The pushing assembly 70 includes a bottom plate 71, a driving member 72, a guide block 73, a connecting block 74, a push rod 75 and a push rod 76. The driving member 72 is fixed to the base plate 71. The driving member 72 is one of a motor and a cylinder, and in this embodiment, the driving member 72 is a cylinder, which has low cost and small volume. The punch assembly 60 moves downwards, and the forming surface 620 of the edge rolling forming punch 62 contacts and extrudes the semi-finished product, so that the semi-finished product covers the forming column 51 to form a circular finished product. After the punching is completed, the punch assembly 60 is reset, the driving piece 72 of the pushing assembly 70 drives the ejector rod 76 to move forward, and the finished product is ejected from the edge rolling forming die 50.
In the actual production process, the cutting forming punch 63 and the rolling forming punch 62 punch simultaneously, so that the punching and rolling device processes a plurality of parts simultaneously, and the production efficiency is improved. In the whole part production process, no raw material is wasted, and the punching and rolling device is simple in structure and low in cost.
