specifically, the damage records of the parts or the components, the wear and the wear conditions of the parts can be found through the establishment of the record item cards so as to provide information data for finding problems and solving the problems in time, wherein the information of the first record item card is connected to a maintenance system, the information is correspondingly recorded after maintenance is carried out each time, the subsequent analysis and search are facilitated, meanwhile, the molding process parameters of the first mold and the materials used by the product can be obtained, and the technical effect of improving the mold maintenance efficiency is further achieved.
Step S400: inputting the first structural parameter and the use information of the first mold into a first training model, wherein the first training model is obtained by training multiple groups of training data, and each group of training data in the multiple groups comprises: the first structure parameter information, the use information of the first mold and the identification information for identifying the first result;
specifically, the first training model is a model capable of performing continuous self-training learning according to different actual conditions, and further, the first training model is a Neural network model, which is a Neural network model in machine learning, and a Neural Network (NN) is a complex Neural network device formed by widely connecting a large number of simple processing units (called neurons), reflects many basic features of human brain functions, and is a highly complex nonlinear dynamics learning device. Neural network models are described based on mathematical models of neurons. Artificial Neural Networks (Artificial Neural Networks) are a description of the first-order properties of human brain devices. Briefly, it is a mathematical model. Training based on a large amount of training data, wherein each set of training data comprises: the first structure parameter information, the use information of the first mold and the identification information for identifying the first result; the neural network model is continuously self-corrected, and when the output information of the neural network model reaches a preset accuracy rate/reaches a convergence state, the supervised learning process is ended. Due to the fact that the neural network model is trained, the first result can be output accurately based on the characteristic that the data is processed more accurately after the training model is trained, and then the training result is obtained accurately.
Step S500: obtaining output information of the first training model, wherein the output information comprises the first result, and the first result is damage information of the first mold;
specifically, the first result is damage information of the first mold, wherein maintenance and maintenance are not considered in the using process due to continuous use of the first mold, and damage or corrosion is easily caused, so that states of each component of the mold are determined according to structural parameters of mold production, supervision and learning are performed on the states of each component of the mold and the use information of the mold, accurate damage information is finally obtained, and the technical effects of targeted maintenance and improvement of maintenance efficiency are achieved.
Step S600: obtaining a first adjusting instruction according to the damage information of the first mold;

step S951: obtaining a first maintenance density according to the use information of the first mould;
step S952: obtaining a first maintenance period according to the first maintenance density;
step S953: and maintaining the first mold according to the first maintenance period.
Specifically, the first maintenance density refers to a maintenance density obtained according to the number of times of using the first mold, for example, maintenance is scheduled every time the mold reaches a fixed mold, and the first maintenance period refers to actual maintenance time scheduled according to the first maintenance density without affecting a normal production flow. The maintenance density is arranged according to the use information of the mold, for example, the density of an old model with a long service life is higher than that of a new model which is newly put into use, because parts contained in the old model with the long service life are easy to fail, the corresponding maintenance density is correspondingly increased, and the actually performed maintenance process is performed according to the first maintenance period. Thereby achieving the technical effect of reasonably arranging maintenance time nodes.
