Description

Coral sand foundation treatment method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of coral sand foundation reinforcement, and particularly relates to a coral sand foundation treatment method.
Background
In recent years, with the vigorous development and utilization of marine resources, more and more sea reclamation projects have appeared. As the distance from the land is far, the foundation filled by adopting the land high-quality soil is easily restricted by sea conditions and transportation distances. The method is an effective way for solving the problem by using local materials and effectively utilizing coral sand, coral clastic soil and calcareous soil which are widely distributed in ocean areas to fill the foundation. The coral sand is special soil with high calcium carbonate content, is mainly formed by piling coral, shellfish and other marine biological debris under the action of sea, has the characteristics of loose particles, high porosity, easy breaking and the like, and has special engineering properties, so that the coral sand foundation is not suitable for being treated by using methods of dynamic compaction, vibroflotation and the like. In view of the above reasons, the invention provides a coral sand foundation treatment method with high bearing capacity and high construction speed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a coral sand foundation treatment method, which effectively improves the bearing capacity of the coral sand foundation, has simple and rapid construction, needs less equipment, uses local materials and saves the foundation treatment cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a coral sand foundation treatment method comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing on site, paying off, and determining pile positions of the mixing piles according to the pre-design, wherein the pile positions are arranged in a quincunx shape;
secondly, the stirrer is put in place, a drill rod is adjusted, special mortar is prepared at the same time, and the prepared special mortar is poured into a hopper;
step three, the stirrer starts to operate, the stirring drill bit vertically rotates downwards to drill, and simultaneously a slurry feeding pump is started to cut soil and spray slurry until the designed depth is reached;
step four, after the designed depth is reached, the drill bit does not drill downwards any more, but the rotation and continuous guniting are always kept, so that the special mortar is fully mixed with the coral sand foundation soil;
step five, reversely rotating the lifting drill rod, and continuously spraying the special mortar into the coral sand foundation by the slurry feeding pump;
step six, repeating the step three to the step five, and repeatedly stirring and spraying for 1-3 times for each pile position to finish the construction of the single coral sand foundation stirring pile;
step seven, starting the construction of the next pile position, and repeating the step two to the step six until the construction of all the mixing piles is completed;
pouring seawater into the hopper, starting a slurry feeding pump, and flushing a slurry spraying pipeline;
and step nine, after the hopper is washed, pouring a low-concentration modifier into the hopper, continuously using a stirrer to treat soil between the piles, wherein the treatment mode is the same as the step three to the step five, but the low-concentration modifier is sprayed into the coral sand foundation instead of special mortar, the treatment thickness is 1/8-1/5 of the designed depth of the stirring pile, and finally, the treatment of the coral sand foundation is completed.
In a further improvement, the drilling speed and the lifting speed of the stirrer are controlled to be 0.3-0.6 m/min.
The special mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of Portland cement; 30-40% of mineral admixture; 160-205 parts of coral sand; modifying agent: 1-3 parts; sea water: 80-120 parts.
In a further improvement, the mineral admixture is formed by mixing silica fume and mineral powder according to the mass ratio of 1: 4.
The coral sand is obtained by screening coral sand foundation soil, and the screening aperture range is 1-8 mm.
In a further improvement, the modifier is a graphene oxide solution.
The invention has the technical effects that: the construction process is simple, the construction speed is high, required equipment is less, the bearing capacity of the coral sand foundation is effectively improved, local materials are used, the using amount of the modifier is less, the sea transportation cost is saved, and the treatment of the large-area coral sand filled foundation has a positive effect.
