Since some wall ash falls down during punching, in order to prevent the wall ash from falling into eyes of a worker, when the drill bit 56 is contacted with the wall surface of the cross beam, the telescopic block 72 is also contacted with the wall surface, when the drill bit 56 gradually goes deep into the hole, the motor 55 and the first push rod 53 are driven to be close to the wall surface, the hollow frame 71 is close to the wall surface, at the moment, the telescopic block 72 can slide into the hollow frame 71 because the telescopic block 72 is propped against the wall surface, the sliding rod 73 slides, the first spring 74 is compressed, the wall ash falling from the hole falls into the hollow frame 71, and after the hole is drilled, when the drill bit 56 gradually comes out from the wall surface, the first spring 74 gradually resets to drive the sliding rod 73 and the telescopic block 72 to reset.
