In the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "disposed," "sleeved," "connected," "penetrating," "plugged," and the like are to be construed broadly, e.g., as a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral part; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through intervening media, or they may be connected internally or in any other suitable relationship, unless expressly stated otherwise. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sewer inspection well structure for the road comprises a well edge 1 fixedly installed at the end of a well mouth, a well lid 2 is installed in the well edge 1, a convex part 3 is arranged at the bottom of the well lid 2, the convex part 3 penetrates through a through hole in the well edge 1 and extends out of a lower end surface, an extending part 6 is arranged at one side of the bottom of the well edge 1, a rotating cavity is formed in the bottom of the extending part 6, a telescopic ladder 5 is rotatably installed in the rotating cavity, a rotating connecting block 51 is arranged at the top of the ladder 5, the rotating connecting block 51 and the extending part are elastically hinged through a rotating shaft 7 and a torsion spring, a telescopic rod 52 is arranged at the bottom of the rotating connecting block 51, the telescopic rod 52 is inserted into a telescopic hole formed in the top of;
the rotary connecting block 51 is provided with a pressing floating part 4 on one side opposite to the convex part 3, a positioning rod 12 is arranged on the convex part positioned at the upper end of the pressing floating part 4, a positioning hole 11 is arranged on the convex part opposite to the positioning rod 12, when the pressing floating part is extruded, the positioning rod is ejected out and inserted into the positioning hole arranged on the convex part, and a sealing baffle plate is arranged on one side of the bottom of the ladder stand facing to the flowing direction of water flow.
As shown in fig. 3, a sealing air bag 15 is fixedly bonded to the inner side end of the pressing floating part 4, the sealing air bag 15 is arranged in a concave cavity formed in the rotary connecting block, and the other end of the sealing air bag 15 is fixedly bonded to the bottom surface of the concave cavity; the positioning rod 12 is arranged in a concave hole formed in the rotary connecting block 51, an ejection air bag 13 is fixedly arranged in the concave hole, one end of the ejection air bag 13 is fixedly bonded with the inner wall of the concave hole, the other end of the ejection air bag is bonded with the end face of the insertion end of the positioning rod 12, and the ejection air bag 13 is connected and conducted with the sealing air bag 15 through a guide pipe 14.
The outer part of the sealing air bag 15 is further sleeved with a return spring 16 for pressing the floating part to reset, the elastic force of the torsion spring is smaller than that of the return spring 16, so that after the ladder stand is unfolded, as long as one side of the ladder stand is not impacted, the return spring cannot be compressed, gas in the sealing air bag cannot be extruded into the ejecting air bag, and the positioning rod cannot be inserted into the positioning hole.
When the well lid was taken off the back, whole cat ladder lost the spacing of one side, can cover the bottom at the well head, as shown in fig. 4, utilized the cat ladder as the safety protection of a well head department and used.
However, when the rainfall amount is very large in rainstorm weather, water flow impacts on the sealing baffle 8, the crawling ladder is pushed by the impact force of water, the floating portion is compressed to extrude the inner sealing air bag, gas in the sealing air bag enters the ejection air bag through the guide pipe, the positioning rod is ejected out by the ejection air bag and then inserted into the positioning hole of the well lid, and at the time of rainstorm, the well lid cannot be tilted upwards due to the insertion of the positioning rod, so that the situation that the well lid is washed away cannot occur.
Wherein, the bottom of cat ladder 5 is provided with location inserted bar 21, the cat ladder bottom extends towards the sewer bottom surface, and the bottom surface of sewer is provided with a bellying 22, just be provided with the location jack to the position of location inserted bar on the bellying 22, make the location inserted bar insert in the location jack after the relative telescopic link downstream of cat ladder, when needs get into the well, as long as open the well lid, press down the cat ladder, make the telescopic link part pull out, insert the location inserted bar in the location jack, can accomplish the location of cat ladder fixed, prevent that the cat ladder from because torque spring resets, reach the purpose of going into the well.
After the well lid 2 is installed on the well edge, the crawling ladder is propped open relative to the well edge, the outer wall surface of the floating portion and the outer wall surface of the convex portion are compressed, the crawling ladder is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and due to the fact that the floating portion and the outer wall surface of the convex portion are compressed, the stability of the well lid can be guaranteed all the time, the safety is improved, and looseness is prevented.
In this embodiment, sealing baffle 8 is a solid plate, and its both ends extend towards the cat ladder both ends for increase with the area of contact of water, sealing baffle are used for increasing the area of contact between cat ladder and the rivers, and then increase the impact force and make the locating lever ejecting, reach the purpose of fixed well lid.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the well lid is normally used, one side of the well lid is stabilized by using the elastic pressing force of the crawling ladder, so that the well lid is prevented from loosening, and the stability is improved;
after the well lid is lost, the crawling ladder can be turned upwards after the position limitation of the well lid is realized, the crawling ladder is relatively parallel to the horizontal plane and then covers the bottom of a well mouth to serve as safety protection, and the crawling ladder is used for being opened after the well lid is installed;
when rainstorm weather occurs, impact force of water flow in a sewer can be used for impacting the crawling ladder, and the positioning rod on the crawling ladder is inserted into the positioning hole of the well lid and used for positioning the well lid to prevent the well lid from being separated from the well mouth, so that the purpose of preventing the well lid from being washed away is achieved.
