Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of high-pressure sealing, in particular to a sealing ring blank pressing tool and a sealing ring pressing method. The sealing ring blank pressing tool comprises an outer ring sleeve and an inner ring sleeve, wherein the outer ring sleeve is sleeved outside the inner ring sleeve, a first annular cutter is arranged at the bottom of the outer ring sleeve, a second annular cutter is arranged at the bottom of the inner ring sleeve, a blank accommodating space is arranged at the bottom of the outer ring sleeve, and the blank accommodating space is positioned on the inner side of the first annular cutter; the part is pressed by adopting the lap-joint-free annular feeding mode, the problems that the part formed by pressing is broken under the action of high pressure and bubbles are formed on the surface are solved, by adopting the structural form, the sizes of the first annular cutter and the second annular cutter can be determined according to proper blank blanking, the thickness of the formed part flash is controlled within a proper range, and the flash is favorably removed.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of high-pressure sealing, in particular to a sealing ring blank pressing tool and a sealing ring pressing method.
Background
In the prior art, as shown in fig. 1, when pressing an annular sealing element (such as an O-ring, a gasket, and a star-shaped sealing ring), the feeding manner is not specified in the current pressing process, and an operator uses scissors to cut a strip shape on raw rubber material which is rolled to a certain thickness and then lap-jointed into a ring shape to press a part in a common feeding manner. When the pressing process schedule is adopted to press the annular sealing element (such as a star-shaped sealing ring) with the cross section of different shapes, the pressed part mainly has the performance which can not meet the use requirement.
Parts manufactured by the existing process procedures have the following two problems:
1. when the raw rubber material is cut into strips by using scissors and the strips are lapped into a ring-shaped blank to press a part, the appearance size and the weight of the blank cannot be effectively controlled due to manual blanking, so that the pressed part has the phenomena of no shape, difficult control of the thickness of flash within a proper range and difficult removal of the flash;
2. the pressed parts are filled with high-pressure nitrogen gas of 14Mpa and placed for three days and seven days, the phenomena of fracture and surface bubbling appear, so that the air tightness of the products is unqualified, and the qualification rate only reaches about 20 percent.
Therefore, the inventor provides a sealing ring blank pressing tool and a sealing ring pressing method.

When the part is pressed by the prior art, the size of a cavity of a die for pressing the part is small and irregular, so that the flowing of rubber is not smooth, the molecular combination of the rubber at the overlapped position is not firm, and the overlapped position of the part is easy to break under the action of high pressure.
In the above embodiment of the present application, the outer ring sleeve is placed on the sheet-shaped raw rubber material, and the sheet-shaped raw rubber material covers the bottom end of the outer ring sleeve; penetrating the inner ring sleeve into the outer ring sleeve to enable the knife edge of the first annular cutter and the knife edge of the second annular cutter to fall on the sheet raw rubber material; punching the inner ring sleeve and the outer ring sleeve by external force to enable the knife edge of the first annular cutter and the knife edge of the second annular cutter to be tangential to the sheet raw rubber material, so as to obtain a pressed sealing ring 3; the sealing ring obtained by the method is of an integral annular structure, the overall dimension and the weight of a blank can be effectively controlled, and the problem that a pressed part is not shaped is reduced.
Preferably, the outer side of the first annular cutter is an inclined plane, and the inner side of the first annular cutter is a vertical plane; the outer side of the second annular cutter is a vertical surface, the inner side of the second annular cutter is an inclined surface, so that the outer side and the inner side of the processed blank are vertical surfaces, the outer side and the inner side of the processed blank are flat vertical surfaces, and further, when the outer side and the inner side of the blank are subjected to die pressing treatment in the subsequent process, the die pressing temperature and the die pressing pressure can be calculated and set more conveniently.
Preferably, the top of the inner ring sleeve is provided with a waste punching hole 101 communicated with the waste accommodating cavity. Thus, after pressing is completed, the scrap can be punched out by inserting the scrap punching rod into the scrap punching hole. The operation is convenient.
Preferably, the top side edge of the inner ring sleeve is provided with a limit convex edge 103 protruding towards the circumferential direction. s6, inserting the waste punching rod into the waste punching hole to punch out the waste in the waste accommodating cavity;
s7, separating the first annular cutter and the second annular cutter, and taking out the pressed sealing ring from the blank accommodating cavity;
and S8, performing mould pressing treatment on the pressed sealing ring under the set temperature and pressure conditions to obtain the sealing ring with the star-shaped cross section.

Wherein the raw rubber material in the step S1 is raw rubber material within the shelf life; parts can not be pressed by using rubber materials which are qualified through re-inspection after being overdue. Under the condition that the conditions are ensured, the rubber materials which are qualified after being rechecked after the use period and the parts pressed by the new rubber materials are tested and compared, and the part pressed by the new rubber materials basically solves the phenomenon that bubbles appear on the surfaces of the parts under the high-pressure working environment.
Preferably, in step S2, the knife edge of the first ring cutter is away from the position where the bubbles exist in the sheet raw rubber material; in step S3, the edge of the second annular cutter is moved away from the location where the bubbles are present in the sheet stock. In the pressing process, air in bubbles on the blank can not be completely discharged, so that molecules of the sizing material at the position are not tightly combined to form a gap, if the part to be pressed is provided with the gap, high-pressure air can enter from the gap under the action of high pressure, and the surface of the part is bubbled.
This application adopts star sealing washer pressing technology rule after the improvement to suppress the part, the problem that the part is not tangible has been controlled effectively, the problem that the part overlap is difficult to get rid of with basically having solved star sealing washer and filling high pressure nitrogen gas 14Mpa, place three days and seven days after, the phenomenon of fracture and surface gassing does not have, improve the gas tightness qualification rate of product to more than 90% by about 20%, greatly reduced mould and pressed workman and product assembly and debugging workman's intensity of labour, guaranteed the performance requirement and the production progress of whole product.
In summary, the technical scheme provided by the application has the following effects:
1. the problem that the pressed part is not shaped is reduced;
2. the thickness of the pressed part flash is controlled within a proper range, so that the flash can be conveniently removed;
3. effectively controlling the phenomena of fracture and surface bubbling after the pressed parts are filled with high-pressure nitrogen gas of 14Mpa and placed for three days and seven days, and improving the air tightness qualification rate of products.

3. The seal ring blank pressing tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second annular cutter has a vertical outer side and a slant inner side, so that the outer side and the inner side of the machined blank are vertical.
4. The seal ring blank pressing tool according to claim 1, wherein a waste punching hole communicated with the waste accommodating cavity is formed in the top of the inner ring sleeve.
5. The seal ring blank pressing tool as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the top side of the inner ring sleeve is provided with a limit convex edge protruding in the circumferential direction.
6. The seal ring blank pressing tool as claimed in claim 5, wherein the bottom surface of the limiting flange is attached to the top surface of the outer ring sleeve.

The seal ring blank pressing tool according to claim 6, wherein the knife edge of the first annular cutter and the knife edge of the second annular cutter are located on the same plane in a state that the bottom surface of the limiting convex edge is attached to the top surface of the outer ring sleeve.
8. The method for pressing the seal ring by using the seal ring blank pressing tool of any one of claims 1 to 7 is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, preparing raw rubber material, and rolling the raw rubber material to form sheet raw rubber material;
s2, placing the outer ring sleeve on the sheet raw rubber material, wherein the sheet raw rubber material covers the bottom end of the outer ring sleeve;
s3, penetrating the inner ring sleeve into the outer ring sleeve to enable the knife edge of the first annular cutter and the knife edge of the second annular cutter to fall on the sheet raw rubber material;
s4, punching the inner ring sleeve by external force to enable the knife edge of the first annular cutter and the knife edge of the second annular cutter to be tangential to the sheet raw rubber material;
and S5, obtaining the pressed sealing ring.
9. A method of compressing a seal ring according to claim 8, further comprising the steps of:
s6, inserting the waste punching rod into the waste punching hole to punch out the waste in the waste accommodating cavity;
s7, separating the first annular cutter and the second annular cutter, and taking out the pressed seal ring blank from the blank accommodating cavity;
s8, carrying out mould pressing treatment on the pressed sealing ring under the conditions of set temperature and pressure to obtain the sealing ring with a star-shaped section;
the raw rubber compound in step S1 is a raw rubber compound within the shelf life.
