The following provides a detailed description of embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the application scenario of the IP library correction method provided by the present invention is shown. The service system 120, such as a live system, a video conference system, etc., includes an access server 121, an IP library 122, a service server 123, and an IP verification system 124. Wherein the access server 121 may receive an access request of the user 110 and query the IP repository 122 for home information of the IP, including home and home operator information, based on the IP address of the user 110. The access server 121 then assigns the service server 123 matching the IP to the user 110 based on the home information of the IP. If the IP home location of subscriber 110 is cantonese and the home carrier is mobile, subscriber 110 is assigned a service server 123 located in or closest to cantonese that serves the mobile carrier. The access server 121 instructs the user 110 to access the service server 123, and the service server 123 may provide service services, such as live video and video conference, to the user 110. The user 110 can only be guaranteed access quality and network transmission quality if he has access to the service server 123 that matches the IP he uses. Therefore, only if the accuracy of the IP home information stored in the IP repository 122 is correct, the access server 121 can assign the user 110 to the service server 123 matching the IP address.
In an actual scenario, the service system indicates that the user accesses a server which is not matched according to the IP information before updating because the home location or the operator is replaced by the IP address and the IP library is not updated in time, which reduces the user experience. If a certain IP is replaced by a connected operator from a mobile operator, but the IP library 122 does not update the information of the IP after the replacement, when the user 110 uses the IP, the access server 121 will still assign the service server 123 serving the mobile operator to the user, obviously, the access quality and the network transmission quality of the mobile server are greatly reduced by accessing the mobile server with the home connected IP.
In order to solve the above problem, in the present invention, when the service server 123 uses the IP, the service server 123 may also count network transmission quality data between the user 110 and the service server 123, such as a packet loss rate and a delay rate, and report the network transmission quality data of the IP to the IP verification system 124, and the IP verification system 124 triggers a correction method of the IP library according to the received network transmission quality data, where the IP verification system 124 may be an independent server or a functional module in the service server 123, and the present invention is not limited herein. The IP library correction method is specifically shown in fig. 2, and includes the steps of:
step 210: judging whether the network transmission quality of the target IP used by the target user meets the trigger condition;
step 220: when the trigger condition is met, inquiring whether a use record of at least one reference IP used by the target user within a preset time exists, wherein the at least one reference IP and the target IP are in different IP subnets, and the geographical position of the target user within the preset time is not changed;
step 230: and if the use record exists, correcting the attribution information of the target IP according to the attribution information of the at least one reference IP.
According to the IP library correction method provided by the invention, based on the fact that the geographical position of the target user is not changed within the preset time, when the network transmission quality of the target user using the target IP meets the trigger condition, the target IP is corrected by using the reference IP attribution information of the IP which is in different IP subnets with the target IP, so that the attribution information correction can be effectively and quickly carried out on the IP with poor network transmission quality.
Generally, the geographic location of the user 110 does not change during a certain period of time, such as a day, where the geographic location is at a city granularity, i.e., the user 110 will typically only be active in one city during a day. And the user 110 will typically use a different IP address to connect to the service system 120 in a different scenario. For example, IP-1 may be used when a cell phone is used to connect to a service server on a commute, IP-2 may be used in a work unit, and IP-3 may be used at home. The operator may also assign the same address to different users at different time periods, for example, for IP-1, the operator may assign the same address to a certain user at a certain time period in the morning, and when the user is used up, the operator may recover IP-1 and reassign the IP-1 to another user who needs to access the internet. I.e. the user is random in using the IP connection service server. But since user 110 does not change its geographic location within a certain time, the IP home used by the user is the same during that time. The above characteristics can perform multi-dimensional analysis and judgment on the attribution information of one IP. In some embodiments, the geographic location of the target user is changed within a preset time in step 220. The preset time may be one day, and the geographic location may be in a granularity of a city, that is, the target user does not go to other cities within the preset time, that is, the geographic location of the target user is considered to have not changed.
Based on the above conditions, it is first determined whether the network transmission quality of the target user satisfies the trigger condition when the target user uses the target IP. The network transmission quality may be characterized by at least one of a delay rate and a packet loss rate. When the network transmission quality is characterized by a delay rate, the trigger condition may include that the delay rate is greater than a delay threshold, which may be 100 milliseconds; when the network transmission quality is characterized by the packet loss rate, the triggering condition may include that the packet loss rate is greater than a packet loss threshold, and the packet loss threshold may be 5-10%; the network transmission quality may also be characterized by a delay rate and a packet loss rate, and the triggering condition may include that the delay rate is greater than a delay threshold, and the packet loss rate is greater than a delay threshold.
When the network transmission quality of the target IP used by the target user meets the trigger condition, whether a use record of at least one reference IP used by the target user in a preset time exists is inquired, and the at least one reference IP and the target IP are in different IP subnets. An operator will typically divide its IP segment into multiple IP subnets. As mentioned above, the same user may use different IP addresses within a certain time, and the operator may assign IP to the user randomly. All the IPs used by the user in a certain time may be the same IP subnet or different IP subnets, but considering that the storage of the IP home information in the IP library is often based on the IP subnet as granularity, that is, the home information of the IP of the same subnet is the same, and based on that the geographic location of the user in a certain time does not change, that is, the home information of the IP used in a certain time is consistent, when the network transmission quality of the target IP used by the target user meets the trigger condition, that is, the quality is poor, the target IP can be corrected by referring to the reference IP in other IP subnets used by the target user.
If there is the usage record that the target user uses at least one reference IP within the preset time, in some embodiments, it may be determined whether the attribution information of the reference IP is completely consistent with the attribution information of the target IP, and if not, the attribution information of the target IP is modified according to the attribution information of the at least one reference IP. In some embodiments, the priority of the reference IP may be selected according to the network transmission quality determination, such as determining the priority of the reference IP from high to low according to the order of the network transmission quality from good to bad. And then selecting the attribution information of the reference IP according to the priority from high to low to correct the attribution information of the target IP so that the network transmission quality of the corrected target IP does not meet the triggering condition. In some embodiments, after selecting the first priority, i.e. the reference IP with the highest priority, the attribution information of the first priority reference IP may be stored as the first standby attribution information of the target IP. After the target IP uses the first standby attribution information, if the network transmission quality of the target IP does not meet the triggering condition any more, namely the quality is improved, the attribution information of the target IP is modified into the first standby attribution information. If the target IP still meets the trigger condition after the first standby attribution information is used, namely the quality is not improved, the attribution information is not the reason of poor transmission quality of the target IP network, and therefore the attribution information of the target IP is restored to the original attribution information.
However, in some scenarios, the target IP does not have a better network quality after using the first alternative home information, possibly because the home operator of the first alternative home information is different from the home operator of the target IP. As in the above example, user 110 may use IP-1, IP-2, and IP-3 with the same home location, but their home merchants may all be different, e.g., IP-1 with mobile home, IP-2 with Unicom, and IP-3 with mobile home. However, the home business that records IP-1 in the IP library is telecom, so the network transmission quality is poor when the user 110 uses IP-1, and the IP-2 and IP-3 are selected as reference IPs when the triggering condition is met. When the network transmission quality of IP-2 is better than that of IP-3, the attribution information of IP-1 is corrected according to the attribution information of IP-2. But since the home business of IP-2 is connected, the network quality of the modified IP-1 will not improve. Therefore, in some embodiments, after the target IP uses the first standby attribution information, the target IP still satisfies the above triggering condition, that is, the quality is not improved, except that the attribution information of the target IP is restored to the original attribution information, the reference IP after the first priority can be sequentially selected according to the priorities from high to low to modify the attribution information of the target IP, so that the network transmission quality of the modified target IP does not satisfy the triggering condition. If IP-1 does not get better after using the attribution information of IP-2 as in the above example, the attribution information of IP-3 can be selected to correct the attribution information of IP-1. Because the home business of IP-3 is mobile, the network transmission quality can be improved after IP-1 is modified, and the triggering condition is not satisfied any more.
The above is an embodiment provided when there is a usage record for the target user to use at least one reference IP within a preset time.
When the usage record does not exist, the client corresponding to the target user can be indicated to ping at least one reference server according to the attribution information of the target IP; and according to the attribution information of the at least one reference server, correcting the attribution information of the target IP. Wherein the home information of the reference server is different from the home information of the target IP. If the attribution information of the target IP is Guangzhou Mobile, the reference server can be a server serving Guangzhou Unicom, Guangzhou Telecommunications, Shenzhen Mobile, or the like. And correcting the attribution information of the target IP according to the network transmission quality fed back to the client by the at least one reference server. In some embodiments, the priority of selecting the reference server may be determined according to the network transmission quality, such as determining the priority of the reference server from high to low in the order of the network transmission quality from good to bad. And then selecting the attribution information of the reference server in sequence from high to low according to the priority to correct the attribution information of the target IP, so that the network transmission quality of the corrected target IP does not meet the triggering condition. In some embodiments, after selecting the reference server with the first priority, i.e. the highest priority, the home information of the first priority reference server may be stored as the first standby home information of the target IP. After the target IP uses the first standby attribution information, if the network transmission quality of the target IP does not meet the triggering condition any more, namely the quality is improved, the attribution information of the target IP is modified into the first standby attribution information. And if the target IP still meets the trigger condition after the first standby attribution information is used, namely the quality is not improved, restoring the attribution information of the target IP to the original attribution information.
In some embodiments, after the target IP uses the first standby attribution information, the target IP still satisfies the above-mentioned trigger condition, that is, the quality is not improved, except that the attribution information of the target IP is restored to the original attribution information, the reference servers after the first priority can be sequentially selected according to the priorities from high to low to modify the attribution information of the target IP, so that the network transmission quality of the modified target IP does not satisfy the trigger condition.
In addition, before the usage record is queried in step 220, it may be determined whether the network transmission quality of the target IP used by other users or the network transmission quality of other IPs in the same IP subnet as the target IP meets the trigger condition, and step 220 is executed if the network transmission quality meets the trigger condition. This is because if another user uses the target IP, the network has no quality problem, which means that the network transmission quality of the target user using the target IP is not good due to another reason, and therefore, it is not necessary to correct the attribution information of the target IP. However, considering that the probability that the same IP is allocated to more than two users within the preset time is relatively small, as described above, the IP attribution information in the same IP subnet is the same, so when the network transmission quality of other users using other IPs in the same IP subnet as the target IP does not meet the trigger condition, i.e., the network quality is relatively good, it is described that the IP attribution information in the IP subnet is correct, i.e., the target user using the target IP is a problem in the network quality because the attribution information is not wrong, and therefore, the attribution information of the target IP does not need to be corrected.
According to the IP library correction method provided by the invention, based on the fact that the geographical position of the target user is not changed within the preset time, when the network transmission quality of the target IP used by the target user meets the trigger condition, the target IP is corrected by using the reference IP home information which is in a different IP subnet with the target IP or a server which serves an operator different from the operator to which the target IP belongs, so that the home information correction can be effectively and quickly carried out on the IP with poor network transmission quality.
In addition, the present invention also provides an embodiment of an IP library correction method, which includes the steps shown in fig. 3:
step 310: judging whether the network transmission quality of the target IP used by the target user meets the trigger condition;
if yes, go to step 320, otherwise go to step 311.
Step 320: whether the network transmission quality of other users using the target IP or the network transmission quality of other IPs in the same IP subnet as the target IP meets the trigger condition or not;
if yes, go to step 330, otherwise go to step 311.
Step 311: the attribution information of the target IP is not modified.
Step 330: inquiring whether a use record of at least one reference IP used by the target user within a preset time exists, wherein the at least one reference IP and the target IP are in different IP subnets, and the geographical position of the target user within the preset time is not changed;
if yes, go to step 341, otherwise go to step 351.
Step 341: determining the priority of selecting a reference IP according to the network transmission quality, and sequentially selecting the attribution information of the reference IP from high to low according to the priority;
step 342: setting the attribution information of the selected reference IP as standby attribution information of the target IP;
step 360 is performed after step 342.
Step 360: after the standby attribution information is used, whether the network transmission quality of the target IP meets the trigger condition or not is judged;
if yes, go back to step 341, otherwise go to step 370.
Step 351: according to the attribution information of the target IP, indicating the client corresponding to the target user to ping at least one reference server;
step 352: determining the priority of the reference server according to the network transmission quality, and sequentially selecting the attribution information of the reference server from high to low according to the priority;
step 353: setting the attribution information of the selected reference server as standby attribution information of the target IP;
after step 353, step 360 is performed: after the standby attribution information is used, whether the network transmission quality of the target IP meets the triggering condition or not is judged; if yes, go back to step 352, otherwise go to step 370.
Step 370: and modifying the attribution information of the target IP into the standby attribution information.
The specific implementation process of the above steps is referred to above, and the present invention is not described herein again.
