Abstract
The invention relates to a method for accurately clamping and quickly positioning in water cutting machining, which comprises the steps of prefabricating the positioning characteristics of a part to be cut; secondly, positioning the part to be cut on a workbench of water cutting equipment by utilizing characteristic positioning, and positioning the position of the part on a blank material by utilizing the positioning characteristic on the part; and finally, clamping and fixing the tool and a machine tool fixing frame to perform subsequent cutting processing. The invention determines the clamping and positioning method of the part to be cut with structural characteristics through the conversion work of the clamping reference of the water cutting equipment, fills the blank of the water cutting accurate positioning and clamping technology in our factory, and lays a certain foundation for the model development and production.

Background
The water cutting method is characterized in that water is used as a medium for pressurization, the small-hole injection principle is utilized, ultrahigh-pressure water energy is converted into water arrows with the speed of 800-1000 m/s, the water arrows can be used for cutting various soft-base materials and cleaning the surfaces of the materials, and appropriate abrasive materials (natural pomegranate sand) are added into the water arrows, so that any hard-base material can be cut. The water jet machining technology can effectively solve the problems of large machining difficulty and low efficiency of typical part structures of materials difficult to machine, and realizes efficient and low-cost machining of the parts.
The "cutter" of the water cutting equipment, namely the nozzle, is very convenient for cutting on the integral plate, but when the structural characteristics of the piece to be cut are provided, the cutting needs to refer to the existing characteristics, and the cutting is not easy to be implemented due to the limitation of the cutting equipment, such as the cutting of cast and formed parts and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, a disc-shaped grinding wheel as a grinding tool needs to cut an outer circle into a hexagonal shape or other shapes with a mounting hole as a center, and a water cutting machine tool does not have a grating ruler or other structures, and cannot perform centering operation, so that cutting processing cannot be performed.

(3) part clamping
