The invention aims to provide a pipe head which can be telescopically adapted to the size of a PVC pipe so as to solve the problems in the background technology.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, a tube head capable of telescopically adapting to the size of a PVC tube includes a telescopic assembly 1 and a sliding assembly 4 fixed on one side of the telescopic assembly 1 by bolts, an inner spring 3 is installed inside the telescopic assembly 1 and the sliding assembly 4 together, a left clamp 2 is installed at one end of the outer side of the telescopic assembly 1 away from the inner spring 3, a right clamp 5 is installed at one end of the outer side of the sliding assembly 4 away from the inner spring 3, the left clamp 2 and the right clamp 5 have the same structure, the telescopic assembly 1 includes a long tube sleeve 11, one end of the long tube sleeve 11 is engaged with an inner tube sleeve 14, a left tube cap 13 is sleeved on the outer sides of the long tube sleeve 11 and the inner tube sleeve 14 together, an outer spring 12 is sleeved between the long tube sleeve 11 and the left tube cap 13, the long tube sleeve 11 includes a long tube body 111, one end of the long tube body 111 is provided with an external thread head 114, one end, the middle part of the outer side of the long sleeve body 111 is fixedly connected with a left limiting disc 113.
In fig. 4: the inner pipe sleeve 14 comprises an inner pipe sleeve body 141, an inner positioning groove 144 is formed in one end of the outer side of the inner pipe sleeve body 141, an inner limiting disc 143 is fixedly connected to the other end of the outer side of the inner pipe sleeve body 141, an inner threaded port 142 communicated with the inner pipe sleeve body 141 is fixedly connected to one end of the inner limiting disc 143, a friction ring 145 and a sealing ring 146 are sequentially sleeved on the inner side of the inner positioning groove 144 from left to right, the inner spring 3 is sleeved on the outer side of the inner pipe sleeve body 141, and stretching and rotating functions can be achieved through sliding and rotating of the inner pipe sleeve 14.

In fig. 5: the sliding assembly 4 comprises a sliding pipe sleeve 41 and a right pipe cap 45 sleeved on the outer side of the sliding pipe sleeve 41, a right clamping groove 43 is formed in one end of the outer side of the sliding pipe sleeve 41, a right limiting disc 42 is fixedly connected to the other end of the outer side of the sliding pipe sleeve 41, and a flange plate 44 is fixedly connected to one end of the outer side of the right pipe cap 45, so that the sliding pipe sleeve 41 can rotate and slide on the inner side of the right pipe cap 45.
In fig. 5: the sliding pipe sleeve 41 penetrates through the inner side of the right pipe cap 45, the right limiting disc 42 is embedded in the inner side of the right pipe cap 45, and the flange plate 44 is fixedly connected with the left pipe cap 13 through bolts, so that the sliding pipe sleeve 41 can slide on the inner side of the right pipe cap 45.
In fig. 1, 4 and 5: one end of the inner sleeve body 141, the friction ring 145 and the sealing ring 146 are sequentially embedded into the right limiting disc 42 and the inner side of the sliding sleeve 41, the friction ring 145 can effectively reduce the damage of the inner sleeve body 141 when sliding in the sliding sleeve 41, the sealing performance of the inner sleeve body 141 and the sliding sleeve 41 can be improved through the sealing ring 146, water leakage at the joint of the inner sleeve body 141 and the sliding sleeve 41 is avoided, one end of the inner spring 3 is in contact with the right limiting disc 42, the other end of the inner spring 3 is in contact with the inner limiting disc 143, the inner spring 3 is respectively abutted against the right limiting disc 42 and the inner limiting disc 143, the sliding sleeve 41 is kept stable, and the inner spring 3 is compressed, so that the inner sleeve body 141 can slide in the inner side of the sliding sleeve 41.
In fig. 6: the right clamp 5 comprises a lower clamping ring structure 51, an upper clamping ring structure 52 is arranged at the upper end of the lower clamping ring structure 51, fastening bolts 53 are fixedly connected to the front end and the rear end of the lower clamping ring structure 51 and the fastening bolts 53, the lower clamping ring structure 51 is matched with the upper clamping ring structure 52, and an external PVC pipe can be firmly connected with the sliding assembly 4 through the lower clamping ring structure 51 and the upper clamping ring structure 52.
In fig. 5 and 7: lower snap ring structure 51 includes big snap ring 511, the little snap ring 512 of one end fixedly connected with of big snap ring 511, the inboard equal fixedly connected with connecting strip 514 of big snap ring 511 and little snap ring 512, the front and back end of big snap ring 511 and little snap ring 512 all is connected with fastening block 513 jointly, little snap ring 512 block is in the inboard of sliding pipe sleeve 41, the inboard connecting strip 514 embedding of little snap ring 512 is in the inboard of right draw-in groove 43, thereby can improve the firm nature of right clamp 5 and the installation of sliding pipe sleeve 41, the phenomenon of joint department emergence drop, the seepage has been avoided.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when two external PVC pipes are required to be connected, the left clamp 2 and the right clamp 5 are respectively fixed with the two external PVC pipes, when the PVC pipes are fixed, firstly, the fastening bolt 53 of the right clamp 5 is screwed off, the small clamp ring 512 of the lower clamp ring structure 51 is clamped at the outer side of the sliding pipe sleeve 41, the connecting strip 514 at the inner side of the small clamp ring 512 is embedded at the inner side of the right clamp groove 43, then, one end of the PVC pipe is clamped at the inner side of the large clamp ring 511, then, the upper clamp ring structure 52 is combined, the fastening bolt 53 is screwed, and similarly, the left clamp 2 is fixed with another PVC pipe, therefore, when PVC pipes with different sizes are required to be connected, only the left clamp 2 and the right clamp 5 with different types need to be replaced, wherein the large clamp ring 511 or the small clamp ring 512 is matched with the sliding pipe sleeve 41, the other part is matched with the PVC pipes, when pipe heads need to be stretched, the long pipe sleeve 11 is extruded, the long pipe sleeve 11 compresses the outer spring 12, the inner pipe sleeve 14 slides towards the inner side of the left pipe cap 13, the inner limiting disc 143 of the inner pipe sleeve 14 extrudes the inner spring 3, and therefore the stretching of the pipe head is achieved, meanwhile, the long pipe sleeve 11 and the inner pipe sleeve 14 can rotate together at the inner side of the left pipe cap 13, the sliding pipe sleeve 41 can rotate at the inner side of the right pipe cap 45, the sliding pipe sleeve 41 is reversely pushed, the inner spring 3 is extruded through the right limiting disc 42, the stretching of the pipe head can be achieved, and the practicability of the pipe head is improved.
