The invention discloses novel super-permeable coated paper, and relates to the technical field of super-permeable coated paper. The invention comprises white board base paper; the upper surface of the white board base paper is coated with a pigment coating layer; the upper surface of the pigment coating layer is provided with a super-permeable film; the white board base paper at least sequentially comprises a bottom layer, a core layer, a lining layer and a surface layer; the pigment coating layer is positioned on the upper surface of the surface layer; the surface layer contains calcium carbonate as inorganic pigment, and the pulp amount of the calcium carbonate contained in the surface layer is 2-15% of that of the opposite surface layer; the pigment coating layer contains an inorganic pigment. The particle size of 60% volume of a particle size distribution curve obtained by laser diffraction method of inorganic pigment in the pigment coating layer is 0.3-0.75 um; and the ratio of the particle size of 90% by volume to the particle size of 10% by volume of the particle size distribution curve is less than 6; the smoothness and the beautifying and decorating effect of the white paper are improved; meanwhile, the uniform particle size distribution of the light calcium carbonate is ensured, and the glossiness of the coated paper is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of super-permeable coated paper, and particularly relates to novel super-permeable coated paper.
Background
Coated white board is a white board made by coating base paper made by multilayer papermaking with paint containing pigment and adhesive as main components, and is mainly used for packaging boxes of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, soaps, gifts and the like. These packaging boxes are required to have excellent gloss and decorative effects, and also excellent durability and surface protection effects suitable for long-term display, in order to satisfy the display effects when displayed on the store door.
The smoothness of the white paper is poor due to the types, particle sizes and particle size distribution of the pigments used in the top coating of the existing coated white paper, and the beautifying and decorating effects are damaged. The surface layer of the invention contains calcium carbonate as inorganic pigment, and the pulp amount of the calcium carbonate contained in the surface layer is 2-15% of that of the opposite surface layer; meanwhile, the permeation diameter of the ultra-permeable membrane is ensured to be 0.01um-0.025 um; the transmittance of the surface layer can be increased, and the glossiness of the coated paper can be improved.

the white board base paper at least sequentially comprises a bottom layer (111), a core layer (112), a lining layer (113) and a surface layer (114); the pigment coating layer (11) is positioned on the upper surface of the surface layer (114);
the surface layer (114) contains calcium carbonate as an inorganic pigment, and the surface layer (114) contains calcium carbonate with a pulp amount of 2-15% relative to the surface layer (114);
the pigment coating layer (11) contains an inorganic pigment.
2. A novel ultra-permeable coated paper according to claim 1, wherein the inorganic pigment in the pigment coating layer (11) comprises needle-shaped light calcium carbonate and columnar light calcium carbonate.
3. A novel ultra-permeable coated paper according to claim 2, wherein the inorganic pigment of the pigment coating layer (11) has a particle size of 0.3 to 0.75 μm at 60 vol.% of the particle size distribution curve obtained by laser diffraction.
4. A novel ultra-permeable coated paper according to claim 3, wherein the ratio of 90 vol.% to 10 vol.% of the particle size distribution curve obtained by laser diffraction of the inorganic pigment in the pigment coating layer (11) is less than 6.
5. A novel ultra-permeable coated paper according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that the calcium carbonate contained in the surface layer (114) has a BET specific surface area of 6m2/g-10m2Light calcium carbonate per gram.

A new type of ultra-permeable coated paperboard according to claim 5, characterized in that the liner layer (113) and the bottom layer (111) contain waste pulp of lower whiteness than the pulp contained in the top layer (111), and the core layer (112) contains waste pulp of lower whiteness than the pulp contained in the liner layer (113) and the bottom layer (111).
7. A new type of ultra-permeable coated paper according to claim 1 or 6, characterized in that the permeable membrane (12) has a diameter of 0.01-0.025 um.
