Description

Sign (sign)
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a sign.
Background
In the sign described in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2009-126276, the outer peripheral portion of the back surface of the sign main body is attached to a double-sided tape attached to a vehicle body.
In such a sign, it is preferable that the outer peripheral portion of the back surface of the sign body is appropriately attached to a double-sided tape.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present disclosure is to obtain a mark capable of appropriately attaching an attachment surface of a surface member to an attachment member.
The first mode of the present disclosure includes: a surface member having an adhesive surface along an outer peripheral portion of a back surface; a back member disposed on a back side of the front member; a sticking member which is provided on a surface of the back member and to which the sticking surface is stuck; and a bonding portion provided on the back surface member and having a bonding member disposed between the bonding surface and the bonding portion, wherein a distance between the bonding portion and an inner peripheral side of the surface member of the bonding surface is narrowed toward the inner peripheral side of the surface member.
In the sign according to the first aspect of the present disclosure, the adhesive surface is provided along the outer peripheral portion of the back surface of the front surface member, and the back surface member is disposed on the back surface side of the front surface member. Further, an attachment member is provided on the surface of the back member, and the attachment surface is attached to the attachment member.
Here, the attachment member is disposed between the attachment portion of the back member and the attachment surface, and the gap between the attachment portion and the inner peripheral side of the surface member of the attachment surface is narrowed toward the inner peripheral side of the surface member. Therefore, the inner peripheral side of the surface member of the sticking surface can be pressed against the sticking member by the sticking portion, and the sticking surface can be properly stuck to the sticking member.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a front view of a sign according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure.
Fig. 2 is a side sectional view of the marker according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure, taken along the line a-a in fig. 1.
Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a marker according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2. In the drawings, the vehicle front-rear direction is indicated by an arrow L, the vehicle width direction is indicated by an arrow W, and the vehicle vertical direction is indicated by an arrow H.
As shown in fig. 1, the marker 10 according to the present embodiment is formed in a laterally elliptical shape in a front view. The sign 10 is provided on a front outer surface of a vehicle (not shown). A pattern reminiscent of a manufacturer, a vehicle type, and the like is displayed on a substantially central portion of the surface portion 12 of the emblem 10 (in fig. 1, a substantially pentagonal pattern is shown inside a circular frame).
Fig. 2 shows a side cross-sectional view of the sign 10. The surface portion 12 of the sign 10 protrudes in a substantially circular arc shape toward the front surface side (vehicle outer side) in a side view. A surface member 20 is provided on the front surface side of the sign 10. The surface member 20 is made of a transparent resin. As the transparent resin, for example, acrylic or Polycarbonate (PC) having a high light transmittance can be used.
The surface of the surface member 20 on the front surface side (vehicle outer side) constitutes the surface portion 12 of the sign 10. The surface portion 12 is formed to be smooth and glossy. The design surface of the sign 10 is formed by a face portion 12.
The adhesive surface 22 is provided on the entire periphery of the outer peripheral portion of the back surface 20A of the front surface member 20. Further, a recess 24 is provided on the back surface 20A of the front member 20 on the inner peripheral side of the adhesive surface 22. A decorative portion 26 is provided on an inner surface of the concave portion 24, and the decorative portion 26 is subjected to a decorative treatment by metal vapor deposition using a metal material such as aluminum, for example. Decorative portion 26 constitutes the aforementioned pattern of emblem 10.
A base 30 as a rear member formed in substantially the same shape as the front member 20 in a front view of the vehicle is disposed on the rear surface 20A side of the front member 20. The pedestal 30 is made of an opaque resin having impact resistance, strength capable of withstanding attachment to a vehicle body, chemical resistance, and the like, such as Acrylonitrile-Ethylene-Styrene copolymer resin (AES resin). The pedestal 30 is not limited to the AES resin, and may be made of another resin such as an Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer resin (ABS resin).
A double-sided tape 28 as an attachment member is attached to the entire surface 30A (surface on the surface member 20 side) of the base 30. The double-sided adhesive tape 28 is composed of an acrylic adhesive tape having a self-contained foamed structure. The surface member 20 is attached to the base 30 by the adhesive surface 22 being attached to the double-sided tape 28.
An inclined portion 32 as an attachment portion is formed on the surface 30A of the base 30, and the inclined portion 32 is inclined toward the surface member 20 so that an interval with the inner peripheral side of the surface member 20 of the attachment surface 22 becomes narrower. The inclined portion 32 is provided from a portion of the attachment surface 22 facing the inner periphery of the front surface member 20 to a portion facing the inner periphery of the front surface member 20 relative to the attachment surface 22.
The surface member 20 is pressed against the double-sided tape 28 with the pedestal 30 at the inner peripheral end 22A of the adhesive surface 22. The inclined portion 32 is inclined toward the front surface member 20 side at the inner circumferential end 22A of the adhesive surface 22 so that the thickness BP (minimum thickness) of the double-sided tape 28 becomes substantially two thirds of the thickness B1 of the double-sided tape 28 before the adhesive surface 22 is adhered.
The double-sided tape 28 is attached to the attachment surface 22 to a portion on the outer peripheral side of the surface member 20 with respect to the inclined portion 32. Therefore, the double-sided tape 28 extends from the inclined portion 32 toward the outer peripheral side of the surface member 20 by the overlap length R1.
A vehicle-side attachment member 38 is attached to the rear surface 30B (vehicle-side surface) of the base 30 over the entire surface thereof. The sign 10 is attached to the front end outer side of the vehicle via a vehicle-side attaching member 38.
Next, the operation and effect of the present embodiment will be described.
According to the marker 10 of the present embodiment, the inclined portion 32 of the base 30 narrows the distance from the inner peripheral side of the surface member 20 of the attachment surface 22 of the surface member 20 toward the inner peripheral side of the surface member 20. Therefore, the inner peripheral side of the surface member 20 of the attachment surface 22 can be pressed against the double-sided tape 28 by the inclined portion 32, and the attachment surface 22 can be appropriately attached to the double-sided tape 28. This can suppress the intrusion of a detergent or a solvent into the recessed portion 24 of the surface member 20, and can suppress the corrosion of the metallic decorative portion 26 formed in the recessed portion 24 of the surface member 20.
The inclined portion 32 of the base 30 narrows the distance from the inner peripheral end 22A of the attachment surface 22 of the front surface member 20 toward the inner periphery of the front surface member 20. Therefore, the inner peripheral end 22A (corner) of the attachment surface 22 can be effectively pressed against the double-sided tape 28 by the inclined portion 32, and the attachment surface 22 can be more appropriately attached to the double-sided tape 28.
The thickness BP (minimum thickness) of the double-sided tape 28 between the inner circumferential end 22A of the adhesive surface 22 and the inclined portion 32 is formed to be approximately two thirds of the thickness B1 of the double-sided tape 28 before the adhesive surface 22 is adhered. Therefore, the shape recovery of the double-sided tape 28 can be restricted, and the inner circumferential end 22A of the adhesive surface 22 can be pressed against the double-sided tape 28, so that the adhesive surface 22 can be more appropriately adhered to the double-sided tape 28.
Further, since the double-sided tape 28 has an independent foam structure, it is possible to prevent the entry of moisture and chemicals, as compared with the case where the double-sided tape 28 has an open cell structure. Therefore, the inner peripheral end 22A of the adhesive surface 22 can be pressed against the double-sided tape 28 while preventing the penetration of moisture or chemicals, and the inner peripheral side of the surface member 20 of the adhesive surface 22 can be more appropriately adhered to the double-sided tape 28.
Further, the double-sided tape 28 extends from the inclined portion 32 toward the outer peripheral side of the surface member 20 by an overlap length R1. Therefore, the adhering area of the surface member 20 to the double-sided tape 28 can be secured at the outer periphery side of the surface member 20 of the inclined portion 32. This enables the adhesive surface 22 to be more appropriately adhered to the double-sided tape 28.
Here, although the case where the surface member 20 is made of a transparent resin has been described, the present invention is not limited to this, and the surface member may be made of a material other than a transparent resin.
Note that, although the description has been given of the case where the pedestal 30 is made of resin such as AES resin or ABS resin, the present invention is not limited to this, and the back surface member may be made of a material other than resin.
