Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of injection molds, in particular to a PEEK (polyether-ether-ketone) rubber-coated shaft injection mold and an injection molding method thereof.
Background
A PEEK rubber-coated shaft applied to a magnetic pump in the acidic wastewater treatment and chemical and pharmaceutical industry is developed. The PEEK rubber-coated shaft belongs to a typical secondary rubber-coated product, and a metal insert is arranged inside the PEEK rubber-coated shaft and mainly used for increasing the overall strength and reducing PEEK raw materials; the external surface and the inner hole are completely wrapped by PEEK. The liquid that the product contacted when using is the acid liquid, so the metal insert must wrap up in the PEEK material, prevents to be corroded.
The main difficulty is the strength problem of the secondary fusion of the PEEK material, how to design the structure of the secondary fusion injection mold, and the formulation of the injection molding process scheme, so that the fusion position of the PEEK can be well fused during the secondary encapsulation, and acidic liquid is prevented from entering the interior to corrode a metal part, which is a problem that needs to be solved urgently by technicians in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: in order to overcome the defect that the structural strength of the secondary fusion of the PEEK material cannot meet the use requirement in the prior art, the invention provides a PEEK rubber-coated shaft injection mold and an injection molding method thereof.

The metal insert can enhance the overall strength of the PEEK rubber-coated shaft and reduce PEEK raw materials, and the PEEK is completely coated on the outer surface and the inner hole; the PEEK is used as a raw material for encapsulation, is a material capable of enduring extremely strong chemical corrosion, has the advantages of strong acid resistance, strong alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, self-lubrication and the like, has light weight and low noise compared with metal materials, can prevent acidic liquid (except concentrated sulfuric acid) from being corroded, and is suitable for conveying most of chemical liquid medicines; because the inside is the metal insert, need support fixedly, so divide into twice and mould plastics, the first minor diameter section of moulding plastics hole and outer both ends, the second major diameter section of moulding plastics, because product structure restriction, the structure of fusing has two sections at least.
A round rod is arranged in the one-time injection molding cavity and used for preventing the through hole of the metal insert from being blocked during injection molding; the fixing part is matched with the large-diameter section of the metal insert and used for fixing the position of the metal insert during primary injection molding, so that the fixing part plays a role in supporting and fixing, and simultaneously prevents PEEK (polyether-ether-ketone) materials from being punched on the large-diameter section to influence subsequent secondary injection molding; the tooth-shaped groove is used for forming a tooth-shaped section at the fusion position, a tooth-shaped structure is made, and mainly when the secondary injection molding is carried out, and a high-temperature PEEK material is rushed into the large-diameter injection molding part, the tooth-shaped tip is easy to melt, and the PEEK material which can be well fused with the secondary injection molding can be well fused.

a) before the metal insert is placed, the metal insert is placed in an oven and heated to 180-220 ℃, then the metal insert is placed in a primary injection molding cavity, a large-diameter section is matched with a fixing part, a round rod penetrates through a through hole of the metal insert and is erected at two ends of the primary injection molding cavity, an upper die and a lower die are closed for injection molding, during injection molding, one part of PEEK material directly punches into a left small-diameter injection molding part from a first injection molding channel, the other part of PEEK material penetrates through a gap between the round rod and the through hole of the metal insert and enters into a right small-diameter injection molding part, finally, one-time injection molding of the through hole of the metal insert and small-diameter sections at two ends is completed, and a tooth-shaped section is formed at one side close to the large-diameter section through a tooth-shaped groove on the small-diameter injection molding part;
b) after the one-time injection molding is finished, cutting off the glue port material on the first injection molding channel, taking out the semi-finished product and putting the semi-finished product into an oven, wherein the temperature of the oven is required to be 180-220 ℃;
c) before the second injection molding, heating the semi-finished product by using a heating tool, heating to 400-420 ℃, opening the upper die and the lower die, ejecting out, taking out the semi-finished product from the heating tool, directly placing the semi-finished product into a secondary injection molding cavity, suspending the large-diameter section and the tooth-shaped section of the semi-finished product in the large-diameter injection molding part, attaching the rest encapsulated parts to the secondary injection molding cavity, fixing the position of the semi-finished product, closing the die, and punching the PEEK material at 380 ℃ into the large-diameter injection molding part through a second injection molding channel, wherein the tip of the tooth-shaped section is very easy to melt, so that the PEEK material can be well fused with the PEEK material subjected to the secondary injection molding.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the injection mold and the injection molding method for the PEEK rubber-coated shaft, provided by the invention, the tooth-shaped section is processed at the fusion position during primary injection, and when a high-temperature PEEK material is punched into the large-diameter injection molding part during secondary injection, the triangular tip is easy to melt, so that the PEEK material can be well fused with the PEEK material subjected to secondary injection, the structural strength of secondary fusion meets the use requirement, the sealing performance of a PEEK rubber-coated layer is ensured, and the internal metal insert cannot be corroded.

The tooth-shaped groove 3-3 is a continuous annular triangular groove, the angle is 30-45 degrees, and the height is 1.5-2 mm.

The injection molding method of the PEEK plastic-coated shaft injection mold comprises the following steps:

b) after the one-time injection molding is finished, cutting off the glue port material on the first injection molding channel 5, taking out the semi-finished product and putting the semi-finished product into an oven, wherein the temperature of the oven is required to be 180-220 ℃;
c) before the second injection molding, a heating tool is used for heating the semi-finished product, the temperature is raised to 400-420 ℃, the upper die and the lower die 2 are opened and ejected, the semi-finished product is taken out from the heating tool and is directly placed into the secondary injection molding cavity 4, the large-diameter section 1-1 and the toothed section 1-4 of the semi-finished product are suspended in the large-diameter injection molding part 4-1, the other encapsulated parts are attached to the secondary injection molding cavity 4, the position of the semi-finished product is fixed, then the die is closed, when PEEK material at 380 ℃ is flushed into the large-diameter injection molding part 4-1 through the second injection molding channel 6, the tip of the toothed section 1-4 is easily melted, the PEEK material can be well fused with the PEEK material of the secondary injection molding, the die is opened, and the finished product of the PEEK rubber-coated shaft 1 is taken out.
