The plastic film bagging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the edge sealing mechanism comprises a fixed frame, and a first edge sealing wheel assembly, a heating portion, and a second edge sealing wheel assembly fixedly connected to the fixed frame in sequence; the first edge sealing wheel combination and the second edge sealing wheel combination respectively comprise edge sealing wheels arranged in pairs and a fourth driving mechanism for driving the edge sealing wheels to rotate, and the wheel edges of the edge sealing wheels arranged in pairs are tangent; the heating part comprises heating blocks which are arranged oppositely, electric heating wires are arranged in the heating blocks, the two opposite surfaces of the heating blocks are abutted, and the opposite tangent surfaces of the edge sealing wheels and the abutting surfaces of the heating blocks are positioned at the same horizontal position.
