Through the scheme of the invention, the glass observation window 48 is arranged, so that the water level in the water tank 21 can be conveniently observed by workers, and the water can be conveniently added.

In practical application, the charging pile body 1 is activated, the first motor 6 is started through the touch screen 36, the first motor 6 drives the rotating shaft 7 to rotate, the rotating shaft 7 drives the main gear 8 to rotate, the main gear 8 drives the rack 9 to move, the rack 9 drives the flashing board 10 to move, so that the flashing board 10 extends out, the rotating shaft 7 drives the main gear 8 to rotate and also drives the bevel gear three 39 to rotate, the bevel gear three 39 drives the bevel gear four 40 to rotate through meshing, the bevel gear four 40 drives the transmission shaft 11 to rotate, the transmission shaft 11 drives the bevel gear one 12 to rotate, the bevel gear one 12 drives the bevel gear two 13 to rotate through meshing, so that the threaded rod 14 rotates, as the threads at the two ends of the threaded rod 14 are opposite, the threaded sliders 16 at the two ends move in the middle, the threaded slider 16 drives the movable rod 18 to move, so that the charging pile body 1 descends for people to use, and the charging pile body 1 rises when not in use, when the charging pile body 1 is used in a low-temperature environment, the motor II 43 and the heating block 23 can be started first, the heating block 23 heats water in the water tank 21 and emits water vapor, the motor II 43 drives the cam 25 to rotate, the cam 25 drives the piston rod 28 to move through the pressing block 29, the piston rod 28 drives the piston 27 to move back and forth in the piston cylinder 26, when the piston 27 is stretched outwards, the check valve I32 is in a closed state, the check valve II 42 is in an open state, at the moment, the piston cylinder 26 sucks the water vapor in the water tank 21 through the air suction pipe 41, when the piston 27 is pushed inwards, the check valve I32 is in an open state, the check valve II 42 is in a closed state, at the moment, the piston 27 extrudes the water vapor in the piston cylinder 26 into the communicating pipe 34 through the air outlet pipe 31 and sprays the water vapor onto the surface of the touch screen 36 through the air outlet 35, thereby removing frost on the surface of the touch screen 36 and facilitating use.
