To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The present embodiment provides a roller-seeding seeder, as shown in fig. 1 to 11, including: the roller assembly 1 is characterized in that a seed storage cavity for storing seeds is arranged in the roller assembly 1, a plurality of seed discharge ports are circumferentially arranged on a wheel surface of the roller assembly 1, and the seed discharge ports can be communicated with the seed storage cavity;
the seed taking mechanisms are arranged in the seed storage cavities and correspond to the seed discharge ports on the circumferential direction of the inner side wheel surface of the roller assembly 1 one by one at intervals, the roller assembly 1 forms a seed feeding area for the seed taking mechanism to feed seeds, a seed storing area for the seed taking mechanism to store the seeds and a seed throwing area for the seed throwing mechanism to throw the seeds in the rolling process of the roller assembly 1, the seed taking mechanism can take the seeds from the seed feeding area in the seed feeding area and can deposit the seeds obtained in the seed feeding area in the seed throwing area, and the seed taking mechanism can discharge the seeds obtained in the seed storing area into the seed discharge ports in the seed throwing area;
the convex supporting structure is connected to the circumferential wheel surface of the roller assembly 1 and protrudes towards the outer side of the roller assembly 1, the convex supporting structure is used for supporting the roller assembly 1, the convex supporting structure can be contacted with soil in the rolling process of the roller assembly 1, the convex supporting structure is provided with a seed discharging groove 131 which is sunken towards the roller assembly 1, and the seed discharging groove 131 is communicated with a seed discharging port;
the seed falling guiding device 2 is arranged close to the roller assembly 1 and on one side of the roller assembly 1 forming a seed throwing area in the rolling process, a seed falling guiding groove for guiding the falling of the seeds discharged from the seed discharging port is arranged on the seed falling guiding device 2 and right opposite to the seed discharging groove 131, and the seeds discharged from the seed discharging port can enter the seed falling guiding groove and fall into the soil under the limitation of the seed falling guiding groove.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 11, the seed taking mechanism is provided to take out and deposit seeds and discharge the obtained seeds into the seed discharge port during the rolling process of the roller assembly 1, which is beneficial for the roller sowing seeder to take out and discharge the seeds into the seed discharge port, and the rolling direction of the roller assembly 1 is counterclockwise as shown in fig. 4; in addition, a raised support structure is arranged on the circumferential wheel surface of the roller assembly 1, a seed discharge groove 131 is arranged on the raised support structure, and the raised support structure can be in contact with soil, so that seeds can be discharged sequentially through the seed discharge groove 131; further, through installing seed whereabouts guider 2, the seed kind of following seed kind discharge port exhaust can get into in the seed kind whereabouts guiding groove and fall into soil under the injecing of seed kind whereabouts guiding groove to can ensure the smooth and easy broadcast of seed kind, and the seed kind falls into soil the position at least with the bottom parallel and level of seed kind whereabouts guiding groove, thereby be favorable to ensuring the depth of planting of seed kind, make the depth of planting of seed kind fit. Furthermore, the roller sowing seeder is not provided with the sowing hole nozzle, so that the sowing problem caused by the arrangement of the sowing hole nozzle can be avoided, and even if the roller sowing seeder is used in fields with heavy soil moisture content and more straws or/and weeds, smooth sowing can be realized.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the protrusion support structure has a circular ring structure, a plurality of protrusion structures 133 are provided on an outer side surface of the protrusion support structure at intervals in a circumferential direction, and the seed discharge groove 131 has a circular ring structure. It should be noted that the projection support structure may be formed in other structures to facilitate reliable support of the roller assembly 1, and the seed discharge groove 131 may be defined by two baffle plates or may be formed by other means.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 to 8, each seed-taking mechanism includes:
the seed shape arranging component 6 comprises a rotary connecting part and a seed shape arranging part 61, the rotary connecting part is rotatably arranged in the seed storage cavity, one end of the seed shape arranging part 61 is connected to the rotary connecting part, the other end of the seed shape arranging part 61 extends away from the rotary connecting part to form a free end, a plurality of seed shape arranging grooves 611 are arranged at intervals at the free end of the seed shape arranging part 61, the seed shape arranging grooves 611 are open at the inner side and the outer side of a vertical plane and at the side far away from the rotary connecting part, the outline of the seed shape arranging grooves 611 is matched with the outline of seeds, and the seed shape arranging grooves 611 can adjust the postures of the seeds close to the seed shape arranging grooves 611 and sequentially contain and pass through the seed postures matched with the seed shape arranging grooves 611;
one end of the elastic blocking component is connected to the outer side of the seed shape arranging component 6, and the other end of the elastic blocking component extends to the outer side port of the seed shape arranging groove 611 and blocks the outer side of the seed shape arranging groove 611;
the seed taking component 7 is arranged in the seed storage cavity close to the free end of the seed shape arranging part 61 respectively, a plurality of seed storing grooves 72 are formed in one-to-one correspondence to the seed shape arranging grooves 611 on one side, opposite to the seed shape arranging grooves 611, of the seed taking component 7, the seed storing grooves 72 are open on one side, opposite to the seed shape arranging grooves 611, of the seed shape arranging grooves 72, and one seed can be stored in each seed storing groove 72;
swing actuating mechanism installs respectively on gyro wheel assembly 1, and swing actuating mechanism is connected with swivelling joint portion, and seed is in the same direction as shape arrangement part 6 and can get kind of part 7 swing relatively under swing actuating mechanism's drive, and gyro wheel assembly 1 is at rolling in-process, and seed is in the same direction as shape arrangement part 6 and can deposit kind of a position relation that groove 72 has relatively under swing actuating mechanism's drive:
in the seed feeding area, the seed arranging component 6 swings close to the wheel surface of the roller assembly 1 to completely open the seed storing groove 72, and when a seed feeding channel formed between the seed storing groove 72 and the seed arranging groove 611 is completely opened, seeds in the seed arranging groove 611 can enter the seed storing groove 72 from the seed arranging groove 611;
in the seed storage area, the seed-shape arranging component 6 swings away from the wheel surface of the roller assembly 1 to completely open the seed storage groove 72, the seed taking component 7 storing the seed rolls towards the top of the roller assembly 1, and the seed in the seed storage groove 72 stays in the seed storage groove 72 in the process that the seed taking component 7 rolls towards the top of the roller assembly 1; or at least one part of the seed-shape arranging component 6 or/and the elastic blocking component blocks the seed-storing groove 72, and the seed-shape arranging component 6 or/and the elastic blocking component can block and limit the seed in the seed-storing groove 72;
in the seed feeding area, the seed-shape arranging component 6 swings away from the wheel surface of the roller assembly 1 to completely open the seed-storing groove 72, and when a seed-discharging channel formed between the seed-storing groove 72 and the seed-discharging port is completely opened, the seeds in the seed-storing groove 72 can enter the seed-discharging port from the seed-storing groove 72 and then are discharged from the seed-discharging port.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 8, the seed kind shape arranging groove 611 can adjust the posture of the seed kind close thereto and sequentially accommodate and pass through the seed kind having a posture adapted to the seed kind shape arranging groove 611, when the seed is fed into the seed region, the posture of the seed kind close thereto is adjusted in each seed kind shape arranging groove 611, and under the pressing action of a plurality of seed kinds, only one seed kind having a posture adapted to the shape of the seed kind shape arranging groove 611 is pressed into the seed kind shape arranging groove 611, so that the seed clogging caused by the simultaneous pressing of several seed kinds into the seed kind shape arranging groove 611 is avoided, and the outer side of the seed kind shape arranging groove 611 is provided with the elastic blocking member, the seed kind having a part entering into the seed kind shape arranging groove 611 presses the elastic blocking member under the pressing of other seed kind, the elastic blocking member is elastically deformed so that the seed kind having a part entering into the seed kind shape arranging groove 611 is easily and completely falls into the seed kind shape arranging groove 611, the elastic blocking component is matched with the seed shape arranging groove 611 to adjust the posture of the seeds entering the seed shape arranging groove 611, so that the posture and the moving direction of the seeds in the seed shape arranging groove 611 are limited, the seeds can move towards the seed storage groove 72 according to a certain posture and a certain moving direction, and the seeds can smoothly enter the seed storage groove 72; further, only one seed can be accommodated in each seed storage groove 72, when the seed storage region exists, only one seed can be accommodated in the seed storage groove 72, the seed outside the seed storage groove 72 can be cleaned, only one seed can be discharged from each seed storage groove 72 in the seed throwing region, so that the seed can be accurately taken by setting the number of the seed arranging grooves 611 and the seed storage grooves 72, and the phenomenon that the seeds are blocked due to the fact that a plurality of seeds are extruded into the seed arranging grooves 611 simultaneously can be avoided. It should be noted that the "posture" of the seed in this embodiment refers to the posture of the seed, and the posture of the seed is adapted to the seed shape arranging groove 611, that is, the posture of the seed is matched with the contour of the seed shape arranging groove 611, and the seed can enter the seed shape arranging groove 611.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the roller assembly 1 includes: the supporting shaft 10 is horizontally arranged; the fixed disc 11 is perpendicular to the support shaft 10 and is fixedly connected to the support shaft 10; a rolling disk 14 rotatably mounted on the support shaft 10 in parallel with the fixed disk 11; the ring wheel body 16, border fixed connection that is close to the disc 14 that rolls is on the disc 14 that rolls, and ring wheel body 16 is located between fixed disc 11 and the disc 14 that rolls, and fixed disc 11 activity is ended and is supported in one side of ring wheel body 16, and the inboard wheel face of ring wheel body 16 is equipped with annular groove, and the wheel face equipartition of ring wheel body 16 is equipped with a plurality of seed kind discharge ports, seed kind discharge port and annular groove intercommunication, and the seed kind in the same direction as shape arrangement part 6 and the part 7 of getting kind in a plurality of mechanisms of getting kind are installed in annular groove. In this embodiment, the annular groove is formed in the annular wheel body 16 of the roller assembly 1, so that the seed alignment part 6 and the seed taking part 7 can be conveniently installed in the annular groove, and in addition, the supporting shaft 10 is arranged on the roller assembly 1, so that the roller assembly 1 can be conveniently fixed on the frame of the seeding machine by fixing the supporting shaft 10 and the frame of the seeding machine. In this embodiment, an external thread is provided at an end of the supporting shaft 10 away from the circular ring wheel body 16, so that the supporting shaft 10 is conveniently and fixedly connected with the seeding machine.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, a connecting sleeve 142 is provided on the inner side of the rolling disk 14 in the present embodiment, the connecting sleeve 142 is vertically connected to the rolling disk 14, at least two bearings 102 are installed on the support shaft 10, the connecting sleeve 142 is fixed on the outer side of the bearing 102, and the bearing 102 is positioned by a plurality of fixed bushings 101, the support shaft 10 passes through the center of the rolling disk 14 and is locked and fixed by nuts; the middle part of the fixed disk 11 is provided with a locking connection lug 111, the support shaft 10 passes through the locking connection lug 111, the fixed disk 11 is fixedly connected on the support shaft 10 through a locking nut 103, and a gasket 104 is arranged between the locking connection lug 111 and the locking nut 103. Further, a seed input port 114 for inputting seeds into the seed storage cavity is further arranged on the fixed disk 11, an observation port 112 for observing the seed condition in the seed storage cavity is further arranged on the fixed disk 11, and a seed discharge port 113 for discharging redundant seeds in the seed storage cavity is further arranged on the fixed disk 11.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the rotary connecting portion is connected to one end of the circular ring wheel body 16 and penetrates out from one side of the circular ring wheel body 16 to the other side, and the swing driving mechanism includes:
the driving circular ring 17 is arranged on the inner side of the fixed disc 11, a swinging track 171 which protrudes outwards is arranged on one side of the driving circular ring 17, which is positioned in the seed inlet area, and the swinging track 171 comprises a plurality of arc-shaped protrusions and a plurality of arc-shaped grooves which are alternately arranged;
the swing arm structure 8 comprises a connecting arm 80 and a stop shaft 81, wherein one end of the connecting arm 80 is connected to one end of the rotary connecting part penetrating out of the circular ring wheel body 16, and the stop shaft 81 is connected to one side of the connecting arm 80, extends towards the driving circular ring 17 and is tangent to and stops against the circumferential outer side of the driving circular ring 17;
the torsion spring 82 comprises a spiral body and a first torsion arm 821 and a second torsion arm 822 which are respectively connected with two ends of the spiral body, the spiral body is sleeved on the rotary connecting part and is positioned between the circular ring wheel body 16 and the connecting arm 80, the first torsion arm 821 is connected on the circular ring wheel body 16 in a stopping way, the second torsion arm 822 is connected on the connecting arm 80 in a stopping way, when the roller assembly 1 rolls, when the stopping shaft 81 is tangent to the circumferential outer side of the driving ring 17 for stopping, the swinging arm structure 8 drives the seed shape arranging component 6 to swing to completely close the seed inlet channel formed between the seed storage groove 72 and the seed shape arranging groove 611, when the stopping shaft 81 passes through the swing track 171 and sequentially abuts against the arc-shaped protrusions and the arc-shaped grooves under the action of the torsion spring 82 to move and drive the swing arm structure 8 to swing, the swing arm structure 8 can drive the seed shape arranging component 6 to swing intermittently and completely open a seed feeding channel formed between the seed storing groove 72 and the seed shape arranging groove 611.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, a driving ring 17 is installed on the inner side of the fixed disk 11, a swing track 171 protruding outward is installed on one side of the driving ring 17 located in the seed feeding region, the swing track 171 includes a plurality of arc-shaped protrusions and a plurality of arc-shaped grooves arranged alternately, a stop shaft 81 on the swing arm structure 8 is tangent to the circumferential outer side of the driving ring 17 and can pass through the swing track 171 and sequentially move against the plurality of arc-shaped protrusions and the plurality of arc-shaped grooves under the action of a torsion spring 82 to drive the swing arm structure 8 to swing, the swing arm structure 8 can drive the seed sorting component 6 to swing intermittently and completely open a seed feeding channel formed between the seed storage groove 72 and the seed sorting groove 611, so as to facilitate seed feeding in the seed storage groove 72 of seeds located in the seed feeding region.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the ring wheel body 16 is provided with an annular supporting convex rail 161 at a side close to the rolling disk 14, the ring wheel body 16 is provided with a supporting ring 18 at an inner side facing the fixed disk 11, specifically, the ring wheel body 16 is provided with a third mounting groove at the inner side facing the fixed disk 11, the supporting ring 18 is mounted in the third mounting groove, the inner side of the supporting ring 18 is provided with an annular mounting convex rail, an annular groove is defined between the annular mounting convex rail and the annular supporting convex rail 161, the outer side of the seed taking component 7 is provided with a connecting convex block, the inner side wall of the ring wheel body 16 is provided with a first mounting groove 164 for mounting a first connecting convex block 71, and the first connecting convex block 71 is mounted in the first mounting groove 164, so that the seed taking component 7 is fixedly mounted in the annular; further, the seed discharge port formed in the outer side wheel surface of the annular wheel body 16 is specifically a first seed discharge port 163, after the seed alignment member 6 swings towards the inside of the seed storage cavity, the first seed discharge port 163 is communicated with the seed storage cavity in the roller assembly 1, a second seed discharge port 132 is formed in the protrusion support wheel body 13 in a one-to-one correspondence manner with the first seed discharge ports 163, and the second seed discharge ports 132 are communicated with the first seed discharge port 163. Furthermore, the outer side surface of the supporting ring 18 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 181, a plurality of clamping convex rails 166 are arranged in the three mounting grooves in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the clamping convex rails 166 are connected with the clamping grooves 181 in an adaptive mode, and the supporting ring 18 is mounted in the three mounting grooves.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the driving ring 17 is fixed inside the fixed disk 11, a plurality of bolt holes are provided on an end surface of the driving ring 17, a plurality of bolt holes are correspondingly provided on the fixed disk 11, and the driving ring 17 is fixedly connected to the fixed disk 11 by bolts; the outer side wall of the driving ring 17 and the inner side wall of the supporting ring 18 have a gap therebetween, and the supporting ring 18 can rotate relative to the driving ring 17.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in order to ensure that the fixed disk 11 is movably stopped at one side of the ring wheel body 16, so as to prevent seeds from leaking from the seed storage chamber through a gap between the fixed disk 11 and the ring wheel body 16, in this embodiment, the blocking ring disk 12 is disposed on the inner side of the ring wheel body 16 close to the fixed disk 11, a stepped circular groove is disposed in the middle of the blocking ring disk 12, and the fixed disk 11 is mounted close to the blocking ring disk 12 and is accommodated in the stepped circular groove. Further, in this embodiment, the blocking circular ring plate 12 is fixedly connected to the rolling circular plate 14 by a plurality of double-head screws 15, a first connection hole 141 is formed at a position, close to the edge of the rolling circular plate 14, of the rolling circular plate, a plurality of second connection holes 121 are formed in the blocking circular ring plate 12 corresponding to the first connection hole 141, a plurality of third connection holes 165 are formed in the circular ring body 16 corresponding to the first connection hole 141, and two ends of each double-head screw 15 penetrate through the first connection hole 141, the second connection hole 121 and the third connection hole 165 respectively and are locked by nuts to fix the blocking circular ring plate 12 to the rolling circular plate 14. Further, the protruding supporting structure is a protruding supporting wheel body 13, a supporting convex ring is arranged at the edge of the rolling disc 14, and two ends of the protruding supporting wheel body 13 are respectively provided with a containing installation groove for containing the supporting convex ring and the blocking circular disc 12.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 to 8, the rotating connection portion on the seed shape arranging component 6 is a rotating connection shaft 60, the seed shape arranging portion 61 is fixedly connected to one side of the rotating connection shaft 60, one end of the rotating connection shaft 60 is rotatably installed on the annular supporting convex rail 161, the other end of the rotating connection shaft 60 passes through the annular supporting convex rail and extends towards the fixed disc 11, one end of the rotating connection shaft 60 passing through the annular supporting convex rail is provided with a connector 601, the connector 601 is in a rectangular columnar structure, one end of the swing arm 80 is provided with a connector installation groove 801, the connector 601 is installed in the connector installation groove 801, the other end of the swing arm 80 is parallel to the annular supporting convex rail and extends in a bending manner and is connected with a stopping shaft 81, and the stopping shaft 81; the first pin hole 602 is formed in the connecting head 601, the second pin hole 802 penetrating through the connecting head mounting groove 801 is formed in one end, connected with the connecting head 601, of the swing arm 80, split pins are inserted into the first pin hole 602 and the second pin hole 802, the swing arm 80 is limited on the connecting head 601 through the split pins, and the split pins are not shown.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, in order to facilitate the rotation of the rotating connecting shaft 60, a first shaft sleeve 64 and a second shaft sleeve 65 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the rotating connecting shaft 60, a first shaft sleeve mounting hole 162 is formed in the annular supporting convex rail 161, the first shaft sleeve 64 is mounted in the first shaft sleeve mounting hole 162, a second shaft sleeve mounting hole is formed in the annular supporting convex rail, and the second shaft sleeve 65 is mounted in the second shaft sleeve mounting hole.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, a driving circular ring 17 is fixedly connected to one side of the fixed disk 11, which faces the stopping shaft 81, a swing track 171 protruding outwards is arranged on one side of the driving circular ring 17, which is located in the seed feeding area, and the stopping shaft 81 is tangent to the circumferential outer side of the driving circular ring 17; in the rolling process of the roller assembly 1, when the stop shaft 81 passes through the arc-shaped protrusion on the swing track 171, the swing arm 80 swings outwards away from the driving circular ring 17, and the seed shape arranging part 61 is driven to swing to completely open a seed inlet channel formed between the seed storage groove 72 and the seed shape arranging groove 611; when the stop shaft 81 passes through the arc-shaped groove on the swing track 171, the swing arm 80 swings close to the driving ring 17 under the action of the torsion spring 82, and the seed-shape arranging portion 61 is driven to swing to close a part of the seed inlet passage formed between the seed storage groove 72 and the seed-shape arranging groove 611.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the arc-shaped protrusions are in arc transition connection with the arc-shaped grooves, and when the stopping shaft 81 passes through the highest point of the arc-shaped protrusions, the swing arm 80 drives the seed shape arranging portion 61 to swing to completely open the seed inlet channel formed between the seed storage groove 72 and the seed shape arranging groove 611, so that the rotation of the rotary connecting portion is facilitated to open the seed inlet channel formed between the seed storage groove 72 and the seed shape arranging groove 611 for multiple times, and seeds can be ensured to enter and be stored in the seed storage groove 72. It should be noted that the arc-shaped protrusions and the arc-shaped grooves in this embodiment may also be arranged at intervals, the number of the arc-shaped protrusions and the number of the arc-shaped grooves may be appropriately selected according to the requirement, the height of the protrusion of the arc-shaped protrusion is preferably the height of the swing arm 80 when the shaft 81 passes through the highest point of the arc-shaped protrusion, and the height between the lowest point of the arc-shaped groove and the driving ring 17 is preferably the height of the swing arm 80 when the shaft 81 passes through the lowest point of the arc-shaped groove, so that the swing arm 80 can just open half of the seed storage groove. Further, the brush comprises a brush base 62, the brush hairs 63 are fixed on the brush base 62, a second connecting convex block 621 is arranged on the brush base 62, a brush base mounting groove 612 is arranged on the outer side of the seed shape arranging part 6, and the second connecting convex block 621 is fixedly connected in the brush base mounting groove 612.

The seed stopping part 20 is provided with a supporting connection part 201 on one side departing from the roller assembly 1, and the supporting connection part 201 is fixedly connected with the swing arm 40. In addition, this embodiment provides a seeder, includes: the traction device is used for driving the seeder to move; the frame 9 is connected with the traction device; the roller sowing seeder is provided with a plurality of roller sowing seeders, and the roller sowing seeders are arranged on the rack 9 in an array manner; the seed storage box 5 is arranged on the frame 9, and the seed storage box 5 is communicated with the seed storage cavity through a seed conveying pipe. The roller sowing seeder in the embodiment is not provided with the sowing hole nozzle, so that the sowing problem caused by the arrangement of the sowing hole nozzle can be avoided, and the roller sowing seeder is favorable for the sowing in fields with heavy soil moisture and more straws or/and weeds.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the seeder is provided with a plurality of roller-seeding seeders on the frame 9 in an array manner, which is beneficial to accurately seed-picking by the plurality of roller-seeding seeders, so that the seeder can realize uniform seed application. Further, the frame 9 in this embodiment includes a plurality of cross beams 90 and longitudinal beams 91 connected to each other, and the frame 9 in this embodiment may have other structures. Further, in order to protect the roller-seeding seeder when the seeder stops operating, the present embodiment supports the frame 9 through the retractable support legs 92 by lifting the frame 9 and putting down the retractable support legs 92 when the seeder stops operating. In addition, the drawing device in this embodiment is not shown, and a soil covering device is further provided on the seeding machine, which is not described herein again.

the seed taking mechanisms are arranged in the seed storage cavities in a circumferential direction of the inner side wheel surface of the roller assembly and correspond to the seed discharge ports one by one, a seed feeding area where the seed taking mechanism feeds seeds, a seed storing area where the seed taking mechanism deposits seeds and a seed throwing area where the seed taking mechanism throws seeds are formed in the roller assembly in the rolling process of the roller assembly, the seed taking mechanism can take seeds from the seed feeding area of the seed storage cavities in the seed feeding area, the seed taking mechanism can store seeds obtained from the seed feeding area in the seed depositing area, and the seed taking mechanism can discharge the seeds obtained from the seed storing area into the seed discharge ports in the seed throwing area;
the protruding supporting structure is connected to the circumferential wheel surface of the roller assembly, protrudes towards the outer side of the roller assembly and is used for supporting the roller assembly, the protruding supporting structure can be in contact with soil in the rolling process of the roller assembly, a seed discharging groove which is sunken towards the roller assembly is formed in the protruding supporting structure, and the seed discharging groove is communicated with the seed discharging port;
and a seed falling guide device which is installed close to the roller assembly on one side of the roller assembly forming the seed feeding area in the rolling process, wherein a seed falling guide groove for guiding the seed falling from the seed discharging opening is arranged on the seed falling guide device and right opposite to the seed discharging opening, and the seed discharged from the seed discharging opening can enter the seed falling guide groove and fall into the soil under the limitation of the seed falling guide groove.

the seed taking component is respectively arranged in the seed storage cavity close to the free end of the seed shape arranging part, a plurality of seed storing grooves are formed in one-to-one correspondence to the seed shape arranging grooves on one side of the seed taking component, which is opposite to the seed shape arranging grooves, the seed storing grooves are open on one side of the seed shape arranging grooves, and each seed storing groove can store one seed;
