Lock body structure
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of locks, in particular to a lock body structure with a lock tongue capable of being prepressed and hidden.
Background
Factory-produced doors often pre-place the lock body in the door when leaving the factory, and the bolt of the lock body extends out of the side edge of the door. On one hand, the design causes the door to be inconvenient and unattractive, and the edge of the door is protruded after the door is packed; on the other hand, the bolt extends outwards, so that the door is easy to collide with the door or the bolt and the package in the transportation process of the door, and the surface of the door is damaged due to the fact that the bolt is relatively sharp.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is made to solve the above technical problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lock body structure in which a latch bolt can be pre-pressed and hidden in a door.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a lock body structure including: the lock body lining plate is arranged on one side of the lock body shell, and a lock tongue hole for the extension and retraction of a lock tongue in the lock body shell is formed in the lock body lining plate; the lock tongue pressing cover is provided with a plate-shaped cover plate and a clamping part which can extend into and be clamped in the lock tongue hole.
Preferably, the end of the engaging portion is provided with a protrusion protruding outward, and the protrusion is stepped, circular arc-shaped, or prismatic.
Preferably, the cover plate may completely cover the latch hole; the bolt pressing cover is provided with two clamping parts, and the distance between the outermost edges of the protruding parts of the two clamping parts is larger than the width of the bolt hole.
Preferably, the outer surface of the end of the protrusion is a circular arc surface or a slope.
Preferably, the engaging portion is a plug having an elastic columnar structure, the plug is fixed to a side surface of the cover plate, and a cross-sectional dimension of the plug is larger than a dimension of the latch hole.
Preferably, the cover plate is further provided with a unsealing groove.
As can be seen from the above description and practice, the lock body structure of the present invention has the following advantages:
1. the spring bolt is pressed into the lock body shell through the spring bolt pressing cover before the door leaves the factory, the spring bolt is hidden, and the spring bolt cannot be exposed, so that the door is more convenient to package, and the packaging effect is more attractive.
2. Compress tightly the lid through the spring bolt and impress the spring bolt to the lock body shell in back, can avoid the door to obtain better protection in the transportation because of the relatively sharp fish tail surface of other doors of spring bolt in the transportation.
3. The bolt pressing cover can be easily inserted into the bolt hole and conveniently taken out of the bolt hole, and the normal use of the bolt cannot be influenced.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the lock structure includes a lock housing 1, a lock lining plate 2, a bolt 3 and a bolt pressing cover 4. Wherein lock core and spring bolt 3 isotructure are provided with in the lock body shell 1, and the structure of lock body shell 1 inside is prior art, and no longer repeated here. The lock body lining plate 2 is arranged on one side edge of the lock body shell 1, the lock body lining plate and the lock body shell are fixedly connected, screw holes are formed in two ends of the lock body lining plate 2 and used for being connected with the door body, and therefore the lock body is installed on a door at a proper position. A bolt hole 5 for the bolt 3 to extend out/retract is arranged at the position of the lock body lining plate 2 opposite to the bolt 3. The shape of the bolt hole 5 is set according to the structure of the bolt, and may be, for example, rectangular, H-shaped, circular, or the like.
The latch pressing cover 4 is a cover body detachably engaged with the latch hole 5. When the clamping end of the bolt pressing cover 4 extends into the bolt hole 5, the bolt 3 is pressed into the lock body shell 1, so that the bolt 3 is prevented from scratching and colliding other doors to cause surface damage in the transportation process of the doors. When the door is in normal use, the bolt pressing cover 4 is taken out of the bolt hole 5, and the bolt 3 can normally work.
In one embodiment, the latch bolt pressing cover 4 is combined with the latch bolt hole 5 in a clamping manner, that is, the latch bolt pressing cover 4 is detachably connected with the latch bolt hole 5 in a clamping manner. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, in this embodiment, the latch pressing cover 4 includes a cover plate 41 and two engaging portions 42. The cover plate 41 is a plate-shaped structure that can press all or part of the bolt 3, thereby pressing the bolt 3 into the lock body housing 1. Preferably, the outer edge of the cover plate 41 exceeds the latch hole 5 by at least 3 mm. The engaging portion 42 is fixedly provided on one side of the cover plate 41 and has an outwardly protruding projection for engaging with the lock body lining plate 2. The protruding portion may be stepped as shown in fig. 3, or may be a protruding curved surface, spherical, or prismatic. In the present embodiment, the protruding portion of the engaging portion 42 is a stepped structure extending outward. In order to achieve a firm engagement, the latch hold-down cover 4 has two engaging portions 42 symmetrically provided on the same side surface of the cover plate 41. Further, the distance between the outermost edges of the protruding portions of the two engaging portions 42 is greater than the width of the latch hole 5, so that the two engaging portions 42 can be engaged with the latch hole 5 after being inserted into the latch hole 5, thereby preventing the latch hold down cover 4 from falling off from the latch hole 5 by the resilient force of the latch 3.
In order to facilitate the insertion of the two engaging portions 42 into the latch hole 5, the outer surface of the end portion of the protruding portion of the engaging portion 42 away from the cover plate 41 may be formed as an arc surface or a slope surface. As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the end of the protruding portion of the engaging portion 42 is provided as a slope. When in use, the two clamping parts 42 face the direction of the bolt 3, the cover plate 41 of the bolt pressing cover 4 is pressed to push the bolt 3 into the lock body shell 1 until the protruding part of the clamping part 42 of the bolt pressing cover 4 is clamped in the bolt hole 5.
In addition, the cover plate 41 may be provided with one or more unsealing grooves 43. As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, a total of 4 unsealing slots 43 are provided, and are respectively located at four corners of the cover plate 41, and the specific structure is that one side of the four corners of the cover plate 41, which is close to the lock body lining plate 2, is thinned, and after the engaging portion of the latch pressing cover 4 is engaged in the latch hole 5, gaps are formed between the four corners of the cover plate 41 and the lock body lining plate 2, so as to form the unsealing slots 43. When the bolt pressing cover 4 needs to be taken out, the thin clamping plate is inserted into the unsealing groove 43, and the bolt pressing cover 4 can be pried out.
In another embodiment, the latch bolt pressing cover 4 is matched with the latch bolt hole 5 in an inserting manner, that is, the latch bolt pressing cover 4 is detachably connected with the latch bolt hole 5 in an inserting manner. Specifically, in this embodiment, the latch pressing cover 4 also includes the cover plate 41 described above, and the engaging portion 42 is a column plug having elasticity, such as a rubber plug, fixedly provided on one side surface of the cover plate 41, and one end of the plug is fixedly connected to the cover plate 41, and the other end thereof is inserted into the latch hole 5 in use. The size of the plug is slightly larger than that of the lock bolt hole 5, so that the plug can be prevented from being popped up by the lock bolt 3 after being inserted into the lock bolt hole 5, and the effect of blocking the lock bolt 3 is achieved.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
