estimating the relative distance between the ordering customer of each order and the restaurant according to the positioning update information of the ordering customer of each order and the position of the restaurant;
and estimating the arrival time of the order customer of each order according to the moving speed of the order customer of each order and the relative distance from the restaurant.
3. The restaurant order processing method of claim 2, wherein estimating the relative distance of the order customer for each order from the restaurant based on the location update information for the order customer for each order and the restaurant location comprises:
and determining the path of the ordering customer of each order to the restaurant according to the positioning update information of the ordering customer of each order and the position of the restaurant.
4. The restaurant order processing method of claim 3, wherein said determining a path to the restaurant for the order customer for each order based on the location update information for the order customer for each order and the restaurant location comprises:
when a plurality of paths to the restaurant are obtained according to the positioning update information of the ordering customer and the position of the restaurant, the paths to the restaurant of the ordering customer are determined according to the moving speed of the ordering customer.
5. The restaurant order processing method of claim 3, wherein said determining a path to the restaurant for the order customer for each order based on the location update information for the order customer for each order and the restaurant location comprises:
obtaining a path in historical order data of a meal ordering customer of each order, wherein the historical order data comprises the historical path of the meal ordering customer;
and determining the path of the ordering customer of each order to the restaurant according to the positioning update information of the ordering customer of each order and the historical path.
6. The restaurant order processing method according to claim 1, wherein said estimating a meal preparation duration for each order based on the ordering information for each order comprises:
determining the food of each order according to the ordering information of each order;
and estimating the meal making duration of each order according to the making duration of each meal.
7. The restaurant order processing method of claim 6, wherein said determining a meal preparation time length for each order based on a preparation time length for each meal comprises:
acquiring chef information of the restaurant;
and determining the meal making time length of each order according to the cook information of the restaurant and the making time length of each meal.
8. The restaurant order processing method of claim 6, wherein said determining a meal preparation time length for each order based on a preparation time length for each meal comprises:
determining the type of the food of each order;
determining the food loading sequence of each food according to the food type of the food of each order;
and according to the order of each meal, estimating the making time length of the meal needing to be made when the ordering customer arrives at the store, and taking the estimated making time length of the meal needing to be made when the ordering customer arrives at the store as the making time length of the meal of each order.
9. A restaurant order processing method according to any of claims 1-8, wherein said adjusting a processing order of each order based on an arrival time of a customer ordering each order and a meal preparation time period comprises:
determining the starting processing time of each order based on the arrival time and the meal making duration of the ordering customer of each order;
and adjusting the processing sequence of each order in the order list according to the starting processing time of each order.
10. The restaurant order processing method of claim 9, further comprising:
according to the processing starting time of each order, before the processing starting of each order, sending order starting processing notification information to the order customer of each order, wherein the notification information is used for notifying the order customer of each order to start the processing.
11. The restaurant order processing method of claim 9, further comprising:
acquiring auxiliary information of an order, wherein the auxiliary information comprises: planned arrival time;
and when the positioning updating information of the ordering customer is not changed after the preset duration, taking the planned arrival time as the arrival time of the ordering customer.
12. The restaurant order processing method of claim 11, further comprising:
estimating the starting processing time of the order based on the planned store-to-store time and the meal making time length;
when the starting processing time of the order estimated based on the planned arrival time and the meal making time is reached, the positioning information of the order customer is still unchanged, and order delayed processing inquiry information is sent to the order customer; if the delayed processing feedback information fed back by the ordering customer is received, the delayed processing is carried out on the order corresponding to the ordering customer according to the delayed processing feedback information;
and if the delayed processing feedback information fed back by the ordering customer is not received, processing the order according to the order starting processing time of the ordering customer.
13. A restaurant order processing apparatus, comprising:
the ordering information acquisition unit is used for acquiring ordering information of each order in the order list;
the positioning updating information acquisition unit is used for continuously acquiring the positioning updating information of the ordering customers of each order;
the arrival time estimation unit is used for estimating the arrival time of the ordering customers of each order according to the acquired positioning updating information;
the meal making duration estimation unit is used for estimating the meal making duration of each order according to the ordering information of each order;
and the order sequence adjusting unit is used for adjusting the processing sequence of each order in the order list based on the arrival time of the ordering customer of each order and the meal making time length.
14. A storage medium, being a non-volatile storage medium or a non-transitory storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the restaurant order processing method of any of claims 1 to 13.
15. A terminal comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program operable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, performs the steps of the restaurant order processing method of any of claims 1-13.
