In order that the screw detection unit 312 can detect the relative position between the screw abutting column and the height detection platform 313 within a certain range, the peripheral wall of the screw abutting column in this embodiment is provided with an annular protrusion 311a for detecting the screw detection unit 312, and the screw detection unit 312 detects whether the annular protrusion 311a moves into the detection range to determine the position of the screw abutting column, specifically, the axial thickness of the annular protrusion 311a is set, so as to preset the detection range value of the screw detection unit 312, and allow the installation error of the screw to be detected to be within the axial thickness range of the annular protrusion 311a, where the axial thickness of the annular protrusion 311a in this embodiment is 0.2mm to 0.5 mm.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention further includes an automatic feeding mechanism 400 for continuously conveying the positioning tool 100, where the positioning tool 100 is placed on the automatic feeding mechanism 400 to move, specifically, the automatic feeding mechanism 400 in this embodiment includes a plurality of conveying rollers 410 arranged in parallel, and the positioning tool 100 is disposed on the conveying rollers 410 and drives the positioning tool 100 to move by the rotation of the conveying rollers 410.

a feeding detection unit 510 for detecting whether the workpiece reaches a detection position;
the material blocking mechanism 520 is arranged at the discharge end of the automatic feeding mechanism 400, and the material blocking mechanism 520 comprises a material blocking switch 521;
a storage detecting unit 530 for detecting whether the abnormal workpiece is placed in a preset placing position; and
a control unit 540;
the air pressure detecting unit 220, the screw detecting unit 312, the feeding detecting unit 510, the material stop switch 521 and the storage detecting unit 530 are electrically connected to the control unit 540.
Further, the control unit 540 is connected with and controls the air blowing mechanism 210, the moving mechanism 230, the driving mechanism 320 and the automatic feeding mechanism 400, so as to realize the automatic operation of the workpiece detection equipment.
Referring to fig. 1, the workpiece inspecting apparatus further includes an abnormal workpiece storage platform 600, and the abnormal workpiece storage platform 600 is provided with a storage inspecting unit 530.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 11, in order to facilitate respectively counting the number of the workpieces with abnormal screw height and abnormal end surface to be measured, the present embodiment further includes a screw height abnormal count display 550 and an abnormal end surface to be measured count display 560, and meanwhile, in order to facilitate monitoring whether an abnormality occurs by an operator, a screw height abnormal alarm indicator 570 and an abnormal end surface to be measured alarm indicator 580 are provided.
Therefore, based on the workpiece detection apparatus provided in the above embodiment, the workpiece end face detection device 200 is configured to detect whether the sliding piece 710 of the workpiece 700 in this embodiment is correctly installed, where the end face 711 to be detected of the sliding piece 710 may be a front face or a back face, the front face is a plane, and the back face is an arc face, when correctly installed, the front face of the sliding piece 710 should abut against and be attached to the air outlet end face 211a of the air blowing pipe 211, the screw assembly detection device 300 is configured to detect the screw 720 installed on the workpiece 700, and its working process is as follows:
1. placing a workpiece on the positioning tool 100 for positioning and limiting the position, and moving the positioning tool 100 to the detection position on the automatic feeding mechanism 400;
2. the feeding detection unit 510 detects whether the workpiece reaches a detection position;
3. when the workpiece reaches the detection position, the feeding detection unit 510 feeds back first detection information to the control unit 540, the horizontal driving cylinder 231 drives the air blowing pipe 211 to move towards the end surface to be detected and abut against the end surface to be detected, the air supply device supplies air into the air blowing pipe 211, meanwhile, the driving mechanism 320 drives the height detection platform 313 to descend, and the screw abutting column moves along the axial direction of the screw to be detected and abuts against the upper end of the screw to be detected;
4. the air pressure detecting unit 220 obtains the air pressure value in the blowing pipe 211, and the screw detecting unit 312 detects whether the annular protrusion 311a falls within the detection range;
when the workpiece is detected to be qualified:
when the air pressure value obtained by the air pressure detection unit 220 is detected to be within the qualified air pressure range, the air pressure detection unit 220 sends second detection information qualified for detection to the control unit 540, and when the screw detection unit 312 detects that the annular protrusion 311a falls into the detection range, the screw detection unit 312 sends third detection information qualified for detection to the control unit 540, at this time, the control unit 540 controls the automatic feeding mechanism 400 to drive the positioning tool 100 to move, controls the material blocking mechanism 520 to be in the release position, and enables the workpiece to move to the next machining process;
when the workpiece is detected to be unqualified:
1) the air pressure detection unit 220 detects that the acquired air pressure value is not in the qualified air pressure range, the air pressure detection unit 220 sends second detection information which is unqualified in detection to the control unit 540, the control unit 540 controls the abnormal counting display 560 of the end face to be detected to display the unqualified ranking value of the current unqualified workpiece, and meanwhile, the abnormal alarm indicator 580 of the end face to be detected is turned on;
when the screw detection unit 312 detects that the annular protrusion 311a does not fall into the detection range, the screw detection unit 312 sends third detection information which is unqualified in detection to the control unit 540, the control unit 540 controls the screw height abnormity count display 550 to record an unqualified ranking value of the current unqualified workpiece, and meanwhile, the screw height abnormity alarm indicator lamp 570 is turned on;
when the air pressure detecting unit 220 or the screw detecting unit 312 feeds back second detection information or third detection information which is unqualified in detection to the control unit 540, the material stopping mechanism 520 is controlled to be in a material stopping position, and a currently detected workpiece is prevented from flowing into the next machining process;
2) the control unit 540 sends the storage information to the storage detection unit 530;
3) when the alarm indicator lamp 580 for abnormal end surface to be detected and/or the alarm indicator lamp 570 for abnormal screw height are turned on, an operator takes out a workpiece on the positioning tool 100 blocked by the material blocking mechanism 520 and places the workpiece on the abnormal workpiece storage platform 600, when the storage detection unit 530 detects that the workpiece is placed on the abnormal workpiece storage platform 600 and feeds the workpiece back to the control unit 540, the control unit 540 controls the alarm indicator lamp 570 for abnormal screw height and/or the alarm indicator lamp 580 for abnormal end surface to be detected to be turned off, and controls the material blocking mechanism 520 to be in a release state.
Further, the number of the screw abutment members 311 and the screw detecting unit 312 in the present embodiment may be plural for detecting plural screws fitted on the workpiece at the same time, improving the detection efficiency.
In summary, in the invention, the blowing pipe 211 can be used for attaching the end face to be tested of the workpiece and blowing air, and since the fitting degrees of the qualified end face and the unqualified end face of the end face to be tested of the workpiece and the blowing pipe 211 are different, the air pressure in the blowing pipe 211 is measured by the air pressure detection unit 220, and the attachment degree of the end face to be tested and the air outlet end face 211a of the blowing pipe 211 is judged by comparing the air pressure value obtained by detection with the qualified air pressure range, so as to judge whether the end face to be tested of the workpiece is the qualified end face, and accordingly, whether the assembly of the workpiece is correct is quickly judged, and the efficiency;
on the other hand, the screw assembly detection device 300 is provided, the driving mechanism 320 drives the screw abutting piece 311 to abut against one end of the axial direction of the screw assembled on the workpiece, and at the moment, the position of the screw abutting piece 311 is detected through the screw detection unit 312, so that whether the screw is assembled in place or not is judged, and the reliability of workpiece assembly and the efficiency of qualified product quality detection are improved.

the workpiece end face detection device comprises a blowing mechanism, an air pressure detection unit and a moving mechanism, wherein the blowing mechanism comprises an air blowing pipe, an air outlet end face used for being attached to the qualified end face of a workpiece is arranged at the air outlet end of the air blowing pipe, the air pressure detection unit is connected with the air blowing pipe and used for detecting the air pressure in the air blowing pipe, and the blowing mechanism is arranged on the moving mechanism; and
screw assembly detection device, it includes high detection mechanism and actuating mechanism, high detection mechanism including be used for with the screw butt piece of the screw butt that awaits measuring of work piece and be used for detecting screw butt piece and the screw detecting element of screw butt position when awaiting measuring the screw butt, high detection mechanism connect in actuating mechanism's output is in order to be used for driving high detection mechanism and to remove along the axial direction of the screw that awaits measuring.
2. The workpiece detection device according to claim 1, wherein the positioning tool comprises at least two positioning pins for being inserted into the positioning holes of the workpiece.
3. The workpiece detection device according to claim 1, wherein the blowing mechanism further comprises a detection mounting platform and an elastic assembly component, and the blowing pipe is movably mounted on the detection mounting platform through the elastic assembly component.
4. The workpiece inspection apparatus of claim 3, wherein the resilient mount assembly comprises:
the movable mounting plate is provided with an accommodating channel, the accommodating channel is internally sleeved with the air blowing pipe, and the rear end of the air blowing pipe is provided with a third spring which is connected with the detection mounting platform;
one end of the guide rod is fixedly connected with the movable mounting plate, and the other end of the guide rod penetrates through the detection mounting platform and is in sliding connection with the detection mounting platform; and
the first spring is sleeved outside the guide rod, one end of the first spring is abutted against the movable mounting plate, and the other end of the first spring is abutted against the detection mounting platform.
5. The workpiece inspection apparatus of claim 4, wherein the inspection mounting platform comprises:
the connecting block is provided with an accommodating cavity, the upper end face of the connecting block is provided with a guide groove communicated with the accommodating cavity, and the front end face of the connecting block is provided with a blowing pipe sleeve communicated with the accommodating cavity;
the guide pipe penetrates through the guide groove and can slide along the extension direction of the guide groove, one end of the guide pipe is communicated with the air pressure detection unit, and the other end of the guide pipe is communicated with the air blowing pipe;
the air blowing pipe penetrates through the air blowing pipe sleeve, one end of the third spring is abutted to the air blowing pipe, and the other end of the third spring is abutted to the inner side wall of the accommodating cavity.

The workpiece detection equipment as recited in claim 5, wherein a limiting block is arranged at the rear end of the blowing pipe, an air vent is formed in the limiting block, one end of the air vent is communicated with the blowing pipe, the other end of the air vent is communicated with the guide pipe, the projection area of the limiting block in the axial direction is larger than that of a sleeve hole of the blowing pipe sleeve in the axial direction, and one end of the third spring is abutted against the limiting block while the other end of the third spring is abutted against the inner side wall of the accommodating cavity.

The workpiece inspection apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the moving mechanism includes a horizontal moving assembly and a moving mounting platform, the horizontal moving assembly is mounted to the moving mounting platform, and the air blowing mechanism is mounted to the horizontal moving assembly to perform movement in a horizontal direction.

The workpiece detection device according to claim 8, wherein the horizontal moving assembly comprises a horizontal driving cylinder, the horizontal driving cylinder is fixedly mounted on a movable mounting platform, and the detection mounting platform is connected with an output end of the horizontal driving cylinder.

The workpiece detection device according to claim 1, wherein the height detection mechanism comprises a height detection platform, the output end of the driving mechanism is fixedly connected with the height detection platform, the screw abutting piece is movably mounted on the height detection platform, and the screw detection unit is arranged on the height detection platform and used for detecting the position of the screw abutting piece relative to the height detection platform.

The workpiece detection device according to claim 10, wherein the screw abutting member is a screw abutting column, the height detection platform is provided with at least one guide hole, the screw abutting column is slidably disposed in the guide hole, and the screw detection unit is disposed at one end of the guide hole.
12. The workpiece detection device according to claim 11, wherein a second spring is sleeved on the screw abutting column, and one end of the second spring is fixedly connected with the screw abutting column or the height detection platform.
13. The workpiece detection apparatus according to claim 11 or 12, wherein an outer peripheral wall of the screw abutment post is provided with an annular projection for detection by the screw detection unit.

the material blocking mechanism is arranged at the discharge end of the automatic feeding mechanism and comprises a material blocking switch;
a storage detection unit for detecting whether the abnormal workpiece is placed in a preset placement position; and
a control unit;
the air pressure detection unit, the screw detection unit, the feeding detection unit, the material stop switch and the storage detection unit are all electrically connected with the control unit.
16. The workpiece detection apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising an abnormal workpiece storage platform provided with the storage detection unit.
