Background
The pot is a kind of cooking utensil, the pot container is used as the inner container of the electric cooker, the pot edge of the mouth part is in the curling shape, the hand of people is prevented from being cut by the pot edge when people take the pot container, the pot container is usually formed by punching a die when being processed, and the curling operation is carried out after the forming;
however, the existing cooker curling machine generally needs a worker to take down a turned-edge completed cooker through a tool when demoulding operation is performed after processing is completed, burrs are more or less formed on the turned-edge completed cooker, the deburring operation needs to be performed again, the operation is complex, the efficiency is low, and operators are likely to be injured if the burrs are not processed, so that the cooker demoulding and curling machine is convenient to solve the problems.

The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides a convenient cooker demolding and curling machine.

a first motor is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the bottom of a box body, the bottom end of a first shaft is fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the first motor, the top end of the first shaft extends to the upper side of the box body, a mold is fixedly sleeved on the first shaft, a pot is arranged on the mold, a sliding seat and a baffle are fixedly mounted at the top of the box body, a vertical plate is slidably mounted on the sliding seat, a polishing plate is arranged on one side of the vertical plate, the same first electric push rod is fixedly mounted on the side, close to the baffle, of the vertical plate, the vertical plate is fixedly mounted at the top of the box body, a top plate is fixedly mounted at the top of one side of the vertical plate, the same lead screw is fixedly mounted on the side, close to the top plate, of the box body and the top plate, a strip-shaped plate and a lifting plate are sequentially, a rotating plate is movably sleeved outside the screw sleeve, an L-shaped plate is fixedly installed on one side of the rotating plate, a first strip-shaped box is fixedly installed on the L-shaped plate, a second strip-shaped box is arranged outside the screw sleeve and is rotatably connected with the screw sleeve, a double-shaft motor is arranged in the second strip-shaped box, a first conical wheel and a third conical wheel are fixedly sleeved on a first output shaft of the double-shaft motor and a second output shaft respectively, a second shaft is rotatably installed on the inner wall of the top of the second strip-shaped box, the top end of the second shaft extends to the upper side of the second strip-shaped box and is fixedly sleeved with a first gear, a second conical wheel is fixedly sleeved at the bottom end of the second shaft and is meshed with the first conical wheel, a second gear is fixedly sleeved at the top end of the screw sleeve and is meshed with the first gear, a third shaft is rotatably installed on the inner wall of one side of the bottom of the second strip-shaped, a third bevel wheel is matched with a fourth bevel wheel, the bottom end of a third shaft extends to the lower part of the second strip-shaped box and is fixedly sleeved with a third gear, the outer side of the second strip-shaped box is slidably provided with a sliding ring, the outer side of the sliding ring is fixedly provided with a hollow plate, the strip-shaped plate is slidably connected with the inner wall of the hollow plate, the inner wall of the sliding ring is fixedly provided with an inner gear disc, the third gear is meshed with the inner gear disc, one side of the bottom of the second strip-shaped box is fixedly provided with the top end of a second electric push rod, the inner wall of the top of the second strip-shaped box and the inner wall of the bottom are slidably provided with the same first wedge-shaped plate, one side of the second strip-shaped box is slidably provided with a second wedge-shaped plate which is contacted with the first wedge-shaped plate, the front side of the first strip-shaped box is fixedly provided with a second motor, the inner wall of the rear side of the first strip-shaped box is rotatably provided with one end of a fourth shaft, and, the fixed cover in the outside of fourth shaft is equipped with the fourth gear, on the top inner wall of first bar case and the bottom inner wall on equal slidable mounting have the rigid tooth board, the one end that two rigid tooth boards kept away from each other extends to the both sides and the fixed mounting of first bar case respectively has the connecting plate, the bottom of first bar case is rotated and is installed the clamp plate, and the clamp plate contacts with the pan.
Preferably, the spacing groove has been seted up on the bottom inner wall of second bar case, and fixed mounting has same horizontal pole on the both sides inner wall of spacing groove, and the outside slidable mounting of horizontal pole has the mount pad, and double-shaft motor fixed mounting is on the mount pad, and the outside movable sleeve of horizontal pole is equipped with the pressure spring, and one side fixed mounting that first wedge and mount pad are close to each other has same catch bar, can make the mount pad keep stable slip through horizontal pole and spacing groove, and the mount pad of being convenient for resets under the effect of pressure spring.
Preferably, a through hole is formed in the other side of the bottom of the second bar-shaped box, a push rod is fixedly mounted on the rotating plate and matched with the through hole, and the second wedge-shaped plate can push the first wedge-shaped plate to slide through the push rod.
Preferably, the other side of the rotating plate is fixedly provided with a sleeve, the top side of the lifting plate is fixedly provided with a plurality of limiting pins, and the sleeve is movably sleeved on the outer side of the corresponding limiting pin.
Preferably, the sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the second strip-shaped box, the limiting rings are fixedly mounted on the inner wall of each sliding ring and mounted in the two sliding grooves, and the sliding rings can slide stably along the outer sides of the second strip-shaped boxes through the sliding grooves and the limiting rings.

In the invention, when the curling machine is used, firstly, a power supply is switched on, a first motor is started, an output shaft of the first motor drives a mould to drive a pot to rotate through a first shaft, a vertical plate is pushed through a first electric push rod to enable a polishing plate to polish the pot, after polishing is finished, the polishing plate is reset rightwards through the first electric push rod, a second motor is started, an output shaft of the second motor drives a fourth gear to rotate through a fourth shaft, so that two rigid toothed plates are driven to enable two connecting plates to move towards the direction close to each other, so that two arc-shaped clamping plates are driven to stably clamp the pot, the double-shaft motor is started, a first output shaft of the double-shaft motor drives a second shaft to rotate through a first bevel wheel and a second bevel wheel, the second shaft drives the second gear to rotate through the first gear, the second gear drives a screw sleeve to rotate, so that the screw sleeve moves upwards along a screw, the lifting plate can keep stable movement under the action of the strip-shaped groove and the vertical rod;

In this embodiment, the other side of the bottom of the second bar box 19 is provided with a through hole 37, the rotating plate 14 is fixedly provided with a push rod 38, the push rod 38 is matched with the through hole 37, and the second wedge plate 36 can push the first wedge plate 34 to slide through the push rod 38.
In this embodiment, the sleeve 16 is fixedly installed on the other side of the rotating plate 14, the plurality of limit pins 17 are fixedly installed on the top side of the lifting plate 12, the sleeve 16 is movably sleeved on the outer side of the corresponding limit pin 17, and the position of the rotating plate 14 can be fixed as required through the limit pin 17 and the sleeve 16.

In the invention, when the cooker is used, firstly, a power supply is switched on, a first motor 2 is started, an output shaft of the first motor 2 drives a mould 4 to rotate through a first shaft 3, the mould 4 rotates to drive a cooker 5 to rotate synchronously, a vertical plate 7 is pushed to slide leftwards along a sliding seat by controlling a first electric push rod 6, so as to drive a grinding plate to grind the cooker 5, after grinding is finished, the grinding plate is reset rightwards through the first electric push rod 6, a second motor 39 is started, an output shaft of the second motor 39 drives a fourth gear 41 to rotate through a fourth shaft 40, so as to drive two rigid toothed plates 42 to enable two connecting plates 43 to move towards directions close to each other, so as to drive two arc-shaped clamping plates 44 to stably clamp the cooker 5, a double-shaft motor 21 is started, a first output shaft of the double-shaft motor 21 drives a second shaft 23 to rotate through a first bevel wheel 22, the second shaft 23 drives the second gear 25 to rotate through the first gear 24, the second gear 25 rotates to drive the threaded sleeve 13 to rotate, thereby driving the threaded sleeve 13 to move upwards along the screw rod 10, the lifting plate 12 can keep stable movement under the action of the strip-shaped groove 11 and the vertical rod, the first strip-shaped box 18 moves upwards under the action of the L-shaped plate 15, thereby driving the two arc-shaped clamping plates 44 to separate the pot 5 from the mould 4, the L-shaped plate 15 is pulled upwards through the second electric push rod 33, the L-shaped plate 15 is driven under the action of the slide rod and the supporting plate to drive the rotating plate 14 to slide upwards along the outer side of the threaded sleeve 13, thereby driving the sleeve 16 to separate from the limiting pin 17, simultaneously driving the ejector rod 38 to synchronously move upwards and penetrate through the through hole 37 to jack up the second wedge-shaped plate 36, the second wedge-shaped plate 36 moves upwards to push the first wedge-shaped plate 34 to slide rightwards, the mounting seat 20 is pushed to slide rightwards along the limiting groove and extrude the pressure, the mounting seat 20 slides rightwards to drive the double-shaft motor 21 to move rightwards synchronously, so that the first bevel wheel 22 and the second bevel wheel 26 are disengaged, the third bevel wheel 27 and the fourth bevel wheel 29 enter an engaged state rightwards, the third bevel wheel 27 drives the third shaft 28 through the fourth bevel wheel 29 to enable the third gear 30 to rotate, the second strip-shaped box 19 is enabled to rotate based on the threaded sleeve 13 under the action of the third gear 30 and the sliding ring 31, the rotating plate 14 is driven under the action of the two telescopic rods and the second electric push rod 33 to enable the L-shaped plate 15 to rotate based on the threaded sleeve 13, the first strip-shaped box 18 can enable the cookware 5 to be moved away from the upper portion of the mold 4 through the two arc-shaped clamping plates 44, the second motor 39 is controlled to rotate reversely, the two arc-shaped clamping plates 44 move towards the directions far away from each other, and the cookware 5 can be put down.
