The first body 421 is used to cooperate with the protrusion 412 to provide a certain supporting force to the drainage cover 42, so as to achieve a fixing operation. The first drain portion 422 is adapted to cooperate with the elastic body 43 to allow passage or blocking of the liquid medicine in the drain cover 42. The fixing portion 423 is used for cooperating with the elastic body 43 to realize the fixed connection between the drainage cover 42 and the elastic body 43.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the elastic body 43 includes a second body portion 431 and a second drain portion 432, the second drain portion 432 is disposed at a bottom end of the second body portion 431, and the second drain portion 432 can be attached to the first drain portion 422 and block the drain hole 4222, so as to realize a closing operation of the gravity flow prevention assembly 40 in a normal state. The second body portion 431 is fitted to the fixing portion 423, and can fix the drain cover 42 and the elastic body 43.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second body portion 431 is provided with a fixing hole 4311, and the fixing hole 4311 is adapted to the fixing portion 423, so as to fix the second body portion 431 of the elastic body 43 and the fixing portion 423 of the leakage flow cover 42.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, second vent portion 432 includes a stationary section 4321 and a vent section 4322, vent section 4322 being located outboard of stationary section 4321, vent section 4322 corresponding to vent hole 4222. In the present embodiment, the second drain portion 432 is a boss structure, the drain section 4322 is disposed corresponding to the drain hole 4222, and when the hydraulic pressure in the drain hole 4222 is greater than a design value between the peristaltic assembly 30 and the self-flow prevention assembly 40, the drain section 4322 is flushed away to allow the medical fluid to pass through the self-flow prevention assembly 40 and finally reach the internal body of the patient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the venting section 4322 has a thickness dimension that is less than a thickness dimension of the securing section 4321. Because the thickness of the leakage section 4322 is smaller than that of the fixed section 4321 and the impact of the liquid medicine in the leakage cover 42 is added, the leakage section 4322 is flushed away, so that the liquid medicine flows out of the self-flow prevention assembly 40 through the leakage cover 42 and finally matches with the patient.
Specifically, when the squeeze valve is worn or the infusion tube 20 is improperly assembled or rebounds insufficiently, the squeeze valve cannot completely stop the flow, so that when a gravity direct flow is caused, the leakage section 4322 of the elastic body 43 completely fits with the first leakage section 422, the purpose of reversely stopping the flow of the liquid is achieved, and the situation that the blood in the blood vessel of the patient flows to the infusion tube 20 or the peristaltic assembly 30 (blood return) is prevented.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the thickness of the second drain portion 432 toward the end surface of the liquid outlet joint 44 is gradually reduced in the radial direction, and the circumferential edge position of the second drain portion 432 corresponds to the drain hole 4222. When the pressure between the peristaltic assembly 30 and the self-flowing prevention assembly 40 reaches a certain value, the circumferential edge of the second drainage portion 432 is flushed away due to the smaller thickness of the circumferential edge of the second drainage portion 432 and the impact of the liquid medicine in the drainage cover 42, so that the liquid medicine flows out of the self-flowing prevention assembly 40 through the drainage cover 42 and finally matches with a patient.
Specifically, when the squeeze valve is worn or the infusion tube 20 is not properly assembled or the squeeze valve cannot completely stop the flow of blood when the spring back is insufficient, so that the gravity flow is generated, the second drainage portion 432 of the elastic body 43 can be completely attached to the first drainage portion 422, the purpose of reverse stop flow is realized, and the situation that the blood in the blood vessel of the patient flows to the infusion tube 20 or the peristaltic assembly 30 (blood return) is prevented.
Further, the structure of the elastic body 43 is not limited to the above two structures, and structures similar to those in the present document fall within the scope of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the on-pressure of the anti-gravity flow assembly 40 (i.e., the elastomer 43) is set to a height h mm water column (e.g., mm water column) at which the infusion bag 10 normally hangs.
The working process of the infusion device provided by the invention is as follows: at the beginning of the operation, as shown in fig. 2, the liquid outlet/stop valve 33 is closed, the liquid inlet/stop valve 31 is opened, and the liquid medicine enters the infusion tube 20 from the medicine bag. Then, as shown in fig. 3, the liquid inlet/stop valve 31 is closed, the liquid outlet/stop valve 33 is opened, and the liquid stop valve 32 is pressed down to push the liquid medicine forward, so that the self-flow prevention assembly 40 is in a closed state. Then, as shown in fig. 4, the liquid outlet/stop valve 33 and the liquid inlet/stop valve 31 are both in a closed state, the squeeze/stop valve 32 is restored, the liquid medicine is located between the liquid outlet/stop valve 33 and the self-flow prevention member 40, and the pressure between the peristaltic assembly 30 and the self-flow prevention member 40 does not reach the opening pressure of the self-flow prevention member 40. As the medical fluid gradually accumulates, as shown in fig. 5, when the pressure between the self-flow prevention assembly 40 and the peristaltic assembly 30 reaches the conduction pressure of the self-flow prevention assembly 40, the self-flow prevention assembly 40 conducts, and the medical fluid enters the human body.
Specifically, when the infusion tube 20 or the peristaltic assembly 30 has a problem, as shown in fig. 6, the liquid inlet/outlet/stop valve 31 and/or the liquid outlet/stop valve 33 cannot be completely closed, even if the liquid inlet/stop valve 32 is continuously squeezed, the pressure of the infusion tube 20 cannot be increased because the infusion tube 20 and the infusion bag 10 are connected, and the gravity flow prevention assembly 40 cannot be connected, so that gravity flow or blood return cannot occur.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, at some point, if the patient is in a higher position than the peristaltic assembly 30, the self-flow prevention assembly 40 will not open under the condition that the peristaltic assembly 30 cannot completely stop the flow of blood, so that the situation that the blood flows back to the infusion tube 20 and the infusion bag 10 will not occur.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
