Abstract
The invention provides a sliding plate for passing a bed, which belongs to the field of medical instruments and comprises a base plate, wherein the base plate is a rectangular plate made of carbon fiber materials, one surface of the base plate is a bearing surface, the other surface of the base plate is an anti-skid surface, and two opposite side edges in the width direction of the base plate are respectively bent towards the anti-skid surface to form bending parts. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a sliding plate for passing a bed.
Background
In hospital clinical work, it is often necessary to transfer a person from a hospital or surgical bed to a pushing bed, i.e. to pass through the bed. In order to reduce the pain of the patient in the process of passing through the bed and reduce the influence on the state of an illness caused by the passing through the bed, a lifting structure and a horizontal moving structure are designed on a trolley for a plurality of hospitals to achieve the purpose of passing through the bed of the patient, or a medical bed passing device is also used by a plurality of hospitals to achieve the purpose of passing through the bed of the patient.
The patient needs to move through the bed device, so that the bed passing device is required to be kept stable in the moving process of the patient, the conventional medical bed passing device is mainly characterized in that a nylon cloth sleeve is sleeved outside a plastic mattress, and the friction force between the bed passing device and a sickbed is increased by utilizing the nylon cloth sleeve so as to ensure the stability of the bed passing device during use. The invention aims to provide a sliding plate for passing a bed, which ensures the stability of the sliding plate for passing the bed when in use, reduces the cleaning difficulty of the sliding plate for passing the bed and ensures that the sliding plate for passing the bed can be quickly cleaned and disinfected.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics and advantages:

When the sliding plate 100 for passing the bed is used, two beds are firstly close to each other and the heights are adjusted to be consistent, then the sliding plate 100 for passing the bed is placed, the bearing surface 11 of the base plate 10 faces upwards, the anti-skid surface 12 faces downwards, and at the moment, the bending part 13 is supported on the bed, compared with the condition that the whole lower surface of the sliding plate for passing the bed in the prior art is stressed, the sliding plate 100 for passing the bed in the invention utilizes the two bending parts 13 to support the whole sliding plate 100 for passing the bed, so that the supporting area is reduced, the friction force between the sliding plate 100 for passing the bed and a sickbed is increased, the stability of the sliding plate for passing the bed is maintained, and the patient is prevented from being injured due to sudden movement; meanwhile, the damage of the sliding plate of the cross bed can be prevented.
The base plate 10 of the slide board 100 for passing bed provided by the invention is made of carbon fiber material, so that the weight is light, the taking is convenient, and if the surface of the base plate 10 is polluted by blood and the like, the cleaning and the disinfection can be carried out quickly, no dead angle exists, and the cross infection is effectively avoided.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the non-slip surface 12 is provided with a rubber non-slip pad 20, and the rubber non-slip pad 20 can further increase the friction between the bed slide 100 and the patient bed. And the rubber anti-skid pad 20 is also convenient to clean and sterilize.
In an alternative example of the present invention, the height of the rubber mat 20 protruding out of the non-slip surface 12 is the same as the height of the bent portion 13 protruding out of the non-slip surface 12, so as to ensure the stress condition of the rubber mat 20 and the stress condition of the bent portion 13 are the same, and further provide the stability of the cross bed sliding board 100 during use.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the bending portion 13 is rounded to avoid scratching the patient or the medical staff during use.
In an alternative example, the arc dimension of the bending part 13 near the upper surface (the bearing surface 11) is R30, the arc dimension near the lower surface (the end of the bending part 13 contacting with the sickbed) is R6, and the height of the bending part 13 protruding out of the anti-skid surface 12 (the height from the bottom of the arc to the lower surface of the base plate) is 5.4 mm.
In an alternative example of the present invention, the rubber mat 20 is in the shape of a strip and is disposed parallel to the bending portion 13.
In an alternative example of the present invention, the non-slip surface 12 is provided with a mounting groove 14 correspondingly matched with the rubber non-slip mat 20, and the rubber non-slip mat 20 is mounted in the mounting groove 14 and protrudes out of the mounting groove 14. The mounting slots 14 are used to position the rubber mats 20 to prevent them from shifting or falling. Preferably, the mounting groove 14 is a rectangular groove corresponding to the rubber mat 20, specifically, the mounting groove 14 has a length of 750mm, a width of 40mm, a depth of 1mm, and a height of 6.4 mm.
Further, the rubber mat 20 has a hardness of 80A.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the rubber mat 20 has a gap of 0.5mm from the inner wall of the mounting groove 14 to facilitate the mounting of the rubber mat.

The use of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings:
the two beds are first brought closer and adjusted to a uniform height, the patient is turned on his side by about 30 °, and the bed pass board 100 is inserted under the bed sheet into the position 1/2 or 1/3 below the patient's body. The patient is laid flat, the carrying personnel at two sides hold the bed sheet, one person pushes the bed sheet, the other person pulls the bed sheet by 15-30 degrees, and the patient can be stably moved among a sickbed, a trolley, an operating table and the like.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and in particular, various features described in different embodiments can be arbitrarily combined with each other to form other embodiments, and the features are understood to be applicable to any embodiment except the explicitly opposite descriptions, and are not limited to the described embodiments.

4. The slide board of claim 2 wherein the non-slip mat is strip-shaped and is disposed parallel to the bent portion.
5. The slide board of claim 4, wherein the anti-slip surface has a mounting groove corresponding to the anti-slip mat, and the anti-slip mat is mounted in the mounting groove and protrudes out of the mounting groove.
6. The slide board of claim 4 wherein the non-slip surface is provided with a plurality of non-slip mats spaced apart.
7. The slide through bed of claim 1 wherein the non-slip mat is bonded to the non-slip surface.
8. The slide over bed of claim 1 wherein the bent portion is rounded.
9. The slide board of claim 1, wherein the base plate further comprises a through hole for access.
10. The slide of claim 1 wherein the base is chamfered at each of the four corners.
