Description

Preparation method of multipurpose environment-friendly antibacterial film
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a multipurpose environment-friendly antibacterial film.
Background
Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the application range of the film material is more and more extensive, at present, the film material that is used in most on the market is made for materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, the film of above-mentioned material only can satisfy certain demand, can't satisfy some special requirements, for example, food package, vegetables keep fresh, satisfy the fruit vegetables and change season and store, long-distance transport, practical requirement such as export, the film material that has certain function is also more and more simultaneously, for example, have antibiotic, mould proof, antibiotic special film material also receives more and more people's liking. For example, in patent CN107936416A, polyvinyl chloride resin, acetyl citric acid, antibacterial drugs, nano tourmaline powder, antioxidant, etc. are used to prepare medical antibacterial film material. CN109422893A, the long alkyl antibacterial coating agent is coated on the surface of the corona film to obtain the antibacterial film. CN110564122A, Tianjin science and technology university, a novel degradable antibacterial film and preparation thereof, adopting PCL (polycaprolactone) and PHBV (polyhydroxyalkanoate) as raw materials, adding green plasticizer ATBC (acetyl tributyl citrate) and antibacterial agent CMCS (carboxymethyl chitosan), and using high temperature hot pressing to form a film.
Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is a water-soluble synthetic high molecular polymer, has a large number of hydroxyl groups among molecules, has the characteristics of better water absorption, excellent gas barrier property, no toxicity, high degradation speed and the like, and is an environment-friendly material compared with food packaging materials such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and the like which are used in large quantities in the market at present. Modification studies have been carried out by researchers. Such as patent CN111607179A, modified TiO2The Ag-TiO2 modified polyvinyl alcohol antibacterial film is prepared from modified nano silver, an activating agent, a condensing agent, chitosan, polyvinyl alcohol and a cross-linking agent according to a certain formula; CN106633161A, silk is processed by sericin solution with high temperature and high pressure, then blended with prepared polyvinyl alcohol solution, and is frozen-thawed to obtain sericin-polyAnd (3) mixing the gel with vinyl alcohol, drying to obtain a sericin-polyvinyl alcohol blended film, then placing the film in a silver nitrate solution, and obtaining the nano-silver loaded sericin-polyvinyl alcohol blended antibacterial film by using an ultraviolet radiation ring-source method.
The traditional antibacterial film on the market is prepared by directly coating an antibacterial component on the surface of the film, and the antibacterial film is prepared by bonding an antibacterial agent solution on the surface of a base film and an intermediate material. In addition, silver ions are often used as an antibacterial active substance and are not degradable.
In view of the above, there is a strong need in the market for a better antibacterial film material to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art.
