Example 6
The bending stiffness of the sandpaper manufactured in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3 was measured by a textile stiffness tester, and the measured structure is shown in table one.
Watch 1
Figure BDA0002854277160000161
As can be seen from the table one, the bending stiffness of examples 1 to 5 is not more than 100Mg × cm, and the flexibility is improved by about 50% compared to comparative examples 1 to 3. The flexibility of the primer layer and the flexibility of the compound adhesive layer are improved by adding the toughening agent into the primer adhesive material and the compound adhesive material of the abrasive paper, the water content of the paper base in the corresponding procedure is ensured by adding pre-drying humidification, main drying humidification and rolling humidification in the manufacturing process, the brittleness of the paper base in the corresponding procedure is reduced, the flexibility of the paper base during processing is improved, and the processing is facilitated. The paper base has poor deformability due to brittleness, and the paper base has certain flexibility due to proper water content, so that the paper base is not easy to damage in the manufacturing process to reduce the strength.
The invention provides a method for manufacturing flexible paper-based abrasive paper, which is characterized in that a toughening agent is added into a base rubber sizing material and a compound rubber sizing material of the abrasive paper, the formula components and the proportion of the base rubber sizing material and the compound rubber sizing material are optimized, four procedures are performed with humidification treatment, the toughness of the paper base is improved, the impact resistance of the paper base is improved, the brittleness is reduced, and the risk of abrasive paper breakage in the using process is reduced. In addition, after the paper base is toughened, the smoothness is improved, the paper base can be used for manufacturing ultrafine-grained abrasive paper, the rejection rate caused by appearance defects of the abrasive paper is reduced, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the product quality of the abrasive paper is improved, the conformability between the abrasive paper and a plate in the grinding process is increased, and the processing precision and the surface grinding smoothness of the plate are improved.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention in any manner; those skilled in the art can readily practice the invention as shown and described in the drawings and detailed description herein; however, those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the disclosed conception and specific embodiments as a basis for designing or modifying other structures for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims; meanwhile, any changes, modifications, and evolutions of the equivalent changes of the above embodiments according to the actual techniques of the present invention are still within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
