a scratch-resistant waterproof film with the size consistent with that of the corrugated board to prepare a carton board;
s7: and (5) separating the carton board obtained in the step (S6), colliding lines, cutting corners and nailing boxes to obtain the carton.
Preferably, the substrate is cardboard.
Preferably, the glue is epoxy resin glue, jelly glue, water-based glue or paper-plastic glue.
Preferably, the waterproof layer sprayed on the inner side of the substrate is a polyurethane waterproof sealing coating.
Preferably, the corrugated board is soaked in a paraffin solution for 15-30 min.
Preferably, the elastic material filled in the corrugated corrugations and the buffer plate are both silica gel or rubber.
Preferably, the waterproof scratch-resistant film is a polyolefin film.

s5: coating adhesive on the outer side of the buffer board, then attaching the corrugated board processed in the step S4 to the outer side of the buffer board, and airing, wherein the size of the corrugated board is consistent with that of the buffer board;
s6: coating adhesive on the outer side of the corrugated board, and attaching a scratch-resistant waterproof film with the size consistent with that of the corrugated board to prepare a carton board;
s7: and (5) separating the carton board obtained in the step (S6), colliding lines, cutting corners and nailing boxes to obtain the carton.
In this embodiment, the substrate is a hard board.
In this embodiment, the adhesive is epoxy resin glue, jelly glue, water-based glue or paper plastic glue, and the bonding is firm, so that the bonding is not easy to fall off, and the durability is long.

s2: uniformly spraying a waterproof layer on the inner side of the substrate;
s3: selecting a corrugated board, soaking the corrugated board in a paraffin solution, and then taking out and drying the corrugated board;
s4: filling an elastic material in the corrugated corrugations of the corrugated board, wherein all the corrugated corrugations are filled with the elastic material;
s5: coating adhesive on the outer side of the buffer board, then attaching the corrugated board processed in the step S4 to the outer side of the buffer board, and airing, wherein the size of the corrugated board is consistent with that of the buffer board;
s6: coating adhesive on the outer side of the corrugated board, and attaching a scratch-resistant waterproof film with the size consistent with that of the corrugated board to obtain the carton board.
S7: and (5) separating the carton board obtained in the step (S6), colliding lines, cutting corners and nailing boxes to obtain the carton.
