Technical Field

Background
The silicone rubber belongs to special synthetic rubber, is different from the C-C bond of common rubber, has an inorganic structure of Si-O as a main chain, and belongs to a semi-inorganic, saturated, miscellaneous-chain and nonpolar elastomer. The elastomer with the side group being an organic group has the characteristics of excellent high and low temperature resistance, weather aging resistance, electric insulation, physiological inertia and the like, is widely applied to the fields of electronic and electric appliances, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, medical health and the like, and also has wide application in daily life. The service temperature range of the common silicon rubber is-50-200 ℃. With the continuous development of science and technology, the application field of the silicon rubber is wider and wider, and higher requirements are also put forward on the hydrophobicity of the silicon rubber. On the whole, the traditional silicon rubber has low structural strength, poor viscosity and unsatisfactory hydrophobic effect, and the traditional silicon rubber cannot meet the use requirements and has certain limitation. Preferably, in the step one, 95-120 parts of methyl vinyl raw rubber, 25-55 parts of white carbon black, 5-12 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 0.1-2.5 parts of vulcanizing agent, 0-0.4 part of zinc stearate and 0-0.4 part of phenyl silicone oil are used according to parts by weight.
Preferably, in the step one, the methyl vinyl crude rubber comprises, by weight, 125 parts of methyl vinyl crude rubber, 30-50 parts of white carbon black, 7-10 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 0.5-2.1 parts of vulcanizing agent, 0-0.3 part of zinc stearate and 0-0.3 part of phenyl silicone oil.
Preferably, the conditions adopted in the primary vulcanization in the step three are 140-; the secondary vulcanization adopts the conditions of 190 ℃ and 230 ℃ for 3.8-4.2 h.
Preferably, the vulcanizing agent is 2, 4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide.
