A large amount of inhalable dust is generated in the construction process of the decoration engineering in the tunnel, and the PM10 concentration can reach 0.35-14.39mg/m through high-speed dry mass spectrometry under the condition of insufficient ventilation conditions, so that the secondary standard specified in the environmental air quality standard cannot be met. Under the condition of long-term high-concentration dust, the construction workers can be caused to have symptoms of cough, nasal obstruction, dry cough, palpitation, shortness of breath and the like, and the health of the construction workers is seriously harmed.
In the past, in the tunnel construction process, for improving the tunnel construction environment and reducing dust hazard, constructors usually adopt 5 types of methods of reducing, discharging, removing and blocking: (1) Reducing, namely adopting the modes of water spraying, wet drilling, wet spraying, water seal blasting and the like on the tunnel face to reduce dust produced in construction; (2) Lowering, namely, the dust concentration is lowered at a loading point and a transferring point of the transportation equipment by means of spraying, sprinkling, water curtain, foam spraying, wetting agent addition and the like; (3) Discharging, namely discharging the dust out of the tunnel in a mechanical ventilation mode, a dust separation curtain mode and the like; (4) The dust removal, namely, various dust removal and dust catcher are used for reducing the dust concentration; (5) The personal protection means such as a dustproof cap, a dustproof mask and the like are worn.
In practical engineering, dust prevention and control in tunnel construction mainly aims at ventilation and dust removal. At present, different dust removal technologies are mainly selected at home and abroad according to the length of the tunnel. Under the condition that the tunnel is short, a wind tower is mainly arranged at an outlet, and natural air is introduced into the tunnel by utilizing high-altitude strong wind pressure, so that the aim of diluting the air in the tunnel is fulfilled; and under the condition that the tunnel is long, an air dust removal device is installed on the side line in the tunnel so as to reduce the natural wind demand of the tunnel.
The mechanical ventilation mode mainly comprises four modes of press-in ventilation, suction ventilation, press-suction combined ventilation and shaft ventilation, so that air in the tunnel is promoted to flow to replace dust-containing air. In such an intra-tunnel integrated ventilation mode, when the tunnel space is large, a large amount of circulating air is required, and a large-scale ventilation facility is required and a large amount of electric energy is consumed.
The air dust removing device is suitable for being used in relatively closed and small space, and the filtering technology comprises wet dust removal, inertial dust removal, bag type dust removal and the like. According to the requirement of the use space, the dust removal devices with different air volumes are selected, and the regeneration of the filter assembly is completed by matching with the dust removal modes such as back flushing, rapping and the like.
When mechanical ventilation is adopted in the tunnel, the whole space of the tunnel is required to be used as a design target, and the ventilation equipment is huge in size and high in energy consumption. When only a few construction working faces exist in the tunnel, the whole ventilation is still needed, so that the construction cost is greatly increased, and meanwhile, the ventilation process can diffuse the raised dust generated by the working faces to the non-working faces, thereby increasing the cleaning workload and the finished product protection cost. The arrangement of the air dust removing device on the construction working face can reduce local dust concentration, but the air dust removing device is only suitable for being used in a relatively closed limited space. When the working surface is located in the tunnel space and a plurality of construction working surfaces and a small amount of air convection exist in the tunnel, the purification effect of the air dust removal device is greatly reduced. Set up a large amount of air dust collector, occupy construction space and increase construction cost by a wide margin, it is unrealistic too.

The detection data of the circulating dust removal device comprise space distance parameters, dust concentration parameters and self working states of an operation area, the circulating dust removal device and the dust removal air curtain device are communicated through the Bluetooth module, and data are mutually shared to enable a plurality of circulating dust removal devices in the operation area to form a working group, and the dust concentration in the operation area is kept in a smaller difference interval through reasonable adjustment of the circulating dust removal devices, so that the improvement of the total dust removal efficiency is facilitated.

Furthermore, an air inlet of the electrostatic dust collector I2-6 is provided with a filtering component, the filtering component adopts an air return louver 2-1 comprising a coarse filter, and the air return louver 2-1 is used for primarily filtering air, so that the workload of the electrostatic dust collector I2-6 is reduced, and the dust removal efficiency is improved.
