And the user can also manually control the work of the water cannon 4 and the thermal imaging dual-spectrum camera 5 through the background.

A fire prevention and extinguishing device for forest and grassland is characterized by comprising; the device comprises a water delivery pipe network laid in a forest area and a spray head structure arranged on the water delivery pipe network; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the spray head assembly comprises a water cannon arranged at the output end of the horizontal rotating mechanism and a thermal imaging double-spectrum camera arranged on the water cannon, the thermal imaging double-spectrum camera is used for acquiring temperature data and video image data of a monitoring area, and the water cannon is communicated with the water delivery pipe network;
the video image data includes visible light video image data and infrared video image data.

The forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a plurality of power supply devices, wherein the power supply devices are disposed in the plot, and at least one of the plurality of power supply devices corresponds to at least one of the plurality of sprinkler structures.

The fire prevention and extinguishing device for forest and grassland as claimed in claim 2, wherein the spray head assembly further comprises a controller and an electromagnetic valve arranged on the water cannon, and the controller is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve, the vertical rotating mechanism, the horizontal rotating mechanism and the thermal imaging dual-spectrum camera;
a first communication module used for carrying out data transmission with a background is arranged in the controller;
and a second communication module for carrying out data transmission with a background is arranged in the thermal imaging double-spectrum camera.

The forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the water cannon is provided with an ultraviolet sensor and a humidity monitoring device which are connected with the power supply device, and the ultraviolet sensor and the humidity monitoring device are both electrically connected with the controller.
5. The forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the power supply device is a wind energy and solar energy integrated power generation device;
the thermal imaging double-spectrum camera comprises an infrared thermal imaging camera and a visible light camera which are integrally arranged.

The fire prevention and extinguishing device for forest and grassland as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nozzle assembly further comprises a base, the vertical rotating mechanism comprises a first motor arranged on the base, an output end of the first motor can rotate around a vertical shaft, an output end of the first motor is provided with a transmission member, and the horizontal rotating mechanism is arranged at an upper end of the transmission member.

The fire prevention and extinguishing device for forest and grassland as claimed in claim 6, wherein the horizontal rotation mechanism comprises a fixed seat fixed on the transmission member and a second motor fixed on the fixed seat, an output end of the second motor can rotate around a horizontal shaft, an output end of the second motor is provided with a water cannon mounting member, and the water cannon is fixed on the water cannon mounting member.
8. A forest fire prevention and extinguishing method using the forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing apparatus as claimed in claim 5, characterized by comprising the steps of:
acquiring a thermal imaging image of a monitoring area by a thermal imaging double-spectrum camera;
judging whether a fire disaster exists according to the temperature distribution condition of the thermal imaging image;
if a fire exists, acquiring video image data at the same spatial position as the thermal imaging image;
controlling the horizontal rotating mechanism and the vertical rotating mechanism to drive the water cannon to act and determining an ignition point;
if the ignition point is within the spraying range of the water cannon, starting the water cannon to aim at the ignition point to extinguish the fire;
and if the ignition point is not in the spraying range of the water cannon, starting the water cannon to spray water to form an isolation belt.
9. A forest fire prevention and extinguishing method as claimed in claim 8, further comprising the step of obtaining humidity information of the forest area, and when the humidity information reaches a set threshold value, starting a water cannon to spray water, so as to increase the humidity of the forest area.
10. A forest fire prevention and extinguishing method as claimed in claim 9, further comprising the steps of monitoring a specific area in real time by an ultraviolet sensor, and transmitting a fire signal to the controller and the background after the specific area is found to be on fire;
after receiving a fire signal, the controller and the background send an instruction to the thermal imaging dual-spectrum camera, and the thermal imaging dual-spectrum camera acquires a thermal imaging image of a monitoring area; and meanwhile, the vertical rotating mechanism and the horizontal rotating mechanism are controlled to drive the water cannon to act, signals are fed back to the controller and the background after the ignition point is determined by the horizontal flame sensor and the vertical flame sensor, and the controller and the background control an electromagnetic valve on the water cannon to be opened to spray water.
