and S11, acquiring a feedback signal of the dust collector motor.
The feedback signal is a pulse signal which is generated by the working state of the motor and is used for feeding back the rotating speed of the motor. When the motor enters a working state, the motor outputs the rotating speed information in a pulse form from the FG signal line, namely the FG signal line continuously outputs a pulse feedback signal.
And S12, determining the accumulated amount of the rotation number of the motor of the dust collector based on the feedback signal.
The cumulative number of revolutions is the cumulative number of revolutions of the cleaner motor. The pulse feedback signal of the motor of the dust collector can reflect the rotating speed of the motor, and the current running state of the motor of the dust collector can be determined based on the pulse feedback signal so as to determine the working gear of the dust collector. When the control circuit of the dust collector receives the pulse feedback signal, the accumulated amount of the revolution of the motor of the dust collector can be calculated according to the pulse feedback signal.
And S13, judging whether the accumulated rotation number meets the preset cleaning condition.
The preset cleaning condition is a cleaning threshold of the corresponding rotation number of the cleaning part of the dust collector. And comparing the accumulated rotation number with a rotation number cleaning threshold value, and determining whether the accumulated rotation number meets a preset cleaning condition. When the cumulative amount of the number of revolutions satisfies a preset condition for cleaning, the step S14 is performed, otherwise, the dust suction operation is normally performed and the feedback signal of the motor of the cleaner is continuously acquired.
And S14, sending out a cleaning prompt.
When the accumulated number of revolutions meets the preset cleaning condition, the accumulated number of revolutions reaches the cleaning condition of the cleaning part of the dust collector, and a cleaning prompt is sent to enable a user to clean the cleaning part of the dust collector, so that the dust collection effect of the dust collector is guaranteed.
According to the cleaning reminding method of the dust collector, the feedback signal of the motor of the dust collector is obtained, the accumulated rotation number of the motor of the dust collector is determined based on the feedback signal, whether the accumulated rotation number meets the preset cleaning condition or not is judged, and when the accumulated rotation number meets the preset cleaning condition, cleaning reminding is sent. The accumulated revolution number is calculated through the feedback signal of the dust collector motor, the accumulated revolution number is cleaned and judged according to the single variable of the accumulated revolution number, a sensor is not required to be added, the cost is prevented from being increased, the dust collector cleaning reminding misjudgment caused by different gears is avoided, and the accuracy of cleaning reminding of the dust collector is improved.
In this embodiment, a cleaning reminding method for a vacuum cleaner is provided, which can be used for a vacuum cleaner, such as a handheld vacuum cleaner, etc., fig. 2 is a flowchart of a cleaning reminding method for a vacuum cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart includes the following steps:
and S21, acquiring a feedback signal of the dust collector motor. For a detailed description, refer to the related description of step S11 corresponding to the above embodiment, and the detailed description is omitted here.
And S22, determining the accumulated amount of the rotation number of the motor of the dust collector based on the feedback signal.
Specifically, the step S22 may include the following steps:
and S221, determining the number of pulses corresponding to the feedback signal based on the feedback signal.
The motor of the dust collector is provided with pulse feedback signals, the rotating speed of the motor of the dust collector corresponds to different gears of the motor of the dust collector, and the frequency of the pulse feedback signals is in direct proportion to the rotating speed of the motor of the dust collector. The dust collector can convert the pulse feedback signals received by the dust collector into pulse numbers without being influenced by the working gear of the dust collector.
And S222, accumulating the number of the pulses to obtain an accumulated number of the pulses.
After the dust collector is started to work, the pulse number corresponding to the pulse feedback signal can be accumulated to obtain the pulse accumulated number of the dust collector in the working state.
And S223, determining the accumulated rotation number of the dust collector motor according to the proportional relation between the pulse accumulated number and the accumulated rotation number.
The pulse accumulated amount and the rotation number accumulated amount of the dust collector motor are in a direct proportional relation, and the rotation number accumulated amount of the dust collector motor can be calculated according to the determined direct proportional relation between the pulse accumulated amount and the rotation number accumulated amount. The proportional relationship between the pulse accumulation amount and the rotation accumulation amount can be determined according to the actual product parameters of the vacuum cleaner motor, and is not limited specifically here.
And S23, judging whether the accumulated rotation number meets the preset cleaning condition.
Specifically, the cleaning component of the vacuum cleaner includes a filter screen and/or a dirt cup, and the step S23 may include:
s231, judging whether the accumulated rotation number meets a first preset rotation number accumulated amount for cleaning the filter screen; and/or judging whether the accumulated revolution number meets a second preset accumulated revolution number for cleaning the dust cup.
The accumulated amount of the first preset revolution is a revolution cleaning threshold corresponding to a filter screen of the dust collector; the accumulated second preset number of revolutions is a cleaning threshold of the number of revolutions corresponding to the dust cup of the dust collector. The first preset cumulative amount of revolutions and the second preset cumulative amount of revolutions may be determined according to actual product parameters of the vacuum cleaner, and are not particularly limited herein. And/or comparing the accumulated amount of the revolution with a second preset accumulated amount of the revolution to determine whether the accumulated amount of the revolution meets a second preset accumulated amount of the revolution for cleaning the dust cup. When the accumulated revolution number meets a first preset accumulated revolution number for cleaning the filter screen; and/or when the accumulated amount of the rotation number meets a second preset accumulated amount of the rotation number for cleaning the dust cup, executing the step S24, otherwise, normally executing the dust collection operation and continuously acquiring the feedback signal of the motor of the dust collector.
For example, the accumulated amount of the first preset number of revolutions is a, the accumulated amount of the second preset number of revolutions is B, and the accumulated amount of the current number of revolutions is C, the accumulated amount of the current number of revolutions C of the vacuum cleaner motor is compared with the accumulated amount of the first preset number of revolutions a and the accumulated amount of the second preset number of revolutions B, respectively, to determine whether the accumulated amount of the number of revolutions C satisfies the accumulated amount of the first preset number of revolutions a for cleaning the filter, and/or whether the accumulated amount of the number of revolutions C satisfies the accumulated amount of the second preset number of revolutions B for cleaning the dust cup.
And S24, when the accumulated number of revolutions meets the preset cleaning condition, sending a cleaning prompt.
Specifically, the step S24 may include:
and S241, sending a filter screen cleaning prompt and/or sending a dust cup cleaning prompt.
When the accumulated revolution number is larger than or equal to a first preset accumulated revolution number, the accumulated revolution number reaches a revolution number cleaning threshold corresponding to the filter screen, and a filter screen cleaning prompt is sent to remind a user of cleaning the filter screen; and/or when the accumulated number of revolutions is larger than or equal to a second preset accumulated number of revolutions, indicating that the accumulated number of revolutions reaches a revolution cleaning threshold corresponding to the dust cup, and sending a dust cup cleaning prompt to remind a user to clean the dust cup.
For example, the accumulated amount of the first preset revolution is A, the accumulated amount of the second preset revolution is B, the accumulated amount of the current revolution is C, the accumulated amount of the current revolution C of the motor of the dust collector is respectively compared with the accumulated amount of the first preset revolution A and the accumulated amount of the second preset revolution B, and when the accumulated amount of the revolution C is determined to be larger than or equal to the accumulated amount of the first preset revolution A, a filter screen cleaning prompt is sent; and/or sending out a dust cup cleaning prompt when the accumulated rotation number is determined to be C larger than or equal to a second preset accumulated rotation number B.
And S25, detecting whether the filter screen and/or the dust cup are cleaned.
After the dust collector sends out a filter screen cleaning prompt and/or a dust cup cleaning prompt, a user can perform corresponding cleaning operation according to the received cleaning prompt. The vacuum cleaner may detect whether a filter and/or a dirt cup of the vacuum cleaner is cleaned, and perform step S26 when it is detected that the filter and/or the dirt cup is cleaned, otherwise perform step S27.
S26, the rotation number accumulation amount is cleared.
When the fact that the filter screen and/or the dust cup are cleaned is detected, the fact that the filter screen and/or the dust cup are cleaned is indicated, the dust collector can be continuously used, the accumulated number of revolutions is reset, corresponding filter screen cleaning reminding and/or dust cup cleaning reminding are not carried out on the dust collector at the moment, and the filter screen cleaning reminding and/or the dust cup cleaning reminding are sent out until the next time the filter screen cleaning revolution threshold and/or the dust cup revolution cleaning threshold are reached.
And S27, continuously detecting the accumulated revolution and continuously sending out a cleaning prompt.
When detecting that the filter screen and/or the dust cup are not cleaned, the dust collector can be continuously used, but the dust collection effect of the dust collector is reduced, the corresponding accumulated number of revolutions is continuously increased, and a cleaning prompt is continuously sent to remind a user of cleaning the filter screen and/or the dust cup.
According to the cleaning reminding method of the dust collector, the number of pulses corresponding to the feedback signal is determined based on the feedback signal, the number of pulses is accumulated to obtain the accumulated number of pulses, and then the accumulated number of revolutions of the motor is determined according to the proportional relation between the accumulated number of pulses and the accumulated number of revolutions. The number of the revolutions of the motor is determined by accumulating the number of the pulses corresponding to the feedback signals, the algorithm is simple, and the calculation efficiency of the number of the revolutions is improved. Different preset revolution cumulative quantities are set for different cleaning components of the dust collector, when the revolution cumulative quantity reaches the preset revolution cumulative quantity corresponding to the cleaning components, a cleaning prompt corresponding to the cleaning components is sent out, the cleaning effect of the dust collector is guaranteed, excessive cleaning of the cleaning components is avoided, and the service life of the dust collector is prolonged. After sending the washing and reminding, whether real-time detection cleaning component is washd, when detecting that cleaning component is washd, zero clearing the cumulative number of revolutions, carry out next washing and remind. When detecting that the cleaning component is not cleaned, the accumulated number of revolutions is continuously accumulated, and a cleaning prompt is continuously sent out, so that a user can clean the component in time, and the dust collection effect and the service life of the dust collector are prevented from being influenced.
