Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an auxiliary cleaning device for mucosa reaction caused by radiotherapy according to the present invention will now be described. The auxiliary cleaning device for the mucosa reaction caused by radiotherapy comprises a suspension socket 1, a plurality of supporting pieces 2 and a blocking piece 3.
The suspension socket 1 adopts a straight rod structure; the suspension socket 1 is used for partial insertion into the reserved portion, and the portion of the suspension socket 1 located outside the body is the body exterior 14, and the portion located inside the body is the insertion portion 15. The suspension jack 1 is provided with a guide hole 11, and the guide hole 11 extends from the end surface of the body exterior portion 14 to the side surface of the insertion portion 15, and has an external body opening 111 and an internal body opening 112. The external opening 111 is an opening of the guide hole 11 at an end surface of the external portion 14, and the internal opening 112 is an opening of the guide hole 11 at a side surface of the insertion portion 15. Since the body opening 112 is located at the side of the insertion portion 15, the body opening 112 is oriented in a non-vertical direction, that is, the elements extending from the body opening 112 extend in a horizontal direction or an oblique direction having an oblique angle with respect to the horizontal direction. The suspension socket 1 is further provided with a receiving groove 12 communicating with the guiding hole 11, and the receiving groove 12 is associated with the blocking member 3, and the specific features thereof will be described later.
The plurality of supporting members 2 are distributed in the guide hole 11 along the extending direction of the guide hole 11, and can slide along the guide hole 11 so as to extend from the in-body opening 112 into the reserved portion. The plurality of supporting members 2 are connected in series by the preload member 21, and specifically, one end of the preload member 21 is protruded from the external opening 111 to the outside of the suspension socket 1 (for convenience of description, this end is referred to as the external end of the preload member 21 in the present embodiment), the main body of the preload member 21 is made of a flexible material, has a capability of bending along the inflection point of the guide hole 11, and sequentially passes through the plurality of supporting members 2. The other end of the preload member 21 is engaged with the last passing support member 2. When the body exterior end of the preload member 21 is pulled, the support member 2 moves inside the guide hole 11 toward the body exterior opening 111.
The blocking piece 3 is inserted into the containing groove 12 in a sliding manner, and one end of the blocking piece can extend into the guide hole 11 from the opening of the containing groove 12 so as to limit the support piece 2 to slide; for convenience of description, this end is referred to as an extended end of the blocking member 3 in the present embodiment, and a state in which the blocking member 3 is extended and restricts sliding of the support member 2 is referred to as an extended state. Specifically, the plugging member 3 in the extended state can plug part or the whole of the guide hole 11, and the outer peripheral wall of the support member 2 abuts against the side wall of the plugging member 3 so as not to be movable; after a plurality of supporting members 2 are extended from the body opening 112 to the reserved portion, the blocking member 3 in the extended state can be inserted between two adjacent supporting members 2 and restrict the movement of the two supporting members 2. Be connected with its slip of control or static drive assembly on the shutoff piece 3, this drive assembly sets up in the external portion 14 of hanging socket 1, and medical personnel adjust the position of shutoff piece 3 through this drive assembly to make shutoff piece 3 keep fixed, thereby guarantee shutoff piece 3 to the shutoff effect of guiding hole 11, and to support piece 2 spacing effect.
When the tissue is cleaned, the patient lies on the operating table, the doctor uses the scalpel to cut a reserved part on the skin surface of the patient, and the suspension socket 1 is inserted into the reserved part. Then, the blocking piece 3 is extended into the containing groove 12 through the driving assembly, so that the guide hole 11 is in a conducting state, and the plurality of supporting pieces 2 slide towards the internal opening 112 along the guide hole 11 and sequentially extend out of the internal opening 112 to the skin of the patient. In this process, since the plurality of supporting members 2 are connected in series by the preload member 21, the assembly of the plurality of supporting members 2 has a certain bending resistance, and since the orientation of the in-body opening 112 is set in a non-vertical direction, the supporting members 2 protruding from the in-body opening 112 protrude in a non-horizontal direction. When the number of the extending supporting pieces 2 is enough (the length of the plurality of supporting pieces 2 connected in series is enough to support the skin), the blocking piece 3 is extended by the driving component, so that the supporting pieces 2 cannot move along the guide hole 11; at the same time, the external end of the preload member 21 is pulled (in the direction of the external opening 111) to tighten the plurality of support members 2 that are protruded, thereby supporting the skin surface.
After the operation, the plugging member 3 is extended into the containing groove 12 again by the driving assembly, and the supporting member 2 inserted into the reserved portion is retracted into the guiding hole 11 by pulling the pre-tightening member 21 (towards the external opening 111), so that the device is in the storage state.
When the device is in a storage state, the plugging piece 3 extends out of the guide hole 11 through the driving assembly, and the extending end of the plugging piece 3 plays a role in preventing the supporting piece 2 from extending out of the inner opening 112, so that the situation that the supporting piece 2 is lost is avoided. Can also make blocking piece 3 stretch into in storage tank 12 through drive assembly, loosen preloader 21, make a plurality of support piece 2 in proper order by internal opening 112 roll-off and clear up it, avoid support piece 2's surface to breed the bacterium.
Compared with the prior art, the auxiliary cleaning device for mucosal reaction caused by radiotherapy provided by the invention has the advantages that the plurality of supporting pieces 2 sequentially extend from the internal opening 112 in the non-vertical direction and support the skin in the skin, and the series length of the plurality of extending supporting pieces 2 is greater than the depth of inserting the supporting pieces into the reserved part, so that the defect that the umbrella-shaped structure in the prior art can be unfolded by a plurality of lengths after being inserted into the reserved part can be overcome, and the safety of tissue clearing operation is ensured.
It should be added that, the receiving groove 12 is generally located at the inflection point of the guiding hole 11, the protruding end surface of the plugging member 3 adopts an arc surface structure matched with the inflection point, and the protruding end of the plugging member 3 has a concave groove for receiving the pre-tightening member 21, so that the plugging member 3 in the protruding state can abut against the inner wall of the guiding hole 11, the plugging member 3 at this time is inserted between the two supporting members 2 and pushes the pre-tightening member 21 to move (at this time, the pre-tightening member 21 is located in the concave groove), and the guiding hole 11 is in a completely closed state, thereby preventing blood from flowing back to the human body along the guiding hole 11 in the above process.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 together, as an embodiment of the auxiliary cleaning device for mucosa reaction caused by radiotherapy provided by the present invention, the guiding hole 11 includes a vertical portion 113, a horizontal portion 114 and an inclined portion 115.
Wherein, the vertical part 113 extends vertically from the external opening 111 to the inside of the suspension socket 1; the horizontal part 114 extends horizontally from the internal opening 112 to the interior of the suspension socket 1; the inclined portion 115 abuts on an extending end of the vertical portion 113 and an extending end of the horizontal portion 114. That is, in the extending direction of the guide hole 11, there is only one inflection point, which divides the guide hole 11 into two passages, one of which extends in the vertical direction from the top surface of the suspension socket 1 (forming the vertical portion 113) and the other of which extends in the horizontal direction from the side wall of the insertion portion 15 of the suspension socket 1 (forming the horizontal portion 114), the two passages communicate with each other at an angle of 45 degrees to the horizontal plane and form one passage (forming the inclined portion 115).
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, support piece 2 can not produce the switching-over many times when passing through guiding hole 11, and then guaranteed the fluency of support piece 2 when sliding in guiding hole 11, reduced support piece 2 and caused the possibility of blockking up in one of them inflection point department. And, when no acting force is applied to the preload member 21, the support member 2 in the vertical portion 113 is pressed downward by the influence of gravity, and the acting force is reversed by the inflection point, so that the support member 2 at the outlet of the horizontal portion 114 is subjected to the acting force pushing in the horizontal direction, thereby preventing the support member 2 from being pushed by an external force, and reducing the difficulty and danger of use.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4 together, as an embodiment of the auxiliary cleaning device for mucosa reaction caused by radiotherapy provided in the present invention, two through slots 13 are provided on the suspension socket 1, in this embodiment, both through slots 13 are provided on the top surface of the suspension socket 1. The two through grooves 13 are respectively communicated with the accommodating groove 12 and the guide hole 11, and the communication parts of the two through grooves 13 are respectively positioned at two sides of the opening of the accommodating groove 12 (the term "two sides" as used herein refers to two positions which are distributed along the axial direction of the accommodating groove 12 and are positioned at two sides of the accommodating groove 12). The drive assembly includes two tension cords 42.
Both the tension ropes 42 are made of flexible material and have the capability of deforming along the inflection point of the hole. The two tension ropes 42 are correspondingly arranged in the two through grooves 13, one end of each tension rope extends out of the suspension socket 1 from the through groove 13 (because the through groove 13 is located at the top of the suspension socket 1, the end part of each tension rope 42 extends out of the top of the suspension socket 1), and the other ends of each tension rope are respectively connected to two ends of the plugging piece 3. When one of the tension cords 42 is pulled, the plugging member 3 can be connected to the accommodating groove 12.
By adopting the technical scheme, the plugging piece 3 can be moved by pulling the tension rope 42, so that the position of the plugging piece 3 is convenient to adjust; when the plugging piece 3 is in a stretching state, the pulling force rope 42 connected with the stretching end of the plugging piece 3 can also limit the position of the plugging piece 3 by pulling, so that the plugging piece 3 is prevented from being influenced by the supporting piece 2 to move, and the stability of the device in actual use is ensured.
It should be added that the tension cord 42 connected to the end of the closing element 3 through the guide hole 11 has the purpose of avoiding the support element 2 and the preload element 21; that is, the tension cord 42 is disposed to be free from the support member 2 and the preload member 21 so as not to interfere with the movement of the support member 2 and the preload member 21 in the guide hole 11.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 6 together, as a specific embodiment of the auxiliary cleaning device for mucosa reaction caused by radiotherapy provided by the present invention, two first tensioning assemblies are provided on the suspension socket 1, and the two first tensioning assemblies are respectively used for pulling two tensioning ropes 42; the first take-up assembly comprises a first support seat 51, a first rotating roller 52, and a locking member 53.
Wherein the first supporting seat 51 is fixedly arranged at the outer portion 14 of the suspension socket 1, and it has been pointed out in the foregoing that the tension cord 42 is threaded out from the top surface of the suspension socket 1, so that the first supporting seat 51 can be arranged on the top surface of the suspension socket 1 to shorten the distance between the threaded end of the tension cord 42 and the first tensioning assembly. The first supporting base 51 has a concave structure with two ends tilted, wherein one end is provided with a positioning hole 511, and the positioning hole 511 is a rectangular hole and penetrates through the tilted end surface of the first supporting base 51.
The first rotating roller 52 is rotatably disposed on the first supporting seat 51, and is specifically connected to two tilted end surfaces of the first supporting seat 51 through a connecting shaft. The outer circumferential wall of the first rotating roller 52 is connected to the protruding end of the tensile cord 42, and the tensile cord 42 can be gradually wound around the first rotating roller 52 or be separated from the first rotating roller 52 when the first rotating roller 52 rotates. The end of the first rotating roller 52 facing the positioning hole 511 is provided with a plurality of locking grooves 521, and the locking grooves 521 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the first rotating roller 52 for communicating with the positioning hole 511.
The locking member 53 is slidably inserted into the positioning hole 511, one end of the locking member extends out of the positioning hole 511 and has a raised portion abutting against the outer wall of the first supporting seat 51, and the other end of the locking member is inserted into the locking groove 521 to limit the rotation of the first rotating roller 52.
In actual use, the tension rope 42 is tightened or loosened by rotating the first rotating roller 52; when the tensile cord 42 is tightened, the locking member 53 is inserted into the locking groove 521, so that the first rotating roller 52 cannot rotate, thereby preventing the tensile cord 42 from being converted into a loosened state. Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, avoid the process of artifical pulling force rope 42, avoid the pulling force too big to lead to shutoff piece 3 to lead to the fact the damage to the inner wall of guiding hole 11, guaranteed the structural reliability of this device. Moreover, when the tension rope 42 needs to be tightened, the process of manual pulling by doctors or nurses is avoided, excessive manpower input is avoided, and the safety is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 4 together, as a specific embodiment of the auxiliary cleaning device for mucosa reaction caused by radiotherapy provided in the present invention, an elastic member 41 is disposed in the accommodating groove 12, and the elastic member 41 is used to push the blocking member 3 to extend from one end of the blocking member out of the accommodating groove 12; specifically, one end of the elastic member 41 is connected to the accommodating groove 12, and the other end is connected to one end of the blocking member 3 facing into the accommodating groove 12.
The blocking piece 3 is driven to be in the extending state by the elastic force of the elastic piece 41, so that the blocking piece 3 can be always in the extending state and limit the movement of the supporting piece 2 when the device is in the storage state (namely, when the tension rope 42 is not driven by manpower). That is to say, through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, avoided being in under this device and depositing the state, support piece 2 pushes away the shutoff piece 3 and breaks away from the condition of guiding hole 11 to avoid support piece 2 to lose or be infected with the condition of bacterium, effectively guaranteed the structural stability of this device.
It should be added that the elastic member 41 is generally a spring, and the spring is sleeved on the tensile cord 42 (the tensile cord 42 is the tensile cord 42 connected to the end of the blocking member 3 facing the containing groove 12), when the device is in the storage state, if the elastic member 41 bends along the radial direction thereof, the tensile cord 42 can provide stress for resisting the bending, so as to avoid the elastic member 41 from being damaged.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, as an embodiment of the auxiliary cleaning device for mucosa reaction caused by radiotherapy provided by the present invention, the fastening member 21 includes a fastening rope 211 and an abutting rod 212.
Wherein the pretensioning rope 211 is used for connecting a plurality of supports 2 in series; specifically, each support member 2 is provided with a preformed hole, the preformed holes of the adjacent support members 2 are communicated, and the pre-tightening rope 211 penetrates through the preformed holes, so that the support members 2 are connected in series to form an assembly. Also, since the outside opening 111 of the guide hole 11 is located on the top surface of the suspension socket 1, the preload string 211 protrudes through the top surface of the suspension socket 1.
An abutment rod 212 is connected to the end of the pre-tensioning cord 211 for abutment with the support 2 that first protrudes out of the internal body opening 112; it should be explained that, by making the abutting rod 212 abut against the supporting member 2 which first extends out of the internal body opening 112, the buckling stress generated between the supporting members 2 can be avoided; specifically, when the abutting rod 212 abuts against the supporting member 2 extending out of the internal body opening 112, the supporting member 2 extending out of the internal body opening 112 from the first one will turn over to the supporting member 2 extending out of the internal body opening 112 from the second one, and then the supporting members 2 extending into the reserved portion will be gathered together, which increases the volume of the assembly of the supporting members 2, and even the supporting members 2 will clamp the flesh wall of the patient during turning over, which may cause personal danger.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the pulling is tight rope 211 in advance, makes butt pole 212 promote the support piece 2 that stretches out internal opening 112 at first for interact between a plurality of support piece 2 has realized establishing ties and tightening up support piece 2, has improved the structural stability of this device.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7 together, as an embodiment of the auxiliary cleaning device for mucosa reaction caused by radiotherapy provided by the present invention, a second tensioning assembly is provided on the suspension socket 1, and the second tensioning assembly is used for pulling the pre-tensioning rope 211; the second take-up assembly includes a second support seat 61 and a second rotating roller 62.
Wherein the second support seat 61 is fixedly arranged at the outer portion 14 of the suspension socket 1, it has been pointed out in the foregoing that the pre-tensioning cord 211 is threaded out from the top surface of the suspension socket 1, so that the second support seat 61 can be arranged on the top surface of the suspension socket 1 to shorten the distance between the threaded-out end of the pre-tensioning cord 211 and the second tensioning member.
