Background
In order to ensure the safe and normal operation of the diesel engine, the diesel engine is generally provided with a pre-oil supply pump, lubricating oil is pre-supplied before starting and after stopping, and a lubricating oil film is formed between moving parts. Firstly, the wear of parts caused by dry grinding after the diesel engine is started is prevented; and secondly, after the vehicle is stopped, the heat is taken away, and the overhigh temperature of each moving part is prevented.
At present, a method for starting and stopping a diesel engine of an electric pre-fuel supply pump comprises the following steps:
1. the electric pre-oil supply pump and the diesel engine are separately provided with a starting button;
2. before starting the diesel engine, pressing a starting button of an electric pre-oil supply pump to pre-supply oil, and loosening the starting button of the electric pre-oil supply pump after the pressure reaches 0.05 MPa;
3. pressing a diesel engine starting button to start the diesel engine;
4. when the diesel engine is stopped, the start button of the electric pre-oil supply pump is pressed, and after a period of time, the button is released.
In the traditional starting and stopping method, the electric pre-oil supply pump and the diesel engine are independently operated, and some users do not start the electric pre-oil supply pump for lubrication before and after the diesel engine is started and stopped due to various reasons, so that the diesel engine is damaged.

Preferably, in the step A, when the pre-supply time is more than or equal to Ti1 but the lubricating oil pressure does not reach P1, the monitoring instrument sends out an alarm signal, and the diesel engine is normally started.
The warning memory exists in the pre-supply failure warning signal, and the warning memory needs to be cancelled by pressing a reset key.
Preferably, in the step A, the lubricating oil pressure value P1 is 0.05MPa to 0.08 MPa.
Preferably, in the step A, the pre-feeding time Ti1 is 30 s-50 s.
Preferably, in the step B, the minimum rotating speed N1 is 0 r/min.
Preferably, in step B, the temperature Te1 of the lubricating oil is 60-65 ℃.
Preferably, in the step B, the lubricating oil pre-feeding time Ti2 is 60 s-70 s.
Preferably, the diesel engine monitoring instrument is provided with an emergency starting button, and when an emergency situation occurs, the electric pre-oil supply pump does not need to operate and directly starts the diesel engine.

A diesel engine starting and stopping control method for an electric pre-fuel supply pump comprises the following steps:
A. when the diesel engine is started: the starting button of the diesel engine monitor is pressed, the monitor firstly controls the electric pre-feeding pump to operate, when the lubricating oil pressure of the lubricating oil is more than or equal to P1 or the pre-feeding time is more than or equal to Ti1, only one of the two conditions is needed to be met, the electric pre-feeding pump can stop operating, and the diesel engine starts to start;
if the pre-supply time is more than or equal to Ti1 but the lubricating oil pressure does not reach P1, the monitor sends out an alarm signal, the diesel engine is normally started, the pre-supply failure alarm signal has alarm memory and needs to be cancelled by pressing a reset key.
B. When the diesel engine is stopped: when the monitoring instrument detects that the rotating speed of the diesel engine is less than or equal to the lowest rotating speed N1 and the temperature of the lubricating oil is more than or equal to Te1, the electric pre-oil supply pump is controlled to operate, and pre-supply is stopped after the pre-supply time of the lubricating oil exceeds Ti 2.
In the step A, the lubricating oil pressure value P1 is 0.05MPa to 0.08MPa, and the pre-supply time Ti1 is 30s to 50 s.

The diesel engine monitoring instrument is provided with an emergency starting button, and when an emergency situation occurs, the electric pre-oil supply pump does not need to operate, so that the diesel engine is directly started.
When the diesel engine is started: when the rotating speed of the diesel engine is greater than N2, the starting motor of the diesel engine is disconnected with the diesel engine, N2 is greater than or equal to 150r/min, and the starting motor stops running at the same time.
And a remote transmission module is arranged in the diesel engine monitor, the diesel engine can be remotely controlled to start and stop through the remote transmission module, and the starting and stopping control logics of the diesel engine are the same as those in the step A and the step B.

B. when the diesel engine is stopped: when the monitor detects that the rotating speed of the diesel engine is less than or equal to the lowest rotating speed N1 and the temperature of the lubricating oil is more than or equal to Te1, the electric pre-feeding pump is controlled to operate, and the pre-feeding of the lubricating oil is stopped after the pre-feeding time of the lubricating oil exceeds Ti 2.
