In order to make the technical field of the invention better understand the scheme of the invention, the embodiment of the invention will be described in conjunction with the attached drawings in the embodiment of the invention.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description and in the claims, as well as in the drawings, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments described herein may be practiced otherwise than as specifically illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
In the prior art, industrial products need to move and turn over shot objects in the shooting process, and also need to classify, archive and store photos and upload the photos to a computer regularly after the shooting is finished. However, the photographing process needs to be moved, the angle is not quantized, the quality of the collected image is low, and manual arrangement is needed after photographing is finished. Therefore, a convenient and fast automatic operation mode needs to be found to complete the acquisition, arrangement and filing of the images of the industrial products.
The product image data processing method provided by the invention can solve the problems of low product image processing efficiency and inexistence in the prior art, greatly improves the efficiency of product image data management, and is described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of a product image data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s10, controlling the mobile cart to move to a preset range of the product to be photographed, and collecting an image of the product to be photographed when the mobile cart is mechanically positioned to the optimal photographing position;
step S11, generating a label related to the image according to the image, and fixing the label at a preset position of the image;
step S12, taking each label and the related image as a piece of data to be stored locally, wherein each label is associated with one or more images of the product to be photographed, and is stored in a folder with a specific project code number correspondingly, and the folder is uploaded to a data server;
and step S13, receiving a data service request, performing corresponding operation on the image with the fixed label according to the service request, and displaying the image on a display terminal.
The product image data management method is mainly applied to a server side for image data management. In specific implementation, the server controls the image acquisition device, and the mobile cart scheme is adopted, namely, a photographing camera, a damping shaft adjusting mechanism, a stepping mechanism and other equipment are integrated on the mobile cart. When the mobile cart moves to a position near a product to be photographed, the server end controls the stepping push rod and the flexible hose to be in proper positions, the optimal photographing position is mechanically positioned by adjusting the azimuth damping shaft and the pitching damping shaft, the mechanical positioning ensures the operation flexibility when images are collected, and the consistency of collecting the images for many times is realized. The parameters of the camera are controlled, the optimal photographing position is identified, automatic focusing is adopted, the photographing camera is controlled to photograph at the moment, the acquired images can be images of multiple views of the product to be photographed, and the imaging quality of image acquisition in the technological process can be greatly improved. And generating a label related to the material information while photographing, and sticking the label at a preset position of each image. This tag and the associated image form a piece of data for the product to be photographed, which is stored locally. Because the label corresponds to the product to be photographed, and the images of a plurality of views of the label correspond to the label, when the label is stored locally, the label and the related image of the product to be photographed are stored in a folder with the product as a unique identifier. And uploading the folder to a data server for backup. And then receiving the data service request, reading an image, modifying data, deleting data and the like at the client, executing a corresponding instruction at the server side according to the corresponding data service request, and feeding back information to be displayed at the display side.
Further, control and move the shallow to the preset within range of waiting to shoot the product, when carrying out mechanical positioning to best shooting position, gather the image of waiting to shoot the product, include:
s101, integrating a photographing camera, a damping shaft adjusting mechanism and a stepping mechanism into the mobile cart;
s102, moving the cart to a preset range of the product to be photographed by controlling the stepping mechanism; then controlling the damping shaft adjusting mechanism to perform mechanical positioning to position the product to be photographed to the optimal photographing position, wherein the damping shaft adjusting mechanism comprises a position damping shaft and a pitching damping shaft; and acquiring focusing information of the photographing camera, and acquiring an image of the product to be photographed when the focusing information is in a focusing state.
Specifically, a scheme of the mobile cart is adopted, and the adjusting mechanism, the industrial tablet computer and the UPS are integrated on the mobile cart. The whole trolley adopts an aluminum profile structure, has a compact structure, occupies small space, is convenient to move and operate, is safe and reliable, and can be locked and fixed in a stop state; can conveniently shoot the subassembly and the complete machine of different stations, adopt electric putter lift and universal flexible hose and operation damping shaft control camera rotatory, can shoot to the inside each angle of subassembly and complete machine, whole easy operation is nimble, safe and reliable. The preset range of the product to be photographed can be set by a system before mechanical positioning. For example, an interval range of a product to be photographed is set, and the product to be photographed can be photographed by the photographing camera, and then the interval range is set as a preset range.
Further, the control moves the shallow to the preset within range of the product of waiting to shoot, when carrying out mechanical positioning to the best position of shooing, gathers the image of the product of waiting to shoot, specifically includes:
s103, the optimal photographing position is that the center point of the view of the product to be photographed is overlapped with the center point of the view frame of the photographing camera, and the views of the product to be photographed all fall into the view frame of the photographing camera.
Specifically, before a product to be photographed is photographed, an optimal photographing position needs to be determined. It can be considered that when the camera is used for framing, the views of the product are all displayed in the framing frame, that is, a certain view of the product can be completely displayed in the framing frame of the camera, and when the central point of the view is superposed with the central point of the framing frame, the optimal photographing position is determined. Therefore, the product picture can clearly reflect the product information, and information loss caused by inaccurate photographing is prevented. Taking an induction cooker with a product to be photographed as a certain model as an example, the range from a main body of the induction cooker to a photographing camera is mechanically positioned, and when the main view meets the condition that the central point is superposed with the central point of the camera and the whole main view is in a camera view-finding frame, the optimal photographing position of the main view is judged. Therefore, the camera can be conveniently controlled to take a picture subsequently, and a clear and complete front view image of the induction cooker can be obtained.
Further, the generating a label related to the image according to the image, and fixing the label at a preset position of the image includes:
and S111, the related labels comprise identification information, material codes and production state information of the products to be photographed.
Specifically, the generated label may be a two-dimensional code, a bar code or a chart label, and the label contains identification information of the product that has been photographed, for example, the product that has been photographed is an induction cooker, and is identified as "american C22-WT22T0301 induction cooker", the material lot is "2019 WT 051C", and the production state information is "GB-21456-. By putting the information into the generated two-dimensional code, the label information of the induction cooker can be known by scanning the two-dimensional code.
Further, the generating a label related to the image according to the image, and fixing the label at a preset position of the image further includes:
and S112, the preset position of the image is the upper left corner of each image.
Specifically, after the label is generated, the generated label is attached to a preset position corresponding to the image, and may be preset as the upper left corner of the image. Therefore, unified management is facilitated, and an effective way is provided for subsequently reading and modifying the label information corresponding to the image. The preset position can also be set to other positions of the image, such as the lower right corner, the upper right corner or the center of the image.
Further, the receiving a data service request, performing a corresponding operation on the image with the fixed tag according to the service request, and displaying the image on a display terminal specifically includes:
s131, searching for a corresponding label and a related image according to the locally stored data, and displaying a further selection dialog box on the display end;
s1311, if an image reading instruction is received, reading the corresponding related image at present, and displaying the related image on the display end;
s1312, if a 'data editing' instruction is received, editing the currently selected local storage data;
s1313, if an image path preview instruction is received, reading an item code folder corresponding to the current label, and displaying the item code folder on the display end;
s132, when the data service request is uploading, reading the local storage data selected by the display terminal, and uploading the currently selected local storage data to a data server.
Specifically, after S10-S12 is executed, the image of the product to be photographed and the corresponding tag are obtained, and in the subsequent operation, the management operations such as reading or previewing the image, or querying, reediting, modifying or deleting the tag, and uploading the data are involved, so that the server receives the data service request of the client in real time, and performs the corresponding operation according to different input instructions of the client. For example, receiving a client query instruction, the server returns a selection, the client clicks a specific image to be queried on a display window, receives an image selected by the client, and receives a specific query instruction, where the query instruction includes, but is not limited to, "read image", "edit data", "preview image path", and the like, and these instructions may be set by a computer program according to system requirements. And after receiving the query instruction, performing corresponding computer program operation, returning corresponding data to the client, and visualizing the corresponding data in the display window. And further selecting a query instruction of a certain induction cooker by the client, specifically a modification operation of 'editing data', and after the client inputs the label information of the induction cooker, receiving the instruction by the server, and updating and storing the originally stored data, wherein the updating and storing means that new data is stored again and original data is reserved, so that the data of the induction cooker is updated. And when the uploading instruction of the client side confirmation is received again, uploading the updated local storage data to the data server. Therefore, the realization of functions such as inquiry, uploading and the like of subsequent operation can effectively realize automatic and convenient data management, and the industrial efficiency is improved through interactive application.
Further, after the searching for the corresponding tag and the related image according to the locally stored data and displaying a further selection dialog box on the display terminal, the method further includes:
s1314, if a history inquiry command is received, reading all the corresponding related images at present and displaying the images on the display end;
s1315, if a 'condition query' instruction is received, reading all the corresponding related images selected currently, and displaying the images on the display end.
In particular, the server-side program further supports the functions of querying the history and querying the condition. After receiving the 'historical query record' instruction, the images, the tag information and the related data corresponding to the images clicked by all the clients before the current time point can be read by default, wherein the images, the tag information and the related data comprise original data and updated and stored data. And feeding back the information to the client and displaying the information on the display terminal. Upon receiving a "conditional query" instruction, a conditional query may be performed. For example, when editing information of a certain induction cooker tag is queried, tag modification data "time selection" is "1/2020" - "10/1/2020" may be entered in the condition query box. The function is used as system optimization, and a more convenient function is provided for product image data management.
In summary, the product image data management method provided by the invention controls the mobile cart to move to the preset range of the product to be photographed through the product image data management method, and collects the image of the product to be photographed when the mobile cart is mechanically positioned to the optimal photographing position; generating a label related to the image according to the image, and fixing the label at a preset position of the image; taking each label and related images as a piece of data to be stored locally, wherein each label is associated with one or more images of the product to be photographed, is stored in a folder with a specific project code number correspondingly, and is uploaded to a data server; and receiving a data service request, performing corresponding operation on the image with the fixed label according to the service request, and displaying the image on a display terminal. According to the embodiment of the invention, the mobile cart is controlled to mechanically position to the optimal photographing position to collect the product image, generate the label related to the product image, and fix the label at the preset position. And associating the image with the label, storing the image locally, and uploading the image in a project code folder in a data server. And then, performing corresponding operation according to the data service request, and displaying on a display terminal. Therefore, the standardization and automation of image data acquisition, arrangement, naming, filing, storage and processing are realized, the human error rate is reduced, and the product data image processing efficiency is improved.
