Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
In addition, in the embodiments of the present application, "at least one" means one or more, "a plurality" means two or more. "and/or" describes the association relationship of the associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone, wherein A and B can be singular or plural. The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship. "at least one of the following" or similar expressions refer to any combination of these items, including any combination of the singular or plural items. For example, at least one (one) of a, b, or c, may represent: a, b, c, a-b, a-c, b-c, or a-b-c, wherein a, b, c may be single or multiple.
With the continuous development of science and technology, the intelligence of various products on the market is higher and higher. For example, in the field of smart home, a detection device may be disposed inside a sleep product, such as a pillow or a mattress, and information such as a sleep state of a user during sleep is monitored by the detection device. Usually, the monitoring device is directly placed inside the sleeping product or is stuck inside the sleeping product. However, if the position of the monitoring device in the sleep product is not fixed, the position of the monitoring device may change when the user sleeps using the sleep product, and it is easy for the monitoring device to monitor different parts of the user each time, for example, the head of the user is different at each time, or the head of the user is monitored once and the neck of the user is monitored once, so that the accuracy of the monitoring data is low. If the monitoring device is stuck inside the sleeping product, the adhesive covers the surface of the monitoring device, the sensitivity of a sensor on the monitoring device can be affected, and therefore the problem that the accuracy of monitored data is low can be caused.
In view of this, the present application provides a sleep product, the sleep product includes a plurality of products, such as a pillow or a mattress, and the like, and the present application embodiment takes the sleep product as the pillow for example and is not limited in particular. Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of a sleep product according to an embodiment of the present application. The sleep product comprises a sleep product body 101, a filler 102, two fixing devices 103 and a monitoring device 104. The sleep product body 101 has a first groove. The two fixing devices 103 are fixed on different positions of the monitoring device 104, and the monitoring device 104 is fixed in the first groove by the fixing devices 103. The filler 102 is used to fill the first recess in which the two fixing means 103 and the monitoring means 104 are fixed.
Wherein, the number of the fixing devices 103 may be one or more, the more the number of the fixing devices 103 is, the better the fixing effect is, when the number of the fixing devices 103 is plural, part of the fixing devices 103 may be used to fix the position of the monitoring device 104 in the sleep product, and part of the fixing devices 103 may be used to fix the angle of the monitoring device 104 in the sleep product, etc. In the embodiment of the present application, two fixing devices 103 are taken as an example for description, and the specific number of the fixing devices 103 is not limited. The fixing device 103 may be a cylinder with an arbitrary shape as a bottom, such as a cylinder or a rectangular parallelepiped, or the fixing device 103 may be an irregular shape, and in the embodiment of the present application, the fixing device 103 is taken as an example of a cylinder, and the specific shape of the fixing device 103 is not limited.
The filling 102 may be included in the sleep product, or if the fixing device 103 and the monitoring device 104 have completely filled the first groove, the filling 102 may not be included in the sleep product, and the like, which is not particularly limited.
The following specifically describes the structure of the sleep product provided in the embodiments of the present application.
In order to dispose the monitoring device 104 inside the sleep product, a first groove may be dug out from the back of the sleep product to obtain the sleep product main body 101 having the first groove, please refer to fig. 2, which is the sleep product main body 101 having the first groove 201.
The surface of the sleep product, which is in contact with the user, can be used as the first surface of the sleep product, and the surface of the sleep product, which is deviated from the first surface, can be used as the back surface of the sleep product, namely, the back surface of the sleep product represents the surface deviated from the surface in contact with the body part of the user. Set up first recess 201 at the back of sleep product, the first face of sleep product contacts with user's body part for when using sleep product, the possibility that the user experienced the foreign matter sensation is lower, has improved user's use and has experienced.
In order to fix the monitoring device 104 provided inside the sleep product, different positions on the monitoring device 104 may be fixed to the two fixing devices 103, respectively, using the two fixing devices 103. The different locations on the monitoring device 104 may be two ends of the monitoring device 104 that are symmetrical with respect to a center point of the monitoring device 104, for example, two opposite ends of the monitoring device 104 that are farther from a center point of the monitoring device 104, two opposite ends of the monitoring device 104 that are closer to the center point of the monitoring device 104, and so on. Two ends that are point symmetric with respect to the center of the monitoring device 104 indicate that the two ends are not adjacent, etc. For example, the monitoring device 104 is shaped as a rectangular parallelepiped, and the length, width and height of the rectangular parallelepiped are l, w and h, respectively, then the two ends symmetrical with respect to the center point of the monitoring device 104 may be two ends at a distance of l, or may be two ends at a distance of w, or may be two ends at a distance of h, and the like. Alternatively, the different positions on the monitoring device 104 may be two adjacent ends on the monitoring device 104, for example, the monitoring device 104 is shaped as a rectangular parallelepiped, and the length, width and height of the rectangular parallelepiped are l, w and h, respectively, then the different positions on the monitoring device 104 may be one end with a side length of l and one end with a side length of w, or may be one end with a side length of l and one end with a side length of h, and so on.
The monitoring device 104 has a first fixing structure at different positions, and the two fixing devices 103 have a second fixing structure. By matching each first fixing structure with a corresponding second fixing structure, respectively, the monitoring device 104 may be fixed to two fixing devices 103, and the two fixing devices 103 may also be fixed to different positions of the monitoring device 104, respectively. There are various ways to match the first fixing structure with the corresponding second structure, three of which are described below as examples.
The method comprises the following steps:
the first fixing structure is a cuboid support, and the second fixing structure is a second groove matched with the cuboid support.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic diagram of a possible structure of a rectangular parallelepiped stand 301 provided at a position of the monitoring device 104 is shown. Referring to fig. 4, a possible structure of the second groove 401 of the fixing device 103 is shown, which is matched with the rectangular bracket 301.
The shape, size and the like of the second groove 401 are matched with the rectangular parallelepiped bracket 301, and the rectangular parallelepiped brackets 301 at different positions of the monitoring device 104 are respectively inserted into the second grooves 401 of the two fixing devices 103, so that the rectangular parallelepiped bracket 301 is matched with the second grooves 401. When each rectangular parallelepiped support 301 is inserted into the corresponding second groove 401, each rectangular parallelepiped support 301 and the corresponding second groove 401 may be fixed with an adhesive, so that the monitoring device 104 is fixed to the two fixing devices 103, and the two fixing devices 103 are also fixed to the monitoring device 104 at two different positions. The adhesive is only in contact with the cuboid support 301 and does not contact the monitoring device 104, so that the sensitivity and the like of components such as a sensor in the monitoring device 104 are not influenced, and the accuracy of the monitoring device 104 in monitoring a user is improved.
As an example, the first fixing structure may be a stent with any shape, such as a vertebral stent, a sphere stent, or a zigzag cuboid stent, and the shape of the stent is not particularly limited. The corresponding second fixing structure is a second groove matched with the first fixing structure in shape, size and the like.
The second method comprises the following steps:
the first fixing structure is a spiral fixing frame, and the second fixing structure is a nut fixing frame matched with the spiral fixing frame.
Please refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic diagram of a possible structure of a spiral fixing frame 501 provided at a position of the monitoring device 104. Please refer to fig. 6, which is a schematic diagram of a possible structure of a nut fixing frame 601 matching with the screw fixing frame 501 of the fixing device 103.
The screw thread and the size of the screw fixing frame 501 are matched with the screw thread and the size of the nut fixing frame 601, when the screw fixing frames 501 at different positions of the monitoring device 104 are screwed into the corresponding nut fixing frames 601 on the fixing devices 103, the screw fixing frame 501 is matched with the nut fixing frame 601, so that the monitoring device 104 is fixed on the two fixing devices 103, and the two fixing devices 103 are also fixed on different positions of the monitoring device 104. The monitoring device 104 and the two fixing devices 103 are fixed through a specific structure without using an adhesive, so that the sensitivity and the like of components such as a sensor in the monitoring device 104 are not influenced, and the accuracy of the monitoring device 104 in monitoring a user is improved.
As an embodiment, the number of the spiral lines of the spiral fixing frame may be any, and may be specifically set according to the actual use condition, for example, when the sleeping product is a pillow, the number of the spiral lines of the spiral fixing frame may be relatively smaller, and when the sleeping product is a mattress, the number of the spiral lines of the spiral fixing frame may be relatively larger, so that the monitoring device 104 and the two fixing devices 103 may be more firmly fixed. Correspondingly, the number of the spiral lines of the nut fixing frame corresponds to the number of the spiral lines of the spiral fixing frame.
The third method comprises the following steps:
the first fixing structure is a T-shaped fixing frame, and the second fixing structure is a fan-shaped fixing frame matched with the T-shaped fixing frame.
Please refer to fig. 7, which is a schematic diagram of a possible structure of a T-shaped fixing frame 701 disposed at a position of the monitoring device 104. Please refer to fig. 8, which is a schematic structural diagram of a fan-shaped fixing frame 801 matched with a T-shaped fixing frame 701 and provided in the fixing device 103.
The shape, size and the like of the T-shaped fixing frame 701 are matched with the shape, size and the like of the fan-shaped fixing frame 801, when the T-shaped fixing frames 701 at different positions of the monitoring device 104 are respectively inserted into the fan-shaped fixing frames 801 on the corresponding fixing devices 103, the T-shaped fixing frames 701 can be matched with the fan-shaped fixing frames 801 at any rotation angle by rotating the T-shaped fixing frames 701, so that the monitoring device 104 is fixed to the two fixing devices 103, and the two fixing devices 103 are also respectively fixed to different positions of the monitoring device 104. The monitoring device 104 and the two fixing devices 103 can be fixed through one-step rotation, so that the process of fixing the monitoring device 104 on the two fixing devices 103 is simplified, and the efficiency of fixing the monitoring device 104 is improved.
As an example, the size of the sector fixing frame 801 may be arbitrary, and the sector angle is illustrated as 90 ° in fig. 8, and is not limited specifically.
As an embodiment, the second groove 401, the nut fixing frame 601 and the fan-shaped fixing frame 801 on the fixing device 103 may or may not penetrate through the fixing device 103, and may be arranged according to actual use requirements, and are not particularly limited.
For example, please refer to fig. 9, which is a schematic structural diagram of the monitoring device 104. The monitoring device 104 includes an adhesive tape 901, a sensing film 902, a metal patch 903, a high-strength packaging tape (PET tape for short) 904, a plug 905, and a wire 906. The adhesive tape 901 and the PET tape 904 are used to fix the elements, after the wire 906 is connected to the power supply, the wire 906 can input current into the monitoring device 104 through the plug 905, and the sensing film 902 and the metal patch 903 cooperate to monitor the sleeping device of the user. Since the monitoring device 104 has the electric wire 906 to which the external power source needs to be connected, the second groove 401, the nut holder 601, or the fan holder 801 may be provided as a structure penetrating the fixing device 103. Thus, the wire 906 may pass through the second groove 401, the nut holder 601 or the fan holder 801 to be connected to an external power source.
For another example, if the monitoring device 104 is equipped with a battery and can wirelessly communicate with other devices, the second groove 401, the nut holder 601 or the fan holder 801 may be configured to not penetrate through the fixing device 103, so as to enhance the fixing effect of the fixing device 103.
When the two fixing devices 103 are fixed to the monitoring device 104 at different positions, respectively, the monitoring device 104 to which the two fixing devices 103 are fixed can be obtained. Please refer to fig. 10, which is a schematic structural diagram of the monitoring device 104 with two fixing devices 103 fixed thereon. Fig. 10 is an exemplary illustration of the matching method of the first method.
As an example, if the monitoring device 104 is a deformable device, after the two fixing devices 103 are fixed to the monitoring device 104, the monitoring device 104 may be fixed in the first groove in such a way that the distance between the center points of the two fixing devices 103 is greater than the distance between the positions of the monitoring device 104 where the two fixing devices 103 are fixed, so that the monitoring device 104 is placed in a straightened state in the sleeping product. When the fixture 103 is a cylinder, the center point of the fixture 103 is the midpoint of the center axis of the fixture 103, etc. When the gravity that user's body part pushed down makes the sleep product produce deformation to monitoring devices 104 can produce deformation, because monitoring devices 104 place with the state of straightening, when monitoring devices 104 deformation, can drive two fixing device 103 and draw close to monitoring devices 104 direction. Due to the extrusion between the two fixing devices 103 and the sleep product main body 101, the monitoring device 104 is also in a tight state after being deformed, and cannot return to the tight state due to the fact that the gravity of the body part of the user pressing down is reduced, so that the monitoring device 104 can truly monitor the gravity of the body part of the user pressing down no matter how the gravity of the body part of the user pressing down changes, and the accuracy of monitoring data is further improved.
As an example, the hardness of the two fixtures 103 is less than or equal to the hardness of the sleeping product body 101. Therefore, when the two fixing devices 103 extrude the sleep product main body 101, the acting force of the sleep product main body 101 relative to the fixing devices 103 is larger, the effect that the monitoring device 104 is in a tight state after deformation is better, the monitoring device 104 can monitor the gravity of the body part of the user pressing down more truly, and the phenomenon that the user does not use the sleep product is reduced, the deformation of the sleep product caused by slight vibration of the sleep product can not be collected by the monitoring device 104, and the accuracy of monitoring data is further improved. For example, when the hardness of the filler 102 and the sleeping product body 101 are made of latex material, the two fixing means 103 may be made of silicone material.
As an example, since the shape of the fixing device 103 may be arbitrary, when the fixing device 103 and the monitoring device 104 cannot fill the first groove, the sleeping product may further include a filler therein. The material for the filler 102 and the material for the sleep product main body 101 may be the same or different. The hardness of the filler 102 and the hardness of the sleeping product body 101 may be the same or different.
When the fixing devices 103 are fixed to different positions of the monitoring device 104, the fixing device 103 may be divided into two parts including a first part and a second part by using the fixing position of the monitoring device 104 on the fixing device 103 as a boundary. Please refer to fig. 11, which is a schematic structural diagram of a first portion 1101 and a second portion 1102. The process continues in fig. 11 by taking the matching method of the first method as an example. Wherein the length of the second portion 1102 is greater than or equal to the length of the first portion 1101, i.e. the longer length is the second portion 1102 and the shorter length is the first portion 1101, depending on the position of the monitoring device 104 to be secured to the securing device 103.
The first recess 201 may include a portion therein that matches each of the first portions 1101, and when each of the first portions 1101 matches the first recess 201, the two fixing devices 103 are fixed to the first recess 201, and thus, the monitoring device 104 is also fixed to the first recess 201. Referring to fig. 12, a schematic structural diagram of two fixing devices 103 and two monitoring devices 104 fixed in the first groove 201 is shown. The first recess 201 includes two locations that mate with the two fixtures 103, respectively, such that the two fixtures 103 are inserted into the first recess 201 at corresponding locations, respectively, such that each of the first portions 1101 mates with the first recess 201.
The filler 102 may be filled in the gap of the first groove 201 after the fixing device 103 and the monitoring device 104 are disposed therein. Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of the filler 102. The filler 102 may have a third groove 1301 thereon that mates with the second portions 1102 of the two fixtures 103. When each second portion 1102 is respectively matched with a corresponding third recess 1201, the two fixing means 103 are fixed to the filler 102, and the filler 102 is also fixed to the fixing means 103, so that, when the monitoring device 104 is fixed to the first recess 201 with the fixing means 103, the filler 102 is also filled in the space behind the fixing means 103 and the monitoring device 104 arranged in the first recess 201. After filling, the filler 102 and the first groove 201 may be fixed with an adhesive, the adhesive only contacts the filler 102 and the first groove 201, that is, the adhesive only contacts the filler 102 and the sleep product body 101, and does not contact the monitoring device 104, so that the adhesive does not affect the sensitivity of the sensor in the monitoring device 104, and the accuracy of the monitoring data of the monitoring device 104 is improved.
As an example, if the two fixing devices 103 are rectangular parallelepipeds, the filler 102 may not be provided with the third groove 1301, but the filler 102 is directly filled in the gap between the first groove 201 and the fixing devices 103 and the monitoring device 104. Please refer to fig. 14, which is a schematic structural diagram of two fixing devices 103 and a monitoring device 104 fixed on a sleep product main body 101. The filler 102 may be filled in a rectangular parallelepiped area formed by the two fixing devices 103 and the sleep product main body 101, i.e., a gap after the fixing devices 103 and the monitoring device 104 are disposed in the first groove 201.
As an embodiment, the filler 102 may be provided with a plurality of buckles, and the number of the buckles may be one or more. The more the quantity of buckle the better is the fixed effect. The first groove 201 may be provided with a locking groove matched with the locking device. When the respective snaps included in the filler 102 are respectively matched with the corresponding snap grooves on the first groove 201, the filler 102 is fixed in the first groove 201, and thus the filler 102 is also fixed on the sleep product body 101. The fastening groove may be disposed inside the first groove 201, or may be disposed on the surface of the sleep product main body 101, so as to fix the filler 102 on the sleep product main body 101, and the specific position of the fastening groove is not limited.
As an example, the adhesive used in the sleeping product may be natural glue or the like.
In the embodiment of the application, the first portion 1101 is fixed to the first groove 201, and the second portion 1102 is fixed to the third groove 1301 on the filler 102, so that the distance between the monitoring device 104 and the body part of the user is closer, and the accuracy of the monitoring device 104 in monitoring the sleep state of the user is higher. For sleep products with different heights, such as high-low pillows, please refer to fig. 15, which is a schematic structural diagram of the sleep product. A plurality of monitoring devices 104 can be arranged in the sleep product (the monitoring devices 104 are positioned on the contact surface of the sleep product main body 101 and the filler 102, not shown in the figure), the distance between the monitoring devices 104 and the body part of the user is the same, and therefore, the data obtained by monitoring the sleep state of the user through any monitoring device 104 which is closest to the body part of the user is the same, so that the monitoring accuracy is higher.
