And step S29, when the ownership information to be checked conflicts with the standard ownership information, determining that the ownership of the planned collection plot cannot be checked, feeding back a checking result to the construction land approval system in the provincial large centralized mode, and sending prompt information to a second-level real estate registration information management basic platform to which the planned collection plot belongs.
The prompt information is used for prompting the user to check the attribute information of the land block to be collected and feeding back a check result. The right auditing system for expropriating and batching the right audits the right information to be audited of the land blocks to be expropriated and feeds back the auditing result to the construction right approving system in the large centralized mode of the whole province. And after the secondary real estate registration information management platform acquires the prompt information, displaying the prompt information on the system platform, checking the ownership information by the user according to the prompt information, correcting the information if the ownership information is wrong, and feeding the corrected information back to the right approval auditing system. By the method, whether the collective land registration of the real estate is carried out timely, effectively and normatively can be reversely supervised and urged.
Referring to fig. 3, the system for checking right to report on an expressage and approval in a land according to a third embodiment of the present invention is provided in a first-level real estate registration information management base platform, the first-level real estate registration information management base platform is connected to second-level real estate registration information management base platforms in various regions, the system for checking right to report on an expressage and approval in a land is connected to a system for reporting on an establishment land in a large centralized mode in a whole province, and the system for checking right to report on an expressage and approval in a land includes:

the vector surface layer generating module 20 is configured to map the coordinates of the geodesic range line boundary point of the block to be collected into a first blank layer, and connect the coordinates of the geodesic range line boundary point in the first blank layer to form a corresponding closed surface, so as to obtain a vector surface layer of the block to be collected;
the extraction module 30 is configured to perform superposition analysis on the vector surface map layer and a collective land spatial distribution map layer by using a spatial superposition analysis method to extract standard ownership information corresponding to the to-be-collected land blocks in the collective land spatial distribution map layer, where the collective land spatial distribution map layer is generated based on the two-stage real estate registration information management base platforms and information registered by the one-stage real estate registration information management base platform;
a first comparison module 40, configured to compare the to-be-checked ownership information with the standard ownership information, so as to determine whether the to-be-checked ownership information conflicts with the standard ownership information;
and the determining module 50 is configured to determine that the right information of the to-be-checked place fails to be checked when the right information conflicts with the standard right information, and feed back a checking result to the construction land approval system in the large centralized mode of the whole province.
Further, in the system for checking right to report on expressage, the step of performing superposition analysis on the vector surface map layer and the collective land spatial distribution map layer by using a spatial superposition analysis method to extract the standard right information corresponding to the planned collection land block in the collective land spatial distribution map layer includes:
superposing the vector surface map layer and the collective land spatial distribution map layer to determine a target land block corresponding to the to-be-collected land block in the collective land spatial distribution map layer;
and extracting ownership information of the target land block in the collective land spatial distribution layer, and using the ownership information as standard ownership information corresponding to the land block to be collected.
Further, the system for checking right to report on an expressage group further comprises:
and the second comparison module is used for comparing the area graph corresponding to the planned collection land block in the vector surface layer with the area graph corresponding to the target land block in the collective land spatial distribution layer to determine whether the area graph of the planned collection land block is consistent with the area graph of the target land block, and if so, executing the step of extracting ownership information of the target land block in the collective land spatial distribution layer.
Further, the system for checking right to report on an expressage group further comprises:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring collective land data of each land block reported by each secondary real estate registration information management basic platform;
and the collective land spatial distribution layer generation module is used for generating a collective land spatial distribution layer according to the acquired collective land data of each land block and the collective land data registered by the primary real estate registration information management basic platform, wherein the collective land data comprises spatial coordinate information and attribute information of each land block.
Further, the system for checking right to report on an expressage group further comprises:
and the sending module is used for sending prompt information to a secondary real estate registration information management basic platform to which the to-be-collected plot belongs, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to check the attribute information of the to-be-collected plot and feeding back a check result.
The implementation principle and the generated technical effect of the system for checking the right of expropriation and approval provided by the embodiment of the invention are the same as those of the method embodiment, and for the sake of brief description, the corresponding content in the method embodiment can be referred to where the device embodiment is not mentioned.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a readable storage medium, on which a program is stored, where the program, when executed by a processor, implements any of the methods described above.

1. A land acquisition approval right auditing method is characterized by being applied to a primary real estate registration information management basic platform which is connected with secondary real estate registration information management basic platforms of various regions, wherein the primary real estate registration information management basic platform is provided with a land acquisition approval right auditing system which is connected with a land acquisition approval right auditing system of a construction land acquisition and approval system in a large centralized mode of the whole province, and the method is suitable for the land acquisition approval right auditing system and comprises the following steps:
acquiring expropriation and approval information of each to-be-checked plot reported by the construction land approval system in the provincial large centralized mode, wherein the expropriation and approval information comprises the coordinates of expropriation range line boundary address points of the to-be-checked plot and corresponding to-be-checked ownership information;
mapping the coordinates of the boundary point of the expropriation range line of the to-be-collected plot into a first blank plot layer, and connecting and processing the coordinates of the boundary point of the expropriation range line in the first blank plot layer to form a corresponding closed surface to obtain a vector surface plot layer of the to-be-collected plot;
performing superposition analysis on the vector surface layer and a collective land space distribution layer by using a space superposition analysis method to extract standard ownership information corresponding to the land blocks to be collected in the collective land space distribution layer, wherein the collective land space distribution layer is generated based on the two-stage real estate registration information management basic platform and the information registered by the one-stage real estate registration information management basic platform;
comparing the to-be-checked ownership information with the standard ownership information to determine whether the to-be-checked ownership information conflicts with the standard ownership information;
if so, determining that the examination of the rights of the planned collection plot fails, and feeding back an examination result to the construction land use approval system in the large centralized mode of the whole province.
2. The examination method for right of expropriation and approval according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing superposition analysis on the vector surface layer and the collective land spatial distribution layer by using a spatial superposition analysis method to extract the standard right information corresponding to the to-be-acquired land blocks in the collective land spatial distribution layer comprises:
superposing the vector surface map layer and the collective land spatial distribution map layer to determine a target land block corresponding to the to-be-collected land block in the collective land spatial distribution map layer;
and extracting ownership information of the target land block in the collective land spatial distribution layer, and using the ownership information as standard ownership information corresponding to the land block to be collected.
3. The method for examining and verifying right to report on land according to claim 2, wherein the step of extracting the right information of the target land block in the collective land spatial distribution layer further comprises:
comparing the region graph corresponding to the to-be-collected land block in the vector surface layer with the region graph corresponding to the target land block in the collective land spatial distribution layer to determine whether the region graph of the to-be-collected land block is consistent with the region graph of the target land block;
and if so, executing the step of extracting ownership information of the target land block in the collective land spatial distribution layer.
4. The method for auditing expropriation and approval rights of claim 1, wherein the step of performing superposition analysis on the vector surface layer and the collective land spatial distribution layer by using a spatial superposition analysis method further comprises:
acquiring collective land data of each land block reported by each secondary real estate registration information management basic platform;
and generating a collective land spatial distribution layer according to the acquired collective land data of each land block and the collective land data registered by the primary real estate registration information management base platform, wherein the collective land data comprises spatial coordinate information and attribute information of each land block.
5. The auditing method for expropriation and approval rights of claim 4 wherein the step of generating a collective land spatial distribution map layer based on the acquired collective land data and the collective land data registered by the primary real estate registration information management base platform comprises:
mapping the space coordinates of the land parcels to a second blank layer, and respectively performing connection processing to form corresponding closed surfaces;
and adding attribute information of the land blocks corresponding to the sealing surfaces in the second blank layer to form a collective land space distribution layer.
6. The method for right audit of credit approval of claim 1, wherein the step of determining that the right audit of the block to be assessed does not pass further comprises:
and sending prompt information to a second-level real estate registration information management basic platform to which the land blocks to be checked belong, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to check the attribute information of the land blocks to be checked and feeding back a check result.
7. The method for checking right of credit report according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether the right information to be checked conflicts with the standard right information comprises:
judging whether the ownership information to be checked meets any one of a plurality of preset conditions, if so, determining that the ownership information to be checked conflicts with the standard ownership information, wherein the preset conditions comprise:
the right information to be checked and the right persons in the standard right information are not consistent;
the area of the land in the right information to be audited is inconsistent with the area of the land in the standard right information;
and the to-be-audited ownership information is inconsistent with the immovable property certificate number in the standard ownership information.

The system for checking the right of expropriation and approval of the land is characterized in that the system for checking the right of expropriation and approval of the land is arranged in a first-stage real estate registration information management basic platform, the first-stage real estate registration information management basic platform is connected with second-stage real estate registration information management basic platforms of all regions, the system for checking the right of expropriation and approval of the land is connected with a system for approving the land for construction in a large centralized mode in the whole province, and the system for checking the right of expropriation and approval of the land comprises:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring expropriation and approval information of each to-be-checked land block reported by a construction land approval system in a large centralized mode of the whole province, and the expropriation and approval information comprises the coordinates of boundary point of an expropriation range line of the to-be-checked land block and corresponding to-be-checked ownership information;
the vector surface layer generating module is used for generating a vector surface layer according to the coordinates of the land investigation range line boundary point;
the extraction module is used for performing superposition analysis on the vector surface layer and a collective land spatial distribution layer by using a spatial superposition analysis method so as to extract standard ownership information corresponding to the land blocks to be collected in the collective land spatial distribution layer, and the collective land spatial distribution layer is generated on the basis of the two-stage real estate registration information management basic platform and the information registered by the one-stage real estate registration information management basic platform;
the first comparison module is used for comparing the to-be-checked ownership information with the standard ownership information so as to determine whether the to-be-checked ownership information conflicts with the standard ownership information;
and the determining module is used for determining that the right information of the to-be-checked place cannot be checked and passed when the right information conflicts with the standard right information, and feeding back an checking result to the construction land approval system in the large centralized mode of the whole province.

The system for auditing expropriation and approval rights of claim 8, wherein the step of performing superposition analysis on the vector surface layer and a collective land spatial distribution layer by using a spatial superposition analysis method to extract standard rights information corresponding to the to-be-acquired land blocks in the collective land spatial distribution layer comprises:
superposing the vector surface map layer and the collective land spatial distribution map layer to determine a target land block corresponding to the to-be-collected land block in the collective land spatial distribution map layer;
and extracting ownership information of the target land block in the collective land spatial distribution layer, and using the ownership information as standard ownership information corresponding to the land block to be collected.
10. A readable storage medium on which a program is stored, which program, when executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
