The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Before introducing the method, the apparatus, and the storage medium for automatic telephone playback provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, an application scenario of the present disclosure is first introduced, and the method for automatic telephone playback provided by the present disclosure may be applied to a mobile phone, a personal computer, and other terminal devices.
The automatic telephone rebroadcasting method provided by the invention has the advantages that under the condition that the terminal equipment is in a call interruption state and a resident network is independent networking, a reason value of call interruption is obtained, and under the condition that the reason value meets the preset independent networking abnormal condition, a call interface is kept, automatic telephone rebroadcasting is carried out, and manual rebroadcasting by a user is not needed; under the condition that the rebroadcast frequency is greater than the rebroadcast threshold value and the terminal equipment is still in the call interruption state, the display state of the call interface is kept, the resident network of the terminal equipment is switched from independent networking to non-independent networking, and rebroadcast is carried out again, so that the success rate of telephone rebroadcast is improved; and under the condition that the terminal equipment exits the call interface, switching the resident network of the terminal equipment from the non-independent networking to the independent networking so as to keep consistent with the resident network before the call.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a telephone automatic playback method according to an exemplary embodiment, which is used in a terminal, as shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps.
In step S101, a resident network type of the terminal device is obtained, where the resident network type includes an independent networking type and a non-independent networking type.
In step S102, a call state of the terminal device is obtained, and a cause value of call interruption is obtained when the terminal device is in a call interruption state and the resident network type is an independent network.
In step S103, when the cause value meets the preset independent networking abnormal condition, an interface maintaining instruction is sent to the call interface management unit of the terminal device, so that the call interface management unit maintains the display state of the call interface according to the interface maintaining instruction.
In step S104, the telephone number of the call interruption is acquired and replayed to realize the telephone automatic replay.
Specifically, the independent networking (SA) includes a 5G SA network; the non-independent Networking (NSA) includes networks other than the 5G SA network, such as a 2G network, a 3G network, a 4G network, a 5G NSA network, and the like.
Specifically, the call state of the terminal device includes dialing, call interruption, and the like.
Specifically, the call interface management unit may be configured to control display and hiding of the call interface, operation of each button in the interface, and the like.
Specifically, when a call is interrupted in the existing call process, such as a user manually hangs up a call, the other side hangs up a call, a network is abnormal, the terminal device automatically exits from the call interface and needs to enter the call interface again when the user manually plays the call again, and the call interface management unit in the disclosure maintains the display state of the call interface according to the interface maintaining instruction so as to facilitate automatic playback.
Optionally, the call interruption state carries a cause value for indicating a cause of call interruption, and in step S102, the obtaining of the cause value of call interruption may include:
and acquiring a cause value carried in a call interruption state, wherein the call interruption state comprises normal interruption and abnormal interruption.
Specifically, the normal interrupt may include: the terminal equipment user actively hangs up the call, the other party hangs up the call, the missed call and the like. The abort includes: hang-up caused by network abnormality, hang-up caused by terminal equipment abnormality and the like, wherein the network abnormality comprises network congestion, signal abnormality and the like.
Specifically, when the call is interrupted, the uploaded call state carries a cause value indicating the current call interruption cause by a user, and the cause values are different for different call interruption causes.
By way of example, the following table shows.
Cause value Reason for interruption of call Cause value Reason value of call interruption
3 Actively hang up after connection 36 Internal error
50 TTS conversion failure 15 Traffic anomalies
4 The called party is busy 2 The called party has been turned off
··· ··· ··· ···
In the above table, the correspondence relationship between the call interruption reason and the reason value is used for exemplary illustration only, and the reason values corresponding to the call interruption reasons in different platforms are different. The present disclosure does not specifically limit this.
Optionally, in step S103, the independent networking exception condition may include: network errors, network unresponsiveness, and network unknown interruptions.
Specifically, the independent networking exception condition may further include other reasons for causing an exception interrupt according to the SA network exception, which is not specifically limited by the present disclosure.
When the mobile device replays the telephone for multiple times and is still in the call interruption state, the resident network type can be switched, and the telephone is automatically replayed again.
Optionally, the method may further include:
under the condition that the replay times are larger than the replay threshold value and the terminal equipment is still in the call interruption state, sending an interface maintaining instruction to the call interface management unit so that the call interface management unit maintains the display state of the call interface according to the interface maintaining instruction;
sending a first network switching instruction to a network control unit of the terminal equipment so that the network control unit switches the resident network of the terminal equipment from independent networking to non-independent networking according to the first network switching instruction;
the telephone number of the call interruption is acquired and the telephone number is replayed again.
The replay threshold may be preset according to the user's needs, and the disclosure is not limited thereto.
The first network switching instruction is to switch the resident network of the terminal device from the independent networking to the non-independent networking.
For example, when the replay frequency is greater than 8 times and the terminal device is still in abnormal interruption, the call control unit may send an interface holding instruction to the call interface management unit, and send a first network switching instruction to the network control unit of the terminal device; at this time, the call interface management unit keeps the display state of the call interface according to the interface keeping instruction, and the network control unit switches the resident network of the terminal device from the 5G SA network to the 4G network (or NSA networks such as the 2G network and the 3G network) according to the first network switching instruction; and after receiving the switching success information fed back by the network control unit, the call control unit acquires the telephone number with the interrupted call and rebroadcasts the telephone number again.
After the network switching unit switches the resident network of the terminal equipment from the independent networking to the non-independent networking, the call control unit rebroadcasts again, and two conditions of rebroadcasting failure and rebroadcasting success exist; under the condition of replay failure, the call control unit controls the interface management unit to quit the call interface, and then controls the network switching unit to switch the main network from the dependent network to the independent network; and under the condition that the rebroadcasting is successful, the user carries out conversation through the terminal equipment, after the conversation is finished, the terminal equipment exits the conversation interface, and the conversation control unit controls the network switching unit to switch the main stream network from the dependent networking back to the independent networking.
Optionally, the method may further include:
and under the condition that the rebroadcast times are greater than the rebroadcast threshold value and the terminal equipment is still in the call interruption state, sending an interface quitting instruction to the call interface management unit so that the call interface management unit quits the call interface according to the interface quitting instruction.
For example, when the rebroadcasting times are greater than 8 and the terminal device is still in abnormal interruption, the call control unit may send an interface quitting instruction to the call interface management unit, and the call interface management unit quits the call interface according to the interface quitting instruction.
Optionally, the method may further include:
and under the condition that the call interface management unit exits the call interface according to the interface exit instruction, sending a second network switching instruction to the network control unit so that the network control unit switches the resident network of the terminal equipment from the dependent networking to the independent networking according to the second network switching instruction.
And the second network switching instruction is to switch the resident network of the terminal equipment from the dependent networking to the independent networking.
For example, after the call interface management unit exits the call interface according to the interface exit instruction, the call control unit sends a second network switching instruction to the network control unit, and the network control unit switches the resident network of the terminal device from the 4G network (or NSA networks such as 2G network and 3G network) to the 5G SA network according to the second network switching instruction. So that the resident network after the call of the terminal equipment is consistent with the resident network before the call.
Optionally, the method further includes:
and under the condition that the terminal equipment finishes the call state and automatically exits from the call interface, sending a third network switching instruction to a network control unit of the terminal equipment so that the network control unit switches the resident network of the terminal equipment from the dependent networking to the independent networking according to the third network switching instruction.
And the third network switching instruction is to switch the resident network of the terminal equipment from the dependent networking to the independent networking.
For example, after the terminal device ends the call state and exits the call interface, the call control unit sends a third network switching instruction to the network control unit, and the network control unit switches the network where the terminal device resides from the 4G network (or the NSA network such as the 2G network and the 3G network) to the 5G SA network according to the third network switching instruction. So that the resident network after the call of the terminal equipment is consistent with the resident network before the call.
