本发明公开了一种双源定位器,主要包括磁源固定杆和磁源,所述磁源固定在所述磁源固定杆上,所述磁源设有两个,固定在所述磁源固定杆的不同位置,且两个磁源的磁场方向交叉设置,手术时通过本发明可为向植入体内的带锁髓内钉钻锁钉孔提供立体定位,能够提高钻孔准确率与手术的成功率,并缩短手术时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是一种双源定位器。
背景技术
目前,在治疗管状骨折患者时,带锁髓内钉内固定技术在临床上得到广泛应用,而髓内钉远端锁钉的安装是该项技术的关键环节,髓内钉远端钉孔位置定位的准确程度直接影响手术难度和手术质量。现在临床上常用的髓内钉远端钉孔位置瞄准定位主要有以下几种方式:一是手术中持续借助X线影像设备寻找孔位,此技术不仅对医生操作经验要求高,而且X光线会产生大量辐射,对医务人员和患者造成伤害。二是采用定位杆的限位瞄准技术,比较典型的如本发明人设计的专利号为02267978.2的“带锁髓内钉远端钉孔定位装置”,其结构特点是在定位杆上加装一个限定髓内钉摆动的限位装置,虽然起到了一定瞄准作用,但需要在骨组织上增加一个钻孔,不仅操作步骤多,还给患者增加额外创伤。三是采用磁力瞄准定位技术,比较典型的如本发明人设计的专利号为200420039024.X的“带锁髓内钉远端钉孔瞄准自动指示仪”,其结构特点是在可调定位杆上的定位孔中安装有磁力瞄准指示器,与插装在髓内钉内的带有磁铁的探针配合瞄准定位,这一技术提高了带锁髓内钉远端钉孔瞄准的准确性,但其不足的是它存在对髓内钉远端孔同时设有垂直、水平及与水平方向成角度的斜孔时,不能准确定位斜孔的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述缺陷,公开了一种双源定位器,主要包括磁源固定杆和磁源,所述磁源固定在所述磁源固定杆上,所述磁源设有两个,固定在所述磁源固定杆的不同位置,且两个磁源的磁场方向交叉设置,所述交叉设置优选垂直交叉设置。所述磁源也可设置多件,各磁源的磁场方向交叉设置或平行设置。
所述磁源固定杆可设置磁性。
手术时将本发明置于带锁髓内钉内孔,或其他植入物上,或直接置于体内,为体外探测植入体内的植入物或体内病灶靶点位置提供立体定位信号源。
有益效果,手术时通过本发明可为向植入体内的带锁髓内钉钻锁钉孔提供立体定位,能够提高钻孔准确率与手术的成功率,并缩短手术时间。

本发明一种双源定位器的实施方式如图1所示,主要包括磁源固定杆1和磁源,所述磁源固定在所述磁源固定杆上,所述磁源设有磁源一2和磁源二3,所述磁源一2和磁源二3设于所述磁源固定杆的不同位置,所述两磁源的磁场垂直交叉设置。
