a clamping component which enables the cutting knife to be kept at a first position and a second position is formed between the movable end and the cutting knife, and when the cutting knife is located at the first position, the cutting edge of the cutting knife does not protrude out of the first tissue contact surface; when the cutting knife is in the second position, the cutting edge of the cutting knife protrudes out of the first tissue contact surface;
and a pushing part is formed in the cutting groove, and the broach rod pushes the cutting knife to touch the pushing part so as to change the cutting knife from a first position to a second position.
2. The surgical instrument of claim 1, wherein a cartridge assembly is mounted to the cartridge holder and has an advance slot corresponding to the cutting slot.
3. A surgical instrument is characterized by comprising a handle, a nail anvil and a nail bin bracket which are arranged at one end of the handle side by side and are arranged oppositely, a closing pressure rod which is arranged on the handle and is used for driving the nail anvil and the nail bin bracket to be closed, a nail pushing rod and a knife pulling rod which are arranged in the handle, and a driving component which is arranged on the handle and is used for driving the nail pushing rod and the knife pulling rod to move along the lengthwise direction of the nail bin bracket, wherein a nail bin body is arranged on the nail bin bracket, and the nail bin body is provided with a second tissue contact surface which is in contact with the sutured tissue;
the nail bin is characterized in that the nail bin body is provided with a near end connected with the handle and a far end far away from the handle, a pushing groove is formed in the nail bin body in the longitudinal direction, a pushing part is formed in the pushing groove, and the pushing part is positioned on one side, close to the far end, of the pushing groove; the broach rod is provided with a movable end which is inserted into the pushing groove and can move in the pushing groove, a cutting knife is movably arranged on the movable end, the cutting knife is connected with the movable end through a rotating shaft, and the cutting knife can turn around the rotating shaft relative to the movable end;
a clamping component which enables the cutting knife to be kept at a first position and a second position is formed between the movable end and the cutting knife, and when the cutting knife is located at the first position, the cutting edge of the cutting knife does not protrude out of a second tissue contact surface; when the cutting knife is in the second position, the cutting edge of the cutting knife protrudes out of the second tissue contact surface;
and a pushing part is formed in the pushing groove, and the broach rod pushes the cutting knife to touch the pushing part so as to change the cutting knife from a first position to a second position.
4. The surgical instrument of claim 3, wherein the anvil defines a cutting slot corresponding to the pushing slot.
5. A surgical instrument according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a resilient member is provided between the cutting blade and the pull rod, the resilient member applying a rotational force to the cutting blade as it changes from the first position to the second position.
6. The surgical instrument of claim 5, wherein the resilient member is a torsion spring disposed about the rotational axis.
7. The surgical instrument of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the catch assembly comprises a catch and a first catch that engages the catch to position the cutting blade in the first position and a second catch that engages the catch to position the cutting blade in the second position, respectively.
8. The surgical instrument of claim 7, wherein the first and second detents are disposed on a cutting blade and the catch is disposed on the active end.
9. The surgical instrument of claim 8, wherein the movable end of the broach bar comprises two oppositely disposed side plates between which the cutting burr is captured, the catch being formed on each side plate.
10. A surgical instrument according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the cutting blade has a cutting edge perpendicular to the pull rod when the cutting blade is in the second position.
