Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
For a clear understanding of the technical solutions of the present application, the prior art solutions will be described in detail first.
Currently, air is generally treated by a water washing air device to improve the air quality. The water-washing air device comprises a shell, a water tank, a fan and a water curtain forming device. Wherein the water tank is used for storing water. Along with the increase of the service time of the water-washing air device, bacteria, mold and other harmful microorganisms can be bred in the water tank for a long time, so that peculiar smell is generated, the water is sticky, and the physical health of people is affected.
In the prior art, when the water tank is disinfected, a user is generally reminded of the need of disinfecting the water tank, and after the water tank is disassembled, the user disinfects the water tank and water in the water tank by adopting a disinfectant, and cleaning water is injected into the water tank for continuous use after disinfection. Therefore, when the water tank is disinfected every time, the water tank needs to be disassembled to be disinfected, so that the disinfection process of the water tank is complicated, and the disinfection efficiency is low. And after the water tank is disinfected each time, the water in the disinfectant communicated water tank is poured out, so that the disinfectant is wasted.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the inventor creatively finds that, in order to automatically complete the disinfection treatment of the water tank and the water in the water tank without dismantling the water tank, a lifting table can be arranged in the water tank, a disinfection bottle containing a disinfectant is arranged on the lifting table, the lifting table is controlled to descend, so that the disinfection bottle is immersed in water, and the disinfectant is diffused in the water to complete the disinfection of the water tank and the water in the water tank. When the water tank is not required to be disinfected, the lifting platform is controlled to lift, so that the disinfection bottle is lifted from the water in the water tank, and the disinfection of the water tank and the water in the water tank is stopped. Thereby improving the disinfection efficiency. And after the disinfectant rises in water, the disinfectant cannot diffuse because no water flows, so that the consumption of the disinfectant can be effectively saved, and the use time of the disinfectant is prolonged.
The technical scheme of the invention is described in detail below by specific examples. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for sterilizing a water tank of an air washing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the execution main body of the water tank disinfection method of the water-washing air device is the water tank disinfection device of the water-washing air device, the water tank disinfection device of the water-washing air device can be integrated in the water-washing air device, and the water-washing air device can be arranged in an air conditioner indoor unit or an air purifier indoor unit. As shown in fig. 2, a lifting table 11 is disposed in the water tank 1, a sterilizing bottle 12 is disposed on the lifting table 11, and a sterilizing agent is disposed in the sterilizing bottle 12, the water tank sterilizing method of the water-washing air device provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s101, monitoring whether the water tank disinfection condition is met.
In this embodiment, the water tank in the air washing device is used for storing water, so when monitoring whether the water tank disinfection condition is met, the turbidity of the water quality in the water tank can be collected, and whether the water tank disinfection condition is met is judged according to the turbidity of the water quality. If the turbidity of the water quality is high, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is not met.
Or in this embodiment, in order to keep the water in the water tank clean at any time, the water tank can be disinfected every time the water-washing air device is turned on. It is possible to monitor whether a start signal of the air washing device is received when it is monitored whether the sterilizing condition of the water tank is satisfied. If the starting signal is received, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is not met.
Or alternatively, in this embodiment, whether the water tank is sterilized may be triggered by the user, and if the water tank sterilizing condition is met, whether a sterilizing instruction triggered by the user is received may be monitored, if the sterilizing instruction is determined to be received, the water tank sterilizing condition is determined to be met, otherwise, the water tank sterilizing condition is determined not to be met.
It should be noted that, the manner of monitoring whether the water tank disinfection condition is satisfied may be other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And S102, if the water tank disinfection condition is determined to be met, controlling the lifting table to descend so as to immerse the disinfection bottle in water of the water tank and disinfect the water tank.
In the embodiment, the water tank sterilizing device of the water washing air device is connected with the lifting platform circuit arranged in the water tank, and the lifting operation of the lifting platform can be controlled. Before the water tank is disinfected, a disinfection bottle on the lifting platform is positioned above the water surface. Therefore, when the water tank disinfection condition is met, the water tank and the water in the water tank are required to be disinfected, the lifting table is controlled to descend, the disinfection bottle descends along with the lifting table in the descending process, after the lifting table descends to the lowest end of the water tank, as shown in fig. 2, the disinfection bottle is immersed in the water tank, a plurality of small holes can be formed in the upper portion of the disinfection bottle, and then the disinfectant in the disinfection bottle is diffused into the water to kill bacteria, sterilization and other harmful microorganisms in the water, so that the disinfection effect is achieved.
S103, monitoring whether the water tank disinfection completion condition is met.
In this embodiment, after the water tank and the water in the water tank are sterilized by the disinfectant, it is also necessary to monitor whether the water tank sterilization completion condition is satisfied.
Illustratively, the turbidity of the water in the water tank can be collected, and whether the water tank disinfection completion condition is satisfied can be judged according to the turbidity of the water quality. If the turbidity of the water quality is small, the water quality is close to clean, the water tank disinfection completion condition is determined to be met, otherwise, the water tank disinfection completion condition is determined to not be met.
Or alternatively, the duration after the lifting platform descends can be obtained, namely the duration for sterilizing the water tank is obtained, if the duration is longer, the water tank sterilization completion condition is determined to be met, and otherwise, the water tank sterilization completion condition is determined not to be met.
Or alternatively, the disinfection of the water tank is synchronous with the water washing air device, and the disinfection of the water tank is completed at the same time when the water washing air device is closed. And if the closing signal of the water-washing air device is monitored, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is not met.
Optionally, the opening and closing of the water tank sterilization may be controlled by a user, so when monitoring whether the water tank sterilization completion condition is satisfied, it may be determined whether a user-triggered sterilization cancellation instruction is received, if it is determined that the sterilization cancellation instruction is received, it is determined that the water tank sterilization completion condition is satisfied, otherwise, it is determined that the water tank sterilization completion condition is not satisfied.
And S104, if the disinfection completion condition is determined to be met, controlling the lifting platform to lift so as to lift the disinfection bottle from the water in the water tank.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the water tank disinfection completion condition is satisfied, it is described that the water tank and the water in the water tank are not required to be disinfected, the lifting platform is controlled to perform the lifting operation, and the disinfection bottle is lifted along with the lifting platform in the lifting process, as shown in fig. 3, after the lifting platform 11 is lifted to the highest position, the disinfection bottle 12 is lifted from the water in the water tank 1, and after the disinfection bottle is lifted, the small hole in the upper part of the disinfection bottle is separated from the water surface, no water enters the disinfection bottle, and the disinfectant is not diffused any more, so that the disinfection operation on the water tank and the water in the water tank is stopped.
According to the water tank disinfection method of the water-washing air device, provided by the embodiment, a lifting table is arranged in the water tank, a disinfection bottle is arranged on the lifting table, and disinfectant is arranged in the disinfection bottle, and the method comprises the following steps: monitoring whether the water tank disinfection condition is met; if the water tank disinfection condition is met, controlling the lifting platform to descend so as to immerse the disinfection bottle in water of the water tank and disinfect the water tank; monitoring whether the water tank disinfection completion condition is met; if it is determined that the sterilization completion condition is satisfied, the elevating table is controlled to be elevated to raise the sterilization bottle from the water of the water tank. The lifting platform can be controlled to descend and lift up to achieve descending and lifting of the disinfection bottle, so that disinfection and non-disinfection operation on the water tank is completed, the disinfection efficiency of the water tank is improved, and after the disinfectant is lifted up in water, the disinfectant cannot diffuse due to no water flowing, so that the consumption of the disinfectant can be effectively saved, and the use time of the disinfectant is prolonged.
As an alternative implementation manner, in this embodiment, S101 includes the following steps:
s1011, monitoring whether a disinfection instruction triggered by a user is received, if yes, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is not met.
In this embodiment, a disinfection button or icon may be provided in the control panel, remote control or application of the mobile terminal. The user smells the peculiar smell or feels that the disinfection of the water tank is not performed for a long time, and the disinfection instruction can be triggered through the control panel, the keys corresponding to the remote controller or the icons corresponding to the application programs of the mobile terminal. The water tank sterilizing device of the water-washing air device determines that the water tank sterilizing condition is met after monitoring the sterilizing instruction, otherwise, the water tank sterilizing condition is not met.
Accordingly, S103 includes the steps of:
s1031, monitoring whether the duration time of the descending of the lifting platform is equal to a preset time threshold, if yes, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is met, and if not, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is not met.
In this embodiment, the preset time threshold is the time for completely sterilizing the water tank. The preset time threshold is stored in the water tank sterilizing device of the water-washing air device in advance, the duration time after the lifting platform descends is determined, the duration time is also the duration time for sterilizing the water tank, and after the duration time is equal to the preset time threshold, the operation of completely sterilizing the water tank can be completed within the duration time, so that the condition that the water tank is sterilized is determined to be met. If the duration is less than the preset time threshold, the water tank cannot be completely disinfected in the duration, and the condition that the disinfection of the water tank is completed is not met is determined.
Alternatively, S103 includes the steps of:
S103A, monitoring whether a user-triggered disinfection canceling instruction is received, if yes, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is met, and otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is not met.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the user may control the specific time for sterilizing the water tank, and then the user triggers the cancel sterilization instruction through the control panel, the key corresponding to the remote controller, or the icon corresponding to the application program of the mobile terminal. The water tank sterilizing device of the water-washing air device determines that the sterilizing completion condition is satisfied after monitoring the sterilizing cancellation command, otherwise, determines that the sterilizing completion condition is not satisfied.
The water tank disinfection method of the water-washing air device provided by the embodiment specifically comprises the following steps when monitoring whether the water tank disinfection condition is met: monitoring whether a disinfection instruction triggered by a user is received, if yes, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is not met; correspondingly, when the monitoring whether the water tank disinfection completion condition is met or not, the monitoring specifically comprises: monitoring whether the duration time of the lifting platform after descending is equal to a preset time threshold value, if so, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is not met; or monitoring whether a user-triggered disinfection canceling instruction is received, if yes, determining that the water tank disinfection finishing condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection finishing condition is not met. The water tank can be independently decided by a user to carry out disinfection operation or not, so that the use experience of the user on the water-washing air device is improved.
As an alternative implementation manner, in this embodiment, S101 includes the following steps:
s101a, monitoring whether a water washing air device starting instruction triggered by a user is received, if yes, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is met, and if not, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is not met.
In this embodiment, the operation of the water-washing air device may be controlled to synchronize with the disinfection of the water tank in order to keep the water in the water tank clean at any time. The water tank is disinfected after the water washing air device is started each time, and the water tank is not disinfected after the water washing air device stops running.
Therefore, when a user starts the water-washing air device to purify air through the control panel, the remote controller or the application program of the mobile terminal, the water-washing air device starting instruction triggered by the user is monitored, the water tank disinfection condition is determined to be met, and if the water-washing air device starting instruction triggered by the user is not monitored, the water tank disinfection condition is determined not to be met.
Accordingly, S103 includes the steps of:
s103a, monitoring whether a water washing air device closing instruction triggered by a user is received, if yes, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is met, and if not, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is not met.
In this embodiment, when the user triggers the water-washing air device to close through the control panel, the remote controller or the application program of the mobile terminal, the water-washing air device closing instruction triggered by the user is monitored, and it is determined that the water tank disinfection completion condition is met, and if the water-washing air device closing instruction triggered by the user is not monitored, it is determined that the water tank disinfection completion condition is not met.
The water tank disinfection method of the water-washing air device provided by the embodiment specifically comprises the following steps when monitoring whether the water tank disinfection condition is met: monitoring whether a water washing air device starting instruction triggered by a user is received, if yes, determining that a water tank disinfection condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is not met, and when monitoring whether the water tank disinfection completion condition is met, specifically: and monitoring whether a water washing air device closing instruction triggered by a user is received, if yes, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is not met, ensuring the cleaning of water in the water tank in real time, preventing peculiar smell from being emitted, and improving the experience of the user for using the water washing air device.
As an alternative embodiment, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a turbidity sensor 13 is disposed in the water tank 1, and S101 includes the following steps:
S101a', acquiring first water quality turbidity in the water tank acquired by the turbidity sensor, if the first water quality turbidity is determined to be greater than a first preset turbidity threshold value, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is not met.
The first preset turbidity threshold value is stored in the water tank sterilizing device of the water-washing air device in advance, and represents the water quality turbidity when the water tank needs to be sterilized.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a turbidity sensor 13 is provided in the water tank for detecting the turbidity of the water quality in the water tank. The turbidity sensor can periodically detect the water quality turbidity in the water tank before the water tank is disinfected, so as to obtain a first water quality turbidity, and the first water quality turbidity is sent to a water tank disinfection device of the water washing air device. The water tank disinfection device of the water-washing air device compares the first water quality turbidity with a first preset turbidity threshold value, if the first water quality turbidity is determined to be larger than the first preset turbidity threshold value, the water quality turbidity in the water tank is larger, disinfection treatment is needed, the water tank disinfection condition is determined to be met, and otherwise, the water tank disinfection condition is determined not to be met.
It will be appreciated that the water tank 1 of fig. 4 further comprises: a lifting table 11 and a sterilizing bottle 12.
Accordingly, S103 includes the steps of:
s103a', acquiring second water quality turbidity in the water tank acquired by the turbidity sensor, if the second water quality turbidity is determined to be smaller than a second preset turbidity threshold value, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is not met.
In this embodiment, the second preset turbidity threshold value, which is pre-stored in the tank disinfection device of the water-washing air device, represents the turbidity of the water quality without the need for disinfection of the tank. Wherein the second preset turbidity threshold is less than the first preset turbidity threshold.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after the water tank is disinfected, the turbidity sensor may also periodically detect the water quality turbidity in the water tank to obtain a second water quality turbidity, and send the second water quality turbidity to the water tank disinfection device of the water washing air device. The water tank disinfection device of the water-washing air device compares the second water quality turbidity with a second preset turbidity threshold value, if the second water quality turbidity is determined to be smaller than the second preset turbidity threshold value, the water quality turbidity in the water tank is small, the disinfection treatment is not needed, the water tank disinfection completion condition is determined to be met, and otherwise, the water tank disinfection completion condition is determined to be not met.
Alternatively, S103 includes the steps of:
S103A', monitoring whether the duration time of the descending of the lifting platform is equal to a preset time threshold, if so, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is met, and otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is not met.
In this embodiment, the implementation of S103A' is similar to the implementation of S1031, and will not be described here again.
The water tank disinfection method of the water-washing air device provided by the embodiment specifically comprises the following steps when monitoring whether the water tank disinfection condition is met: acquiring first water quality turbidity in the water tank acquired by the turbidity sensor, if the first water quality turbidity is determined to be greater than a first preset turbidity threshold value, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection condition is not met, and when monitoring whether the water tank disinfection completion condition is met or not, specifically: acquiring a second water quality turbidity in the water tank acquired by the turbidity sensor, if the second water quality turbidity is determined to be smaller than a second preset turbidity threshold value, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is not met; or monitoring whether the duration time of the lifting platform after descending is equal to a preset time threshold value, if so, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is met, otherwise, determining that the water tank disinfection completion condition is not met. Whether the water tank disinfection condition and the water tank disinfection completion condition are met or not is judged through the water quality actual condition in the water tank collected by the turbidity sensor, the disinfection operation of the water tank can be carried out according to the water quality actual condition in the water tank, and the resource consumption can be effectively reduced while the rapid disinfection can be achieved.
Example two
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method for sterilizing a water tank of an air washing device according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the method for disinfecting a water tank of a water-washable air device according to the present embodiment further includes other steps on the basis of the method for disinfecting a water tank of a water-washable air device according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and the method for disinfecting a water tank of a water-washable air device according to the present embodiment further includes the following steps:
s201, determining the total water quantity added to the water tank after the water-washing air device is operated for the first time.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a water guiding groove 14 is provided on the water tank 1, and a flow sensor 15 is provided in the water guiding groove 14.
It will be appreciated that the water tank 1 of fig. 4 further comprises: a lifting table 11 and a sterilizing bottle 12.
In this embodiment, S201 includes the following steps:
s2011, acquiring water flow which is acquired by the flow sensor and is guided into the water tank from the water guide tank after the air washing device runs for the first time.
And S2012, carrying out accumulated calculation on the water adding quantity corresponding to the water flow to obtain the total water quantity added into the water tank.
In this embodiment, since the water in the water tank is consumed when the water tank is cleaned by the water washing air device, when the water amount is small, the user needs to replenish water in the water tank, when the user supplements water in the water tank, water can be added through the water guide groove, when water is added from the water guide groove, the flow sensor collects water flow led into the water tank from the water guide groove and sends the collected water flow to the water tank sterilizing device of the water washing air device, the water tank sterilizing device of the water washing air device stores each water flow sent by the flow sensor after the water washing air device is operated for the first time, the time of adding water from the water guide groove by the user each time is obtained, and then the water adding amount corresponding to the water flow is calculated in an accumulated manner to obtain the total water amount added into the water tank.
When the water adding quantity corresponding to the water flow is determined, carrying out product operation on the water flow and the corresponding water adding time to obtain the corresponding water adding quantity.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the bottom of the water tank 1 is provided with a pressure sensor 16. It will be appreciated that the water tank 1 of fig. 4 further comprises: a lifting table 11 and a sterilizing bottle 12.
In this embodiment, S201 includes the following steps:
s201a, acquiring a pressure value of water in the water tank periodically acquired by the pressure sensor after the air washing device is operated for the first time.
S201b, determining the total amount of water added to the water tank according to the variation of the pressure value.
In this embodiment, the water tank can be opened, and the user opens the water tank cover to directly add water into the water tank without adding water through the water guide groove. The pressure sensor is arranged at the bottom of the water tank, and the pressure value of the water in the water tank is periodically collected through the pressure sensor, when the pressure is detected to be larger than a first pressure threshold value, the current water tank is considered to be full; when the detected pressure is smaller than the second pressure threshold value, the current water tank is considered to be deficient in water. When the pressure sensor detects that the pressure value of the water in the water tank is smaller than the second pressure threshold value, the marking position is set to be 0, and when the pressure value of the water in the water tank is larger than the first pressure threshold value, the marking position is set to be 1. When it is determined that the marking position is changed from 0 to 1 to 0, it is considered that the water in the water tank has run out of 1 tub, and thus the total amount of water added to the water tank is determined.
S202, if the total water quantity is determined to be equal to a preset water quantity threshold value, a supplementary disinfectant reminding message is sent to a user.
In this embodiment, the preset water quantity threshold value is stored in the water tank sterilizing device of the air washing device in advance, and represents the water quantity when the sterilizing agent needs to be replenished.
In this embodiment, the total water amount is compared with a preset water amount threshold, and if the total water amount is greater than the preset water amount threshold, a supplementary disinfectant reminding message is sent to the user.
It will be appreciated that the supplemental disinfectant alert message may be sent to the user via a control panel, remote control, or application program of the mobile terminal. The warning information of the supplementary disinfectant can be sent out specifically by means of the indication lamp of the supplementary disinfectant of the control panel being turned on, or by means of voice and/or text in the application program of the remote controller or the mobile terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, the link for purchasing the disinfectant may also be sent to the user through the application program of the mobile terminal, so that the user is guided to click on the link to purchase the disinfectant. When the user purchases, the logistics order is tracked, and when the logistics order is detected to be signed, relevant courses of replacing, installing the disinfection bottle, adding the disinfectant and the like can be displayed in the application program, so that the user is guided to add the disinfectant by himself.
The water tank disinfection method of the water-washing air device provided by the embodiment determines the total water quantity added into the water tank after the water-washing air device is operated for the first time; if the total water quantity is determined to be equal to the preset water quantity threshold value, a supplementary disinfectant reminding message is sent to the user, and the user can be reminded in real time when the disinfectant is not available. And when determining the total water quantity added into the water tank after the water washing air device runs for the first time, the water flow which is collected by the flow sensor in the water guide tank arranged on the water tank and is led into the water tank from the water guide tank can be determined, or the pressure value of the water in the water tank which is collected by the pressure sensor arranged at the bottom of the water tank can be determined, so that the total water quantity added into the water tank can be determined in a more diversified mode.
