The mobile operation and maintenance audit management terminal 130 mainly evaluates the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance personnel by integrating the current operation and maintenance result and the operation and maintenance supervision result. In some embodiments, if the operation and maintenance result is that the operation and maintenance is successful and the operation and maintenance supervision result is that the operation and maintenance operation is correct, the mobile operation and maintenance audit manager 130 determines that the first operation and maintenance person has the operation and maintenance qualification for the operation and maintenance task corresponding to the operation and maintenance work order again. If the current operation and maintenance result is operation and maintenance failure and/or the operation and maintenance supervision result is that the operation and maintenance operation is wrong, the mobile operation and maintenance audit management terminal 130 determines that the first operation and maintenance worker does not have the operation and maintenance qualification for the operation and maintenance task corresponding to the operation and maintenance work order.
By adopting the scheme of the embodiment, the re-evaluation of the operation and maintenance qualification of the operation and maintenance personnel can be transferred to the actual operation and maintenance work order to be carried out, the operation and maintenance work order can be ensured to be successfully operated and maintained as much as possible under the supervision of the second operation and maintenance personnel, the re-evaluation of the operation and maintenance qualification of the operation and maintenance personnel can be completed together, and the efficiency of the operation and maintenance qualification evaluation and the efficiency of the operation and maintenance work order processing are both considered.
Further, in some other embodiments, the determining, according to the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel in the above embodiments, whether to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the operation and maintenance personnel who cause the abnormal operation and maintenance operation that belongs to the operation and maintenance operation that is not feasible specifically includes:
if the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel indicates that the times of initiating the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the non-feasible operation and maintenance operation by the third operation and maintenance personnel are all smaller than the preset initiating time threshold, performing abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection on the third operation and maintenance personnel in at least one subsequent operation and maintenance task execution to obtain at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection result; judging whether the detection result of the at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation represents that the operation and maintenance operations performed by the third operation and maintenance personnel in the at least one subsequent operation and maintenance task belong to normal operation and maintenance operations; if so, determining that the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance personnel is not reevaluated; if not, determining to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance personnel.
In this embodiment, for an operation and maintenance person (referred to as a third operation and maintenance person) who has triggered abnormal operation and maintenance operations belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation within the preset history period and whose triggering times are all smaller than a preset triggering time threshold, the mobile operation and maintenance audit management terminal 130 performs abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection on the third operation and maintenance person in at least one subsequent execution of the operation and maintenance task, for example, may perform abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection on the third operation and maintenance person in the next three execution of the operation and maintenance task, that is, detect whether the third operation and maintenance person performs abnormal operation in the next three execution of the operation and maintenance task, so that the mobile operation and maintenance audit management terminal 130 obtains at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection result.
The mobile operation and maintenance audit management terminal 130 further determines whether at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection result represents that the operation and maintenance operations performed by the third operation and maintenance personnel in at least one subsequent operation and maintenance task belong to normal operation and maintenance operations; if so, it indicates that the abnormal operation and maintenance operation performed by the third operation and maintenance person before may be an erroneous operation, and the mobile operation and maintenance audit manager 130 may not re-evaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person, that is, allow the third operation and maintenance person to fully perform various operation and maintenance operations on the station-side equipment according to its own experience. If not, the mobile operation and maintenance audit management terminal 130 needs to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance personnel.
Further, for a specific process of the mobile operation and maintenance audit manager 130 re-evaluating the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person, the specific process may include: the mobile operation and maintenance audit management terminal 130 determines a normal operation and maintenance operation corresponding to an abnormal operation and maintenance operation which is an unfeasible operation and maintenance operation and is initiated by a third operation and maintenance person, and generates a corresponding operation and maintenance operation test according to the corresponding normal operation and maintenance operation to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person.
In this embodiment, when determining to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person, the mobile operation and maintenance audit manager 130 may refer to the reevaluation method of the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance person in the above embodiment to perform the reevaluation of the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person, and thus may also transfer the reevaluation of the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person to the actual operation and maintenance work order, complete the reevaluation of the operation and maintenance qualification while ensuring that the operation and maintenance work order is successfully operated and maintained as much as possible, and take into account the efficiency of the operation and maintenance qualification evaluation and the efficiency of the operation and maintenance work order processing.

a historical information obtaining module 401, configured to obtain multiple types of historical operation and maintenance log information generated in a preset historical time period; the various historical operation and maintenance log information comprises historical operation and maintenance log information generated by respective mobile operation and maintenance auditing device ends when a plurality of operation and maintenance tasks are executed by corresponding operation and maintenance personnel through the respective mobile operation and maintenance auditing device ends and the safety UKEY;
an anomaly identification module 402, configured to identify an abnormal operation and maintenance operation in the multiple pieces of historical operation and maintenance log information based on a pre-stored abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rule, and obtain an operation and maintenance result corresponding to each abnormal operation and maintenance operation from the multiple pieces of historical operation and maintenance log information;
an anomaly determination module 403, configured to determine whether the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is a feasible operation and maintenance operation according to the operation and maintenance result;
a rule updating module 404, configured to update the abnormal operation and maintenance operation determination rule by using the abnormal operation and maintenance operation if the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is the feasible operation and maintenance operation, so that the updated abnormal operation and maintenance operation determination rule identifies that the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belongs to the normal operation and maintenance operation.
In one embodiment, the apparatus 400 may further include: the re-evaluation module is used for counting the operation and maintenance personnel who cause the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the non-feasible operation and maintenance operation within the preset historical time period based on the various historical operation and maintenance log information to obtain abnormal operation and maintenance personnel statistical information if the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is the non-feasible operation and maintenance operation; and judging whether to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the operation and maintenance personnel causing the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation according to the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel.
In an embodiment, the re-evaluation module is configured to determine a normal operation and maintenance operation corresponding to the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation and initiated by the first operation and maintenance person if the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance person indicates that the initiation times of the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation by the first operation and maintenance person are greater than or equal to a preset initiation time threshold, and generate an operation and maintenance operation test according to the corresponding normal operation and maintenance operation; and re-evaluating the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance personnel based on the operation and maintenance operation test.
In one embodiment, the reevaluation module is used for generating a corresponding operation and maintenance work order when receiving a work ticket pushed by the work ticket system; judging whether the operation and maintenance work order is matched with the operation and maintenance operation test; if so, the operation and maintenance work order is sent to a mobile operation and maintenance auditing device end of the first operation and maintenance worker, so that the first operation and maintenance worker can execute the operation and maintenance task corresponding to the operation and maintenance work order under the supervision of a second operation and maintenance worker through the mobile operation and maintenance auditing device end and the safety UKEY; the second operation and maintenance personnel are the operation and maintenance personnel executing the corresponding normal operation and maintenance operation; receiving current operation and maintenance log information fed back by the mobile operation and maintenance auditing device end, and acquiring a current operation and maintenance result from the current operation and maintenance log information; receiving an operation and maintenance supervision result fed back by an operation and maintenance supervision end; the operation and maintenance supervision terminal is a terminal used by the second operation and maintenance personnel when supervising the first operation and maintenance personnel to execute the operation and maintenance task; and evaluating the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance personnel based on the current operation and maintenance result and the operation and maintenance supervision result.
In an embodiment, the re-evaluation module is configured to determine that the first operation and maintenance person has the operation and maintenance qualification for the operation and maintenance task again if the current operation and maintenance result is that the operation and maintenance is successful and the operation and maintenance supervision result is that the operation and maintenance operation is error-free.
In an embodiment, the reevaluation module is further configured to, if the statistics information of the abnormal operation and maintenance staff indicates that the times of initiating the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation by a third operation and maintenance staff are all smaller than the preset initiating time threshold, perform abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection on the third operation and maintenance staff in at least one subsequent execution of the operation and maintenance task, and obtain at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection result; judging whether the at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection result represents that the operation and maintenance operations performed by the third operation and maintenance personnel in the at least one subsequent operation and maintenance task belong to normal operation and maintenance operations; if so, determining not to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance personnel; and if not, determining to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance personnel.
In an embodiment, the reevaluation module is configured to determine a normal operation and maintenance operation corresponding to an abnormal operation and maintenance operation that is initiated by the third operation and maintenance person and belongs to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation, and generate a corresponding operation and maintenance operation test according to the corresponding normal operation and maintenance operation to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person.
For specific limitations of the abnormal operation and maintenance operation processing device based on the station-side operation and maintenance auditing system, reference may be made to the above limitations of the abnormal operation and maintenance operation processing method based on the station-side operation and maintenance auditing system, which are not described herein again. All or part of each module in the abnormal operation and maintenance operation processing device based on the station-side operation and maintenance auditing system can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer equipment is used for storing historical operation and maintenance log information, abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rules, abnormal operation and maintenance operations, operation and maintenance results and other data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to realize an abnormal operation and maintenance operation processing method based on the station-side operation and maintenance auditing system.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. Claims (10)

1. An abnormal operation and maintenance operation processing method based on a station end operation and maintenance auditing system is characterized by being applied to a mobile operation and maintenance auditing management end, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring various historical operation and maintenance log information generated in a preset historical time period; the various historical operation and maintenance log information comprises historical operation and maintenance log information generated by respective mobile operation and maintenance auditing device ends when a plurality of operation and maintenance tasks are executed by corresponding operation and maintenance personnel through the respective mobile operation and maintenance auditing device ends and the safety UKEY;
identifying abnormal operation and maintenance operations in the various historical operation and maintenance log information based on a pre-stored abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rule, and acquiring operation and maintenance results corresponding to the abnormal operation and maintenance operations from the various historical operation and maintenance log information;
judging whether the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is a feasible operation and maintenance operation according to the operation and maintenance result;
if the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is an infeasible operation and maintenance operation, counting operation and maintenance personnel who send the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation within the preset historical time period based on the various historical operation and maintenance log information to obtain abnormal operation and maintenance personnel statistical information;
if the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel indicates that the number of times of initiating the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the non-feasible operation and maintenance operation by a first operation and maintenance personnel is larger than or equal to a preset initiating number threshold, determining normal operation and maintenance operation corresponding to the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the non-feasible operation and maintenance operation initiated by the first operation and maintenance personnel, and generating an operation and maintenance operation test according to the corresponding normal operation and maintenance operation;
re-evaluating the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance personnel based on the operation and maintenance operation test; and if the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is the feasible operation and maintenance operation, updating the abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rule by using the abnormal operation and maintenance operation so that the updated abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rule identifies that the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belongs to the normal operation and maintenance operation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the re-evaluating the operation and maintenance qualifications of the first operation and maintenance person based on the operation and maintenance test comprises:
when receiving a work ticket pushed by a work ticket system, generating a corresponding operation and maintenance work order;
judging whether the operation and maintenance work order is matched with the operation and maintenance operation test;
if so, the operation and maintenance work order is sent to a mobile operation and maintenance auditing device end of the first operation and maintenance worker, so that the first operation and maintenance worker can execute the operation and maintenance task corresponding to the operation and maintenance work order under the supervision of a second operation and maintenance worker through the mobile operation and maintenance auditing device end and the safety UKEY; the second operation and maintenance personnel are the operation and maintenance personnel executing the corresponding normal operation and maintenance operation;
receiving current operation and maintenance log information fed back by the mobile operation and maintenance auditing device end, and acquiring a current operation and maintenance result from the current operation and maintenance log information;
receiving an operation and maintenance supervision result fed back by an operation and maintenance supervision end; the operation and maintenance supervision terminal is a terminal used by the second operation and maintenance personnel when supervising the first operation and maintenance personnel to execute the operation and maintenance task;
and evaluating the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance personnel based on the current operation and maintenance result and the operation and maintenance supervision result.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the evaluating the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance person based on the current operation and maintenance result and the operation and maintenance supervision result comprises:
and if the current operation and maintenance result is that the operation and maintenance is successful and the operation and maintenance supervision result is that the operation and maintenance operation is correct, determining that the first operation and maintenance personnel has the operation and maintenance qualification for the operation and maintenance task again.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining abnormal operation and maintenance personnel statistics, the method further comprises:
if the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel statistical information represents that the times of initiating the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the non-feasible operation and maintenance operation by a third operation and maintenance personnel are all smaller than the preset initiating time threshold, performing abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection on the third operation and maintenance personnel in at least one subsequent operation and maintenance task execution to obtain at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection result;
judging whether the at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection result represents that the operation and maintenance operations performed by the third operation and maintenance personnel in the at least one subsequent operation and maintenance task belong to normal operation and maintenance operations;
if so, determining not to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance personnel;
and if not, determining to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance personnel.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person comprises:
and determining normal operation and maintenance operation corresponding to the abnormal operation and maintenance operation which belongs to the non-feasible operation and maintenance operation and is caused by the third operation and maintenance person, and generating a corresponding operation and maintenance operation test according to the corresponding normal operation and maintenance operation to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person.
