Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a camera module, which can be connected to an electronic device 200, and specifically includes a camera support 110, a camera 120, a battery, and a first data transmission module. The camera 120, the battery and the first data transmission module are all disposed on the camera support 110, specifically, the battery and the first data transmission module may be disposed on the surface of the camera support 110, or may be disposed within the camera support 110, and in order to better protect the battery and the first data transmission module, the battery and the first data transmission module are preferably disposed within the camera support 110. The battery is electrically connected to the camera 120, and thus the battery can supply power to the camera 120, so that the camera 120 can operate independently. The first data transmission module is electrically connected to the camera 120, so that data transmission can be performed between the camera 120 and the first data transmission module.
In the case where the camera module 100 is separated from the electronic device 200, the camera 120 is in data connection with the electronic device 200 through the first data transmission module. Specifically, the electronic device 200 is correspondingly provided with a third data transmission module, and under the condition that the camera module 100 is separated from the electronic device 200, the first data transmission module is in data connection with the third data transmission module, so that data transmission between the camera module 100 and the electronic device 200 is realized. In an alternative embodiment, the first data transmission module and the third data transmission module may be wireless transmission modules, such as radio frequency modules, and this structure does not limit the relative positions of the camera module 100 and the electronic device 200, so that it is more convenient for a user to use the camera module 100 and the electronic device 200.
The camera module 100 may be separated from the electronic device 200, or may be connected to the electronic device 200. When the camera module 100 is separated from the electronic device 200, the image formed by the camera 120 may be transmitted to the electronic device 200, thereby implementing a photographing function. Because the camera module 100 can be separated from the electronic device 200, when a user shoots, the position of the camera module 100 relative to the electronic device 200 can be adjusted at will, so that the relative position of the camera module 100 and the user can be adjusted, and a better shooting effect can be achieved. Of course, the camera module 100 can also be used as a car backing radar, a car recorder, and the like.
In an alternative embodiment, the camera support 110 may include a base 111, and the camera 120 may be rotatably disposed on the base 111, so that the camera 120 may rotate relative to the base 111. After adopting this kind of structure, the position of camera 120 for camera support 110 is more nimble, and when camera 120 need be adjusted for user's position, need not wholly change the position of camera module 100, but rotate camera 120 alone can, therefore the operation of this structure is more convenient for.
The rotation of the camera 120 relative to the base 111 can be performed manually by the user, but the manual operation mode has a problem of low precision on one hand, and on the other hand, when the distance between the user and the camera module 100 is long, if the user needs to manually adjust the position of the camera 120, the user needs to be close to the camera 120 to perform the rotation operation, which makes the operation inconvenient to implement. For this purpose, the camera module 100 may further include a first driving mechanism electrically connected to the battery, and the camera 120 is connected to the first driving mechanism, and the first driving mechanism may drive the camera 120 to rotate relative to the base 111. This first actuating mechanism can drive camera 120 accurately and rotate, and simultaneously, the user can trigger first actuating mechanism action through remote control's mode to drive camera 120 and rotate, therefore camera 120's rotation operation is more convenient for implement.
The electronic device 200 may be provided with a frame 221, and the frame 221 is provided with a first interface, where the first interface may be used to implement charging of the electronic device 200, and may also be used to implement data transmission, and of course, charging and data transmission may also be implemented simultaneously. In particular, the first interface may be a USB interface. At this time, when the camera module 100 is connected to the electronic device 200, the camera module 100 may be electrically connected to the first interface, and the first driving mechanism may drive the camera 120 to rotate relative to the base 111. In other words, when the camera module 100 is connected to the electronic device 200, the camera 120 can rotate relative to the base 111, so that the orientation of the camera 120 changes, thereby implementing the shooting operation of the camera 120 in different directions, for example, the same camera 120 can implement the operations of front shooting, rear shooting, panoramic shooting, and the like at the same time.
In another embodiment, the electronic device 200 may be provided with a second driving mechanism, and in a case that the camera module 100 is connected to the electronic device 200, the camera 120 is connected to the second driving mechanism, and the second driving mechanism may drive the camera 120 to rotate relative to the base 111. In this embodiment, the driving structure for driving the camera 120 to rotate is disposed in the electronic device 200, and due to the holding effect of the user, the stability of the whole electronic device 200 is better than that of the camera module 100, so that when the second driving mechanism drives the camera 120 to move, the rotation of the camera 120 is more stable, and the rotation angle is more easily ensured.
In an alternative embodiment, the camera bracket 110 may include a base 111 and a support 112, and the support 112 is hinged to the base 111, and specifically, the support 112 may be hinged to the base 111 through a hinge shaft 114. With the camera module 100 separated from the electronic device 200, the supporting frame 112 can rotate relative to the base 111 and support the camera 120 together with the base 111. That is, the supporting frame 112 can rotate relative to the base 111, so that the camera bracket 110 is in an open state, and a large angle can be formed between the supporting frame 112 and the base 111, so that the supporting frame and the base can more stably support the camera 120, and the camera 120 is prevented from being inclined or even toppled due to external acting force, so that the user experience is optimized.
In order to better support the camera 120, the base 111 has a first support surface 111a, the supporting frame 112 has a second support surface 112a, and in the case that the supporting frame 112 supports the camera 120 together with the base 111, the first support surface 111a and the second support surface 112a are located in the same plane, and the rotation axis of the supporting frame 112 is perpendicular to the second support surface 112 a. The first supporting surface 111a and the second supporting surface 112a are both disposed to be planar and may be coplanar, so that the supporting surface is formed to have a larger area, thereby improving the supporting effect. The rotation axis of the supporting frame 112 is perpendicular to the second supporting surface 112a, so that no matter where the supporting frame 112 rotates, the first supporting surface 111a and the second supporting surface 112a can be located in the same plane, and the supporting effect is further improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, the camera support 110 is provided with a magnetic attraction portion 113, and in a case where the camera module 100 is separated from the electronic apparatus 200, the camera module 100 can be magnetically connected to an external component through the magnetic attraction portion 113. Alternatively, the magnetic attraction part 113 may be disposed on the surface of the camera support 110, or may be disposed inside the camera support 110; the magnetic part 113 may be a permanent magnet, which may have a sheet structure to improve the magnetic effect. After the camera module 100 is separated from the electronic device 200, a user can fix the camera module 100 on any external component (e.g., an iron plate) with magnetic permeability through the magnetic attraction portion 113, so as to better maintain the relative position between the camera 120 and the user. The magnetic connection mode enables a user to fix the camera module 100 more quickly, and meanwhile, the connection mode has less limitation on the structure of an external part, so that more selectable schemes are provided for the fixing position of the camera module 100.
In the foregoing, when the camera module 100 is separated from the electronic device 200, the camera module 100 can perform data connection with the electronic device 200 through the first data transmission module, and when the camera module 100 is connected with the electronic device 200, the camera module 100 can also perform data connection with the electronic device 200 through the first data transmission module. Therefore, in order to more reliably perform data transmission, the camera module 100 may further include a second data transmission module through which the camera 120 is data-connected to the electronic device 200 in a case where the camera module 100 is connected to the electronic device 200. At this time, the first data transmission module and the second data transmission module may work independently, thereby ensuring data transmission reliability when the camera module 100 is separated from the electronic device 200 and the camera module 100 is connected to the electronic device 200.
In an alternative embodiment, the electronic device 200 is provided with a second interface 210, and the second data transmission module may comprise an electrical connection 130. Specifically, the second interface 210 may be disposed on the frame 221 of the electronic device 200, and the electrical connection terminal 130 may be disposed on the camera support 110 of the camera module 100. Under the condition that the camera module 100 is connected with the electronic device 200, the electrical connection terminal 130 is plugged with the second interface 210, so that data connection between the electrical connection terminal 130 and the second interface 210 is realized. The plugging manner can make the electrical connection terminal 130 and the second interface 210 not easily separated, thereby improving the reliability of the connection between the two. Optionally, the second interface 210 may be a USB interface, for example, specifically, a Micro USB interface and the like.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the electrical connection terminal 130 and the second interface 210 can be both configured as magnetic attraction points, and when the camera module 100 is connected to the electronic device 200, the electrical connection terminal 130 is magnetically connected to the second interface 210. The connection manner can simplify the connection between the electrical connection terminal 130 and the second interface 210, thereby achieving the quick connection between the camera module 100 and the electronic device 200. Optionally, in order to further enhance the reliability of the connection between the electrical connection terminal 130 and the second interface 210, both of them may be configured as an annular magnetic attraction point, so as to increase the connection area therebetween, thereby achieving the above-mentioned purpose.
Alternatively, the electrical connection terminal 130 may be disposed on a side of the camera support 110 away from the camera 120, or the electrical connection terminal 130 may be disposed on a side of the camera 120 away from the camera support 110. Under the condition that the camera module 100 is connected with the electronic device 200, the electrical connection end 130 can face the second interface 210, so that a user can apply pressing force to the camera module 100, the electrical connection end 130 is directly butted with the second interface 210, and data connection between the camera module 100 and the electronic device 200 is more conveniently realized.
Alternatively, the second interface 210 may be a charging interface. Under the condition that the camera module 100 is connected with the electronic device 200, the electronic device 200 can charge the camera module 100, so that the cruising ability of the camera module 100 is ensured, and the camera module 100 can be used subsequently. Certainly, the charging interface may have a data transmission function, and after the camera module 100 is connected to the electronic device 200, the electronic device 200 may charge the camera module 100, and may also perform data transmission between the camera module 100 and the electronic device 200.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses an electronic device, and the electronic device 200 can be detachably connected with the camera module 100 described in any embodiment. Specifically, the electronic device 200 includes a housing 220 and a third data transmission module disposed in the housing 220, and when the camera module 100 is separated from the electronic device 200, the first data transmission module of the camera module 100 is in data connection with the third data transmission module. After the arrangement, the camera module 100 can be separated from the electronic device 200, so that when a user shoots, the position of the camera module 100 relative to the electronic device 200 can be adjusted at will, and the relative position of the camera module 100 and the user can be adjusted, thereby achieving a better shooting effect.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, after being connected to the electronic device 200, the camera module 100 may be used as a part of the electronic device 200, and may also be used as an extended part.
Further, the housing 220 may be provided with an accommodating recess 222, the accommodating recess 222 is provided with a second interface 210 therein, the camera module 100 is provided with an electrical connection end 130, when the camera module 100 is connected to the electronic device 200, at least a portion of the camera module 100 is located in the accommodating recess 222, and the electrical connection end 130 is electrically connected to the second interface 210. The accommodating groove 222 can accommodate at least a part of the camera module 100, so that when the camera module 100 is connected with the electronic device 200, the projecting degree of the camera module 100 relative to the electronic device 200 is smaller, and even the accommodating groove 222 can accommodate the whole camera module 100, so that the camera module 100 is protected, and the camera module 100 is prevented from being damaged due to collision of other objects with the camera module 100.
In addition, the accommodating groove 222 can be provided with a guide rail, the camera module 100 can be provided with a guide part corresponding to the guide rail, when the camera module 100 enters the accommodating groove 222, the guide rail and the guide part are in sliding fit, so that guidance is provided for installation of the camera module 100, the camera module 100 can enter the accommodating groove 222 more quickly, and meanwhile, the camera module 100 can be prevented from being damaged due to deflection in the process. In other embodiments, a sliding cover plate may be further disposed at the notch of the accommodating recess 222, and the sliding cover plate may prevent impurities such as dust in the external environment from entering the accommodating recess 222, so as to protect the camera module 100 in the accommodating recess 222.
As described above, the receiving recess 222 may receive at least a portion of the camera module 100, thereby protecting the camera module 100. Meanwhile, the accommodating groove 222 also shields at least a part of the camera module 100, and once the camera 120 of the camera module 100 is shielded, the camera module 100 can only work when being separated from the electronic device 200, which results in a single application scene of the camera module 100. To solve this problem, a third driving mechanism may be disposed in the housing 220, and in the case that the camera module 100 is connected to the electronic device 200, the third driving mechanism is connected to the camera module 100, so that the third driving mechanism may drive the camera module 100 to move between the first position and the second position. With the camera module 100 in the first position, the camera 120 is located within the housing 220; with the camera module 100 in the second position, the camera 120 is located outside the housing 220, and the camera 120 can perform a shooting operation. This structure both can protect camera module 100, can also implement corresponding shooting operation through the position of switching camera module 100 to make camera module 100 also can work under the circumstances of being connected with electronic equipment 200, with this application scene of expanding camera module 100.
When the structure is adopted, under the condition that the camera module 100 is at the second position, the camera 120 can implement front shooting, and at this time, a structure for front shooting may not be arranged in the display area of the electronic device 200, so that the screen occupation ratio of the electronic device 200 is improved. Of course, when the camera module 100 is in the second position, the camera 120 may also perform rear-view shooting, and at this time, it is not necessary to open a light hole on the housing 220 of the electronic device 200, so as to improve the appearance integrity of the electronic device 200.
Alternatively, the first driving mechanism, the second driving mechanism and the third driving mechanism may include driving motors, and further, may also include a transmission structure connected to the driving motors, as long as the corresponding driving force can be output.
When the camera module 100 moves relative to the electronic device 200, the connection between the electrical connection terminal 130 and the second interface 210 can be maintained through a wired connection, but this way is prone to a problem that the connection between the electrical connection terminal 130 and the second interface 210 fails. Based on this, a telescopic bracket may be disposed in the accommodating recess 222, the second interface 210 is disposed on the telescopic bracket, and the third driving mechanism may be connected to the camera module 100 through the telescopic bracket, so that the third driving mechanism may drive the camera module 100 to move between the first position and the second position through the telescopic bracket. Because the telescopic bracket can drive the second interface 210 to move, the electrical connection end 130 and the second interface 210 can keep a connection state in the moving process of the camera module 100. Therefore, the structure can improve the reliability when the electrical connection terminal 130 is connected with the second interface 210.
The electronic device 200 is generally provided with a display screen 230, and in an alternative embodiment, a side of the receiving groove 222 facing away from the display screen 230 may be provided with a light-transmitting portion, and the camera 120 is opposite to the light-transmitting portion in the case that the camera module 100 is in the first position. At this time, the light-transmitting portion allows light to pass therethrough, so that external light may enter the camera 120 through the light-transmitting portion, so as to facilitate imaging by the camera 120. Specifically, the number of the cameras 120 may be at least two, each camera 120 may be disposed on two sides of the camera support 110 facing away from the camera support, when the camera module 100 is located at the first position, a part of the cameras 120 may implement rear-view shooting, and when the camera module 100 is located at the second position, another part of the cameras 120 may implement front-view shooting, so that if the user desires to perform rear-view shooting, the camera module 100 does not need to be driven to move, thereby reducing the power consumption of the electronic device 200.
Alternatively, the light-transmitting portion may be formed by using a material with high transmittance such as glass, or may be formed by opening, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
When the camera 120 is rotatable with respect to the camera support 110, the camera 120 may be further driven to rotate when the camera module 100 is in the second position, so that shooting in different directions, such as front shooting, rear shooting, panorama shooting, etc., may be achieved by the same camera 120.
