Referring to fig. 8, a hardware block diagram of a specific example of the intelligent voice routing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
As shown in fig. 8, the main hardware modules required by the intelligent home routing device are further illustrated. The function of each module is described in detail below.
The central controller:
the central controller generally selects an MCU as a core component of the module, and the central controller refers to a minimum system that enables the MCU to operate, that is, includes a clock source, a voltage-dividing power supply, a capacitance-inductance circuit, and the like, which are necessary for the operation. The central controller is mainly used for coordinating the normal working operation of each module, such as the transmission of voice data, the logic processing of various functions and the like.
Multi-microphone pickup:
the multi-microphone sound pickup module is mainly a hardware design of a microphone array and related peripheral circuits thereof. In addition, if the microphone is a digital microphone, only the related power supply is needed; if the microphone is an analog microphone, a corresponding A-D conversion chip is needed to convert the analog signal of the analog microphone into a digital signal which can be processed by a processor.
A playing module:
the playing module mainly relates to playing through an earphone or a loudspeaker during voice broadcasting, and the playing module relates to components such as a D-A conversion chip, a power amplifier and the like and is used for converting digital signals into analog signals.
A power management module:
the power management module is mainly responsible for voltage distribution of each module of the whole device, such as the voltage of a central processing unit, the power supply voltage of a microphone, the voltage of a Wi-Fi module and the like, and because the voltages required by the modules are different, the modules need related voltage division chips.
A storage module:
the storage module mainly relates to a memory hung externally on the central controller, such as SDRAM and the like; in addition, considering the storage of local tourism resources, the read-write and storage functions of the SD card are required.
A routing module:
the routing module mainly realizes the routing distribution and networking functions of the traditional router. Different from the traditional router, when data are uploaded, local voice needs to be additionally sent to the cloud for recognition processing; when data is downlink, the voice service provided by the cloud needs to be transmitted back to the local and played through the audio equipment.
A voice processing unit:
the voice processing unit is mainly used for realizing voice interaction, and because voice signal processing has the characteristics of intensive calculation and stream processing, the voice processing unit usually selects a DSP as a core of the voice processing unit, and the DSP is used as a coprocessor of a central processing unit to process heavy voice calculation, and power consumption caused by heavy voice calculation can be well balanced. The voice processing unit mainly realizes the functions of front-end signal processing of voice and awakening and recognition of voice.
Beta version formed by the inventor in the process of implementing the invention:
referring to fig. 9, a data flow diagram of an alternative intelligent home routing device is shown, which is a specific example of the intelligent voice routing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, in addition to the patented technology of the current application, there is an alternative: intelligent home routing equipment based on voice interaction. The scheme is different from the patent in that: the scheme removes the voice voiceprint technology, namely whether the request is initiated by a voiceprint registrant is not checked any more in the process of inquiring and configuring the router.
The scheme has the advantages that:
the voiceprint technology has relatively high requirements on system memory and computing capacity, and the voiceprint removal technology can greatly reduce the model selection requirements of the chip, so that the production cost of the whole equipment is reduced;
in the process of voice interaction, the disadvantage of no voiceprint recognition can be made up by setting the password through voice, so that the problem that one device can only be configured by a specific user is not influenced finally.
The disadvantages of this solution are:
the identity of the user is identified through the voiceprint technology, so that the user is more convenient and friendly, and the password is set through voice relatively complicated;
voiceprint technology can ensure that only a specific person has the right to configure, so that without voiceprint technology, relative security is reduced.
Referring to fig. 10, a data flow diagram of an intelligent home routing device Beta scenario is shown, which is a specific example of the intelligent voice routing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, between the final lines of the patent from the project to the product, a beta version has been generated, and its main design idea is to simplify the voice interaction and voiceprint technology in the patent design, that is, the voice interaction in the beta is relatively limited, such as the user only allows to ask the device for a specific limited question, and the awakening word of the voice interaction is assumed to be "fawn", such as:
is the fawn deer, help me configure the router?
Is the fawn deer, help me restart the router?
Fawn deer, help me to query the user's situation of the current connection?
The limited problems described above can be customized depending on the actual usage scenario. Further, the wake-up and recognition are also switched to the local mode, in which the number of wake-up words supported is limited, and similarly, the number of voiceprint registrants is limited.
The advantages are that:
the local awakening identification and the limited voice interaction greatly reduce the requirements on the system memory and the computing capacity, and greatly reduce the product cost to a certain extent;
the limited awakening words and voiceprint registrants greatly reduce the probability of false awakening and voiceprint false triggering, namely, the safety of the whole equipment is highly balanced with the product cost.
The disadvantages are as follows:
limited voice interaction also enables the experience of the user to be relatively reduced, and the user can interact with the intelligent routing equipment only in a very limited manner according to the specification;
when a user needs to register a plurality of awakening words, the effect is obviously reduced due to limited system memory and computing resources, and similarly, the security of the voiceprint of the user is reduced along with the increase of the number of registrants.
The inventor finds that deeper effects are achieved in the process of implementing the invention:
aiming at the intelligent household routing equipment based on voice interaction and voiceprint technology, the intelligent household routing equipment can achieve the direct effect that a user can more freely and quickly set and inquire a router without installing an APP (application) through a mobile phone and connecting the router to a corresponding network for setting and inquiring; on the other hand, due to the introduction of the voice interaction technology, the user experience is further improved, and the configuration modification of the router does not need to depend on extra password setting due to the support of the voiceprint technology.
And more deeply, along with the increasingly perfect voice interaction and voiceprint technology, the interaction between a user and all things becomes possible, and the intelligent household routing equipment is just a good relay station of the intelligent home, so that the foundation is laid for the integrated control of the intelligent home in the future.
Flexible and friendly interaction:
due to the introduction of the voice interaction technology, a user can interact with the intelligent routing equipment in a voice mode, such as inquiring a current connected user and configuring current routing parameters; in addition, the voice interaction technology also gets rid of the complexity caused by APP use and the like, and the user experience is further improved;
uniqueness and security of routing configuration modification:
due to the introduction of the voice voiceprint technology, a user can not set a login password of a route any more, and the user can only distinguish whether the user is a common user or a router owner (having the right to modify the configuration of the router) by registering voiceprint information, so that the security of the router is higher compared with the router used in the current market;
essentially, the introduction of the voiceprint technology enables the device to distinguish which authority the current user has, and if the user does not enter the voiceprint, only the basic interactive query function can be obtained; people who register the voiceprint feature can also divide the people, for example, a part of people have all device rights, and a part of people have part rights, which is the same as users in an operating system, and the resources accessed by people with different rights to the device are different. One benefit of this is that if the elderly or young children at home are restricted by cognitive abilities, some security setting permissions are prohibited or some information that is inappropriate for young children can be filtered out by the device.
Referring to fig. 11, a block diagram of an intelligent voice routing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
As shown in FIG. 11, intelligent voice routing apparatus 1100 includes decision making program module 1110 and match execution program module 1120.
The determining program module 1110 is configured to respond to a collected user voice instruction, and determine whether the user voice instruction is a modification instruction for existing setting information, where the existing setting information includes setting information of the intelligent routing device and setting information of the intelligent home device; the matching execution program module 1120 is configured to perform voiceprint matching on the user voice instruction if the user voice instruction is a modification instruction for the existing setting information, and execute the user voice instruction after the matching is passed.
It should be understood that the modules recited in fig. 11 correspond to various steps in the methods described with reference to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Thus, the operations and features described above for the method and the corresponding technical effects are also applicable to the modules in fig. 11, and are not described again here.
It should be noted that the modules in the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to the scheme of the present disclosure, for example, the determining program module may be described as a module that determines, in response to the collected user voice instruction, whether the user voice instruction is a modification instruction for existing setting information, where the existing setting information includes setting information of the intelligent routing device and setting information of the intelligent home equipment. In addition, the related function module may also be implemented by a hardware processor, for example, the judgment program module may also be implemented by a processor, which is not described herein again.
In other embodiments, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a non-volatile computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions may execute the intelligent voice routing method in any of the above method embodiments;
as one embodiment, a non-volatile computer storage medium of the present invention stores computer-executable instructions configured to:
responding to the collected user voice instruction, and judging whether the user voice instruction is a modification instruction aiming at the existing setting information, wherein the existing setting information comprises the setting information of the intelligent routing equipment and the setting information of the intelligent home equipment;
and if the user voice instruction is a modification instruction aiming at the existing setting information, carrying out voiceprint matching on the user voice instruction, and executing the user voice instruction after the matching is passed.
The non-volatile computer-readable storage medium may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the intelligent voice routing apparatus, and the like. Further, the non-volatile computer-readable storage medium may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium optionally includes memory located remotely from the processor, which may be connected to the intelligent voice routing device over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions that, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform any of the intelligent voice routing methods described above.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 12, the electronic device includes: one or more processors 1210 and a memory 1220, with one processor 1210 being an example in fig. 12. The apparatus of the intelligent voice routing method may further include: an input device 1230 and an output device 1240. The processor 1210, memory 1220, input device 1230, and output device 1240 may be connected by a bus or other means, such as by a bus connection in fig. 12. The memory 1220 is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium as described above. The processor 1210 executes various functional applications of the server and data processing by running nonvolatile software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 1220, so as to implement the intelligent voice routing method of the above method embodiment. The input device 1230 may receive input numerical or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the communication compensating device. The output device 1240 may include a display device such as a display screen.
The product can execute the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. For technical details that are not described in detail in this embodiment, reference may be made to the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
As an implementation manner, the electronic device is applied to an intelligent voice routing apparatus, and is used for a client, and includes: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to:
responding to the collected user voice instruction, and judging whether the user voice instruction is a modification instruction aiming at the existing setting information, wherein the existing setting information comprises the setting information of the intelligent routing equipment and the setting information of the intelligent home equipment;
and if the user voice instruction is a modification instruction aiming at the existing setting information, carrying out voiceprint matching on the user voice instruction, and executing the user voice instruction after the matching is passed.
The electronic device of the embodiments of the present application exists in various forms, including but not limited to:
(1) a mobile communication device: such devices are characterized by mobile communications capabilities and are primarily targeted at providing voice, data communications. Such terminals include smart phones (e.g., iphones), multimedia phones, functional phones, and low-end phones, among others.
(2) Ultra mobile personal computer device: the equipment belongs to the category of personal computers, has calculation and processing functions and generally has the characteristic of mobile internet access. Such terminals include: PDA, MID, and UMPC devices, etc., such as ipads.
(3) A portable entertainment device: such devices can display and play multimedia content. Such devices include audio and video players (e.g., ipods), handheld game consoles, electronic books, as well as smart toys and portable car navigation devices.
(4) The server is similar to a general computer architecture, but has higher requirements on processing capability, stability, reliability, safety, expandability, manageability and the like because of the need of providing highly reliable services.
(5) And other electronic devices with data interaction functions.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that each embodiment can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware. With this understanding in mind, the above-described technical solutions may be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc., and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the methods of the various embodiments or some parts of the embodiments.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent voice routing method, wherein an intelligent routing device is connected with an intelligent household device networked through the intelligent routing device, comprises the following steps:
responding to the collected user voice instruction, and judging whether the user voice instruction is a modification instruction aiming at the existing setting information, wherein the existing setting information comprises the setting information of the intelligent routing equipment and the setting information of the intelligent home equipment;
and if the user voice instruction is a modification instruction aiming at the existing setting information, carrying out voiceprint matching on the user voice instruction, and executing the user voice instruction after the matching is passed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining whether the user voice instruction is a modification instruction for existing setting information in response to the collected user voice instruction, the method further comprises:
and if the user voice instruction is not a modification instruction aiming at the existing setting information, executing the user voice instruction.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the voiceprint matching the user voice instruction, the executing the user voice instruction after matching comprises:
acquiring voiceprint information of the user voice instruction, and judging whether the voiceprint information is consistent with preset voiceprint information or not;
and if the voiceprint information is consistent with the preset voiceprint information, executing the user voice instruction.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the preset voiceprint information has preset voiceprint permissions including modification permissions for existing setting information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the preset voiceprint permission has a corresponding permission level, the method further comprising:
acquiring the authority level corresponding to the voiceprint information and the authority level required by the user voice command, and judging whether the authority level of the voiceprint information is equal to or higher than the authority level required by the user voice command;
and if the authority level is equal to or higher than the authority level required by the user voice instruction, executing the user voice instruction.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the user voice command is a modification command for existing setting information, performing voiceprint matching on the user voice command, the method further comprising:
if the user voice command is a modification command aiming at the existing setting information, acquiring a management password and judging whether the management password is legal or not;
and if the management password is legal, executing the user voice instruction.
7. The method of claims 1-6, wherein prior to determining whether the user voice instruction is a modification instruction for existing setup information, the method further comprises:
responding to a registration instruction of the user, acquiring a registration audio of the user and extracting voiceprint information of the user;
and storing the voiceprint information of the user as preset voiceprint information with authority level.

and the matching execution program module is configured to perform voiceprint matching on the user voice instruction if the user voice instruction is a modification instruction aiming at the existing setting information, and execute the user voice instruction after the matching is passed.

An electronic device, comprising: at least one processor, and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor, wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
