Abstract
The invention relates to an open arc welding moving system for on-line remanufacturing of a rail vehicle wheel set. The rear plate is provided with a motor and an upper rod; the motor is connected with a main rotating rod, and the upper rod is connected with an auxiliary oscillating rod through a bearing; the lower ends of the main rotating rod and the auxiliary swinging rod are hinged with a T-shaped frame; the lower end of the T-shaped frame is connected with a main mounting seat, and the main mounting seat is matched with a track limiting assembly. And the main cushion table is provided with an installation limiting assembly. The invention has high automation degree, can effectively realize the control of the welding gun to move along an arc-shaped track, thereby achieving the effect of conveniently repairing the L-shaped shaft in the wheel shaft in an open arc welding mode, and in addition, the invention plays a good protection effect by controlling the reciprocating swing of the protection cover in the implementation process.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of machining related to remanufacturing and repairing, in particular to an open arc welding mobile system for remanufacturing and processing wheel pairs of rail vehicles on line.
Background
The Chinese railway network is distributed nationwide, and the traffic convenience brought by the distribution is self-evident. Rail vehicles are transport devices that run on rails. And the main cushion table is provided with an installation limiting assembly.
And the bottom of the main mounting seat is provided with a mounting sleeve.
The track limiting assembly comprises a transverse guide rod fixedly arranged at the upper end of the supporting frame, and a pair of guide frames for vertically and slidably mounting the main mounting seat are horizontally and slidably mounted on the transverse guide rod; and a driving protection assembly is arranged on the guide frame positioned on the left side.

The installation limiting assembly comprises four bearing seats installed on a main cushion platform, an articulated seat is installed on each bearing seat in a rotatable mode, a main pressing plate is installed on the articulated seat in an articulated mode, a pressing pad is arranged on one side, close to the center of the main cushion platform, of each main pressing plate, a lower sleeve is arranged on one side, away from the center of the main cushion platform, of each main pressing plate, and a spring which is abutted to the main cushion platform is installed in the lower sleeve.
In the present invention, the mounting sleeve is used for mounting the welding gun. The main rotating rod, the auxiliary swing rod, the T-shaped frame and a connecting line between the shaft of the motor and the upper rod can form a parallelogram mechanism.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The rear plate 4 is provided with a motor 5 and an upper rod 6; the motor 5 is connected with a main rotating rod 7, and the upper rod 6 is connected with an auxiliary oscillating rod 8 through a bearing; the lower ends of the main rotating rod 7 and the auxiliary oscillating rod 8 are hinged with a T-shaped frame 9; the lower end of the T-shaped frame 9 is connected with a main mounting seat 10, and the main mounting seat 10 is matched with a track limiting assembly.
And the main cushion table 2 is provided with an installation limiting assembly.
The bottom of the main mounting seat 10 is provided with a mounting sleeve 11.
The track limiting assembly comprises a transverse guide rod 12 fixedly arranged at the upper end of the supporting frame 3, and a pair of guide frames 13 for vertically and slidably mounting the main mounting seat 10 are horizontally and slidably mounted on the transverse guide rod 12; the guide frame 13 on the left side is provided with a drive protection assembly.
The driving protection assembly comprises an outer connecting rod 14 hinged on the lateral guide frame 13 and an inner connecting rod 15 hinged on the left side of the main mounting seat 10; the left side of the inner connecting rod 15 is hinged with a protective cover 16, and the front side of the protective cover 16 is provided with a convex block 16 a; the middle part of the outer connecting rod 14 is provided with an outer connecting groove 14a which is matched with the convex block 16a in a sliding and hinged mode. The lower end of the outer link 14 is hingedly connected to the protective cover 16.
The base 1 is provided with a guide rail 1a for installing the main cushion table 2 in a front-back sliding manner, and the base 1 is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 17 connected with the main cushion table 2.
The installation limiting assembly comprises four bearing seats 18 installed on a main cushion table 2, an articulated seat 19 is installed on each bearing seat 18 in a rotatable mode, a main pressing plate 20 is installed on each articulated seat 19 in an articulated mode, each main pressing plate 20 is provided with a pressing pad 20a close to one side of the center of the main cushion table 2, each main pressing plate 20 is provided with a lower sleeve 20b deviating from one side of the center of the main cushion table 2, and a spring 21 which is abutted to the main cushion table 2 is installed in each lower sleeve 20 b.
In the present invention, the mounting sleeve 11 is used for mounting a welding gun. The main rotating rod 7, the auxiliary swing rod 8, the T-shaped frame 9 and a connecting line between the shaft of the motor 5 and the upper rod 6 can form a parallelogram mechanism.

the rear plate (4) is provided with a motor (5) and an upper rod (6); the motor (5) is connected with a main rotating rod (7), and the upper rod (6) is connected with an auxiliary swing rod (8) through a bearing; the lower ends of the main rotating rod (7) and the auxiliary swing rod (8) are hinged with a T-shaped frame (9); the lower end of the T-shaped frame (9) is connected with a main mounting seat (10), and the main mounting seat (10) is matched with a track limiting assembly;
and the main cushion table (2) is provided with an installation limiting assembly.
